Resumen
The increase in solid waste in cities worldwide and the deficit in local efforts in Latin America regarding this problem, not only affects the health and well-being of people. In the case of the wetlands of the Pantanos de Villa Wildlife Refuge (RVSPV), Chorrillos, located in the metropolitan city of Lima, Peru. It has been identified that the greatest problem in the Special Regulation Zone (ZRE), is the disposal of construction and demolition waste (CDW) on public roads, areas without construction and canals that feed this wetland. The objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of CDWs on the ZRE of RVSPV. For this reason, it began with the identification of the five points with the highest incidence of waste (La Chira, El Remero, Don Emilio, Hipocampo and El Triunfo), then four measurements of the volume of waste were made with an interval of two weeks. for each point in order to determine the negative impact of CDW on the ZRE of RVSPV. The point with the highest incidence of CDW was El Triunfo, where it was identified that the air and the soil are the main environmental components that have been affected. It is suggested to value CDW through a circular economy; however, in the face of the resolution of the CDW problem, the logistics of the municipalities in charge are seen as an impediment in the recovery and restoration of space.

Resumen
The objective of this study was to evaluate the concentration of trace metals (Arsenic, Aluminum, Barium and Manganese) contained in the tributary rivers of Titicaca lake and its effect on the water and sediment quality of the lake. The concentrations of metals in the water matrix for the years 2013-2016, published by the National Water Authority (ANA) were compared to the Environmental Quality Standards (EQS) for water; and the concentration of these metals (As, Al, Ba and Mn) contained in the sediment during the years 2013-2014 were compared to the EQS for sediment of the Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). The concentrations of these metals in the water matrix did not exceed the EQS, except for Al and Mn in the waters of tributary rivers; and regarding the lacustrine sediment, As and Ba are the only ones that exceeded the EQS for sediment. Likewise, statistically significant relationships of these metals were found between rivers and lake, both in water and sediment. Finally, the concentration of these metals was compared during the year 2014 for different periods (dry and wet), and non-statistically significant differences were found for As, Al, Ba and Mn, contained in the water and sediments lacustrine. This work contributed to understand the pollution process of a lake caused by its affluent rivers, which will allow to take the necessary actions such as: the implementation of monitoring plans to evaluate the water and sediment quality for metals that exceeded the EQS, as well as organizing control and inspection plans with various institutions involved for the proper management of water resources in the Titicaca lake basin.

Resumen
The present study had as objective to determine the toxicity of cadmium ion (Cd+2) using the bivalve mollusk Argopecten purpuratus (Lamarck 1819) “concha de abanico” and to estimate the ecotoxicological risk in different areas of the Peruvian coast. Juvenile and adult individuals were collected from Pucusana Bay (Lima, Peru), and acute (96 h) ecotoxicological bioassays were carried out with six concentrations and a control. Mean effective concentration (CE50) and ecotoxicological risk were calculated in selected areas, resulting in null risk (Mesa Point), low risk (Sechura Bay and Paracas Bay) and medium risk (Conchan Beach). The mean effective concentration of Cd+2 using scallop was lower in juveniles (0,352 mg·L-1) than in adults (0,545 mg·L-1), and this species was more sensible to Cd+2 than other Peruvian native species, which support the hypothesis that Peruvian scallop is an adequate test organism for carrying out ecotoxicological bioassays. These results will allow to establish corrective measures, such as permanent monitoring and effluent treatment systems, in order to maintain the integrity and health of marine ecosystems were fishing and aquaculture activities are carried out.

Resumen
The objective of this work is to collect information on the importance of symbiotic bacteria in peanut cultivation. Peanuts are of great economic importance, being present within the four most important grains in the world. Its wide distribution ranges from Asia, Africa, America, and South America. The entire biological process of a legume is carried out in the root system where the Rhizobia that are part of the root nodules are responsible for fixing nitrogen independently, this process is responsible for triggering the growth, development, and performance of plants. The symbiotic bacteria present in the soil are responsible for fixing nitrogen, as well as nitrate and ammonium, these bacteria take nitrogen from the air, giving rise to compounds capable of being incorporated into the composition of living beings and the soil. Rhizobacteria have advantages related to the promotion of plant growth, through the aerial part and the root, inducing the production of growth-inducing hormones in plants and helping to provide nutrients to the roots. A decrease in chemical fertilizers by symbiotic bacteria or rhizobacteria can change production techniques in the world because they are highly effective for legumes such as peanuts.

Resumen
Scientific research not only consists of the design and development of the project, data collection, analysis of results and preparation of the final report. Also part of this process is the publication to disseminate the results obtained in a scientific journal. In this sense, the objective was to continue with the fifth installment of the review of news published in various parts of the world in the Diario El Comercio (Lima, Peru), which were related to health. Unfortunately, in many cases researchers have not developed the skills to write adequately for their work to be accepted in journals. The problem arises when an investigation does not publish its results because it can be considered as an investigation that was not carried out.

