Resumen
The MSMEs in the city of Azogues have become the largest generators of employment and productivity thanks to the entrepreneurship of many people; however, not all of them carry out a marketing process that allows them to improve their productivity, which minimizes the profits and the objectives expected by the micro entrepreneurs. The main objective of this research is to develop a strategic plan based on new technologies and applying Kenichi Ohmae's 3C's model, focused on the Corporation, Competition and Customers. The use of Cloud Computing in the city of Azogues is analyzed. For which, a methodology of applicative character was used, field research for the collection of the necessary data. The results show that there is little knowledge about Cloud Computing in these companies, and most of them lack marketing planning, so it is important to implement a strategic plan to improve their productivity. A web services platform adjusted to the needs of these companies was implemented, which will serve as a starting point for their digital transformation. This concludes that the implementation of the 3 C's model and new technologies provide the opportunity to improve the commercial activities of these MSMEs, the effectiveness increases if there is external support from professionals in the area, who define what each company needs

Resumen
Nowadays, technologies such as JavaEE are present in the different platform-based development courses of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, Sede Esmeraldas - School of Systems and Computing and Information Technologies. The most crucial part in a web development project based on REST services is the choice of the right tools for the front-end, back-end and database environment. The main objective of this research is to present the architecture of modern web applications based on the MEAN stack along with its components and integration with other web technologies and its comparison with the implementation of the JavaEE stack. We have performed a comparative analysis of the implementation of the MEAN stack consisting of MongoDB (database), Node.js. (web server), Express (back-end) and Angular (front-end). The result of the comparison and the respective analysis of the selected tools will help software developers to make a better choice of the appropriate technology and architecture, depending on the requirements of the application they are developing.

Resumen
Omnidirectional images have increasingly wide uses in different industries, from fashion and commerce to 3D construction, because they contain more information than an ordinary photograph, and because they capture the world with an omnidirectional view in a single image. This paper describes a methodology for 3D reconstruction from hemispherical images acquired using a fisheye lens. The algebraic foundation and necessary equations are reviewed, as well as the different methods and tools to carry out a correct reconstruction.

The study was carried out in agricultural areas of the Centro de Apoyo Manglaralto UPSE with an approximate surface of 11.6 hectares, located in the Manglaralto parish of Santa Elena canton, which has an annual rainfall of 385.2 mm and an average temperature of 23.4 ºC. The spatial and temporal behavior of soil and water salinity was evaluated through measurements of Electrical Conductivity (EC) at 40 sampling points at depths of 0 to 20 cm and 20 to 50 cm. The sampling was carried out in the months of december 2018 and may 2019. The analysis of 20 samples was carried out by means of two techniques, using saturation paste extract and a 1:5 soil-water solution, in order to find the best fitting model, which allowed estimating the EC values in saturated paste from EC laboratory measurements in a 1:5 soil:water solution. With the results obtained, the interpolation of the different thematic maps was carried out by means of the Moving Average method, where in soils at depths of 0 to 20 maximum tenors of 2.32 and 0.91 dS/m were found in the months of December and May respectively. At depths of 20 to 50 cm these values were higher. It is assumed that irrigation water with an average EC in October of 4.1 dS/m is one of the main sources of salt accumulation in soils, at the same time it produces the leaching of salts in irrigation seasons.

Resumen
Formal education acquires a great responsibility as an institution oriented to the formation of citizens committed to social transformation. In this sense, it is a necessity to rethink the forms of education, pedagogical methodologies, curricular contents, expected learning, and the curricular structure to orient it to an integral formation that favors the development of skills, attitudes, and knowledge that help to build a culture oriented to peace. The transformation of the curriculum in higher education has become an imperative need worldwide, becoming in turn a strategy to train professionals with a comprehensive education who have the theoretical and practical skills necessary to respond to the complexity of the social reality that surrounds us. Therefore, teachers speak from their daily teaching practice and present a series of experiences with the mainstreaming of the culture of peace from the classroom. From the grounded theory approach, constant comparison was used as the main method to identify theoretical categories. It was found that teachers transmit to their students the appropriation of the culture of peace that they experience in their professional and personal lives. It is necessary for each teacher in front of a group to recognize the importance of educating to build a culture of peace transform their teaching practice, and mainstream their school subjects by integrating the culture of peace.

Resumen
This article addresses the conditions in which many nonprofit organizations dedicated to women's and girls' issues operate. A sample of entities located in Haiti, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and Venezuela present a panorama of nonprofit work in the region, including enabling grant makers.
Introduction: This study seeks to close an information gap and provide visibility to the actions carried out by women in Latin America and the Caribbean in favor of other women. Our object of study were non-profit entities and donors from a sample of Caribbean countries.
Method: The study is a documentary analysis, utilizing online surveys, and semi-structured interviews. In addition, digital netnographic methods were applied.
Results: 100% of the service entities stated that femicides are the number one problem they address. Moreover, 70% recognized that they need to improve organizational capacities, and 86% confirmed that they mobilize philanthropic resources for their causes. More than 70% of donors in the study said they donate to the causes of women and girls. However, they do not necessarily label their giving as feminist philanthropy.
Conclusions: It is possible to interconnect the concepts of gender and philanthropy, and understand the doner and funder relationship in contributing to the future of nonprofit entities in the region. Various forms of giving can be identified suggesting social investment strategies that can be used to develop a recognizable effort of feminist philanthropy.

Resumen
Introduction: the culture of peace has a comprehensive approach to preventing violence and conflict, which has been extended to the workplace, linking it to the written and unwritten rules that must be followed for its proper functioning.
Method: the research methodology used in this article is documentary research which, like any scientific research methodology, follows a systematic process to describe the role of technology in fostering a culture of peace and work climate in organizations.
Results: corporate governance is responsible for generating a culture of peace, as well as a work environment in organizations, with the support of motivated employees who work with greater commitment and productivity, but with the strategic vision of top management. Organizations use technology to promote productivity, automation and innovation in processes, including the development of new skills and abilities, and to encourage dialogue, among others. In recent years, technology has revolutionized humanity and also fuels stress, burnout and even disengagement of workers by using intrusive supervisory techniques.
Conclusions: considering that the coexistence of human beings is complex, the work environment and the culture of peace are key elements in the healthy life and growth of organizations to improve the well-being, resilience and level of commitment of workers.

Resumen
Organizational culture is a transformation tool for change, essential to be managed, since it is the backbone of any organization, regardless of its line of business, to orient its manifestations, conducts and behaviors, and more so if the purpose is to transform corporate structures towards a work, administrative and productive environment of peace. The objective of this research is to present a methodological proposal for a diagnosis and cultural audit, based on the analysis of cultural manifestations: Structural, behavioral, material and symbolic raised at the time by Horacio Andrade de San Miguel. The work is referenced on the parameters suggested by Daniel Scheinsohn, who proposes four typologies of culture: vegetative, self-closing, active-adaptive and passive-adaptive. The study concludes in favor of this audit or methodological proposal of cultural analysis whose purpose is cultural transformation, and is preceded by a diagnosis that determines the state of cultural manifestations in order to define the type of culture and, consequently establishes actions for cultural transformation.