Resumen
The aim of the study was to describe the number of claims and to propose a model of strategy and primary transparency in the Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Ica S.A, Perú. The study was carried out between June and July 2022. The number of claims between the 2017-2021 period is described. The number of complaints increased each year: 301, 427, 479, 528, and 558 together with the number of clients: 198440, 229103, 261306, 257290, and 278798. A statistically significant difference was found in the two variables where the correlation coefficient was higher. The equation of the adjusted model was: Number of Claims = -303.814 + 0.00311205*Number of clients. In the case of the strategy and primary transparency model, the following variables were proposed: type of operations, contractual documents, description (objective and rationale) and dynamic understanding of the information. It is concluded that the number of claims was increasing and is related to the increase in customers. Likewise, the proposal of the strategy and primary transparency model as a practical tool and with a tangible attribute allows the recognition of consumers towards the financial product and service of the Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Ica S.A.

Resumen
The aim of the study was to evaluate the architecture of financial management not associated with the coefficient of business competence 3CA. Two organizations from Cuba and one from Peru were selected, where they were classified, in three center categories. Eight specific criteria of financial management were analyzed, as well as indicators of financial management from the coefficient of business competence 3CA. The cost of marketing channels and the level of indebtedness explained 99.92% of the variability between all the criteria. No statistically significant differences were found between the production organizations for the financial management values in the competence of the entrepreneurial competence coefficient 3CA. The three organizations were statistically the same, but ESAC and DISAIC show very similar characteristics between them (dendrogram) compared to AMTAWI. The level of competition for the organizations was satisfactory and the order corresponded to: DISAIC > AMTAWI > ESAC. The correlation coefficient between the specific criteria of financial management and the indicators of the organizational competitiveness coefficient 3CA, indicated a weak relationship. It is concluded that the specific indicators of financial management are not associated with the indicators of the coefficient of business competence 3CA and this means an inadequate decision in organizational performance, therefore, it is required to integrate the specific indicators to the coefficient to show greater architecture. towards the dimension of competence and organizational visibility.

Resumen
The castor (Ricinus communis L.) belongs to the Euphorbiaceae family, which is established on all continents. It generates great interest worldwide thanks to the content of oil extracted from the seed, which can be used in the production of biofuels, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, organic fertilizers, among other uses. The main of this work is to analyze the current situation of the cultivation of castor in Ecuador. The literature review was carried out, carrying out an exhaustive search in the Google Scholar, Scielo, Web of Science, and Scopus databases, from 1973 to 2022, with a total of 52 scientific manuscripts. Currently, the supply of seeds for extraction companies has been affected in Ecuador and has put the companies adrift, because there are few producers that produce it, and it is not a technified crop or with incentives from the Ecuadorian government. It is expected that with the launch of the castor variety INIAP – 402 “LA ROJA”, farmers are motivated to sow and that there are more attractive prices from businessmen and thus favor the producer.

Resumen
The aim of the study was to describe the exogenous larval feeding and survival of Orestias luteus (Valenciennes, 1846) under controlled conditions. The study was carried out in the prototype culture laboratory of the Fundación Titicaca Perú (FUNTI-PERU) in the city of Puno, Peru. Biological material was used, 896 units of O. luteus larvae where it was distributed in three treatments and with three repetitions: 1st) T1 = 299 units, 2nd) T2 = 300 units and 3rd) T3 = 297 units. Three replicate treatments were considered: 1st) larvae fed with newly hatched Artemia salina (Linnaeus, 1758) nauplii / artemia, Brand Mackay Marine, 2nd) Artemia salina + Ceriodaphnia dubia (Richard, 1894), and 3rd) C. dubia + Daphnia pulex (Linnaeus, 1758). When comparing survival in O. luteus according to the experimental treatments of exogenous feeding with live foods, there were statistically significant differences. The experimental treatment with A. salina + C. dubia was 100% and showed differences compared to feeding between A. salina (97.65) and C. dubia + D. pulex (98.66). O. luteus larvae adapted to feeding on live organisms where the combination of A. salina + C. dubia was ideal for survival. It is concluded that feeding with living organisms: A. salina, C. dubia and D. pulex allow the survival of O. luteus in controlled conditions where the combined treatment with A. salina and C. dubia is the most favorable.

The study proposes to determine the relationship between the socio-emotional conditions of the mothers and the behavioral problems of preschool children; considering gender and type of educational management. The sample consisted of 154 mothers and their preschool children between the ages of three and five from two schools, one private and one state, in the district of Villa María del Triunfo, Lima, Peru. The Inventory of Behavioral and Socioemotional Problems (IPCS) adapted in Metropolitan Lima by Cossio-2014 was used. The design is descriptive-comparative and correlational, and seeks to compare the results according to gender and type of educational management and to correlate the study variables, socio-emotional conditions and behavioral problems. According to the results, it can be affirmed that the socio-emotional conditions of the mothers are positively related to the behavioral problems of the children. A relationship was found between depressive mood of the mothers and the categories aggressiveness, withdrawal, anxiety and diminished image of the children. A correlation was also found between the couple's relationship and the categories aggressiveness, withdrawal and anxiety. In the isolation category, there is a relationship with the aggressiveness, anxiety, diminished image and fear categories. Family problems are related to the categories aggressiveness, strange behavior, anxiety, diminished image and gender behavior. Boys are more immature than girls. In addition, in the comparison according to the type of educational management, it is found that there are more socio-emotional conditions in the mothers and behavioral problems in the private school.
