Resumen
The use of technological tools, in addition to traditional techniques, to understand consumer emotions and preferences for food products is very important so that product developers have better information for decision-making. This study aimed to use neurogastronomy and neuromarketing tools to study consumers' emotions and visual preferences toward native and classic potato flakes (Solanum tuberosum). Two types of fried flakes were used, classic potato and native potato, with a cost of S/ 6.60 (1.79 USD) and S/ 7.00 (1.90 USD), respectively. Eye Tracking technology and Emotion Analysis were used in the first stage using a mobile phone application. In the second stage, each participant answered a cognitive survey, using the Google form. A hundred consumers aged between 14 and 63 years were used. The survey showed that 45% of consumers indicated their intention to buy the native product rather than the classic product. The neuromarketing results mainly showed a higher proportion of neutrality, and a little lower, in negative emotions of "skepticism", "sadness" and "disgust", especially on the nutritional factor and price. These results, more than contradictory, are complementary since technological tools allow us to know more details about preferences and choices. Consumers intend to consume more native products, if they are more nutritious, more sustainable, cheaper, and benefit the local producer.

Resumen
ChatGPT adds to the list of artificial intelligence-based systems designed to perform specific tasks and answer questions by interacting with users (Apple's Siri, Amazon's Alexa, Google's Assistant and Bard, Microsoft's Cortana, IBM's Watson, Bixby from Samsung, among others). ChatGPT works using OpenAI's GPT (Generative Pretrained Transformer) language model and is capable of learning from users' preferences and behavior patterns to customize its response. ChatGPT has the potential to be applied in different fields, including education, journalism, scientific writing, communication, cell biology, and biotechnology, where there is already evidence. The aim of this work was to analyze the possible applications of ChatGPT in the agricultural and livestock industry. First, a scientometric analysis was performed with VosViewer and Bibliometrix (Bliblioshiny). 3 clusters were identified: (a) Main characteristics; (b) learning systems you use; and (c) applications. To the question: What are the main applications in which ChatGTP will revolutionize agriculture (or livestock) in the world? ChatGPT responded: (a) in the agricultural field: improvement of agricultural decision-making, optimization of agricultural production, detection and prevention of plant diseases, climate management, and supply chain management; and (b) in the livestock field: improvement of animal health and welfare, optimization of animal production, supply chain management, detection and prevention of zoonotic diseases, and climate management for animal production. ChatGPT does not scientifically support its answer, but from the analysis carried out, we find that there is enough scientific evidence to conclude, in this case, that its answers were correct. While ChatGPT does not necessarily scientifically substantiate its answers, users should. There is a lack of studies on the use of Artificial Intelligence and its relationship with ethics.

Resumen
The purple corn cob is an agro-industrial by-product that contains high-value bioactive compounds, which makes its use attractive for the development of extraction processes. The aim of this research was to extract the bioactive compounds from the purple corn cob by high isostatic pressure at different processing temperatures. Pressures of 0.01 MPa, 250 MPa, 450 MPa and 650 MPa for 3 minutes and at temperatures of 25 °C, 45 °C and 65 °C were used. High pressure extraction was compared with conventional extraction (2.5 h at 25°C). The purple corn cob extract obtained by isostatic processing at 650 MPa and 65 °C presented high antioxidant activity and content of bioactive compounds, unlike the conventional extraction of 2.5 h and 65 °C (p < 0.05). However, it did not show a significant difference with the extract obtained at 450 MPa and 45 °C (p > 0.05). Seven different anthocyanins were identified by liquid chromatography in the extracts obtained by high isostatic pressure (650 MPa at 65 °C) and hydroalcoholic maceration (2.5 h at 65 °C), mainly cyanidin-3-glucoside, pelargonidin-3-glucoside and peonidin-3-glucoside, and their respective malonyl derivatives. The high isostatic pressure increased the extraction of bioactive compounds by more than 50% and obtained them in shorter times, thus appearing as a new alternative, and eco-friendly method for the extraction of bioactive compounds from plant tissues.

Resumen
This article describes the procedure for the implementation of a graphical user interface using the App Designer development environment of the Matlab software and its Toolbox Signal Processing and Symbolic Math, which allowed obtaining the Fourier Series coefficients for seven periodic signals followed by a graphical representation in the domain of time and frequency through pulses. Likewise, this
interface was implemented using various components such as Drop Down, Button, Knob, Axes, among others, which allowed the choice of the number of sinusoidal components used in the decomposition, as well as the choice of the type of signal, its amplitude, frequency, DC level and duration time of the same. Therefore, this implementation complements the teaching-learning process developed remotely for a topic in the Telecommunications I course of the 6th academic semester of the Electronic Engineering Degree at Ricardo Palma University. Finally, the graphical results are presented for the case of four choices of periodic signals, with different amplitudes, frequencies and DC levels; as well as the numerical results in terms of the mean square error, showing a lower value for the triangular signal despite using a reduced number of sinusoidal components

Resumen
The experience of political violence in Peru generated, among other consequences, a profound gap in the relationship between the history taught and the processes of consolidation of historical memory and identity; being that the school is a public space where memory is built. Its present possibilities and limitations are related to the teaching of the recent and living past. For the purposes of this research, we intend to analyze the contents of the history books that are taught in schools in Peru and the collective memory about the period of political violence in students at public schools in the 5th year of secondary education. Methodologically is a longitudinal study covering the years 2013 - 2020, will make use of a mixed approach, which
will combine both the quantitative analysis through the surveys to be applied, as well as qualitative analysis based on in-depth interviews, from a selected sample of Metropolitan Lima schoolchildren In addition, a content analysis of the history textbooks of Peru in the fifth year of secondary education will be carried out

Resumen
A balance of the realization of the “I International Congress of Andean Architecture-I CIAA Peru 2019” is presented, whose objective was to show and discuss the contributions of the research carried out by architects within the field of knowledge of the ancestral societies of the Andean world. However, emphasis was placed on interdisciplinary research, in such a way that these studies must be articulated with the advances of the archaeological discipline, as well as anthropological interpretations, and these consider the former, in the sense that architecture implies reorganization of the space where the different human, daily and complex activities take place. In this logic, seven thematic symposia were proposed that allowed us to deepen certain aspects of their ways of life and their transformations. In this way, it is intended to build renewed historiographies and rethink the Andean from architecture.

Resumen
Dispersion studies and preliminary determinations of bacterial declining (T–90) wereperformed at the bay of Chimbote-Peru. As for the dispersion studies, a fundamentalpartial differential equation and its solution for the three-dimensional case areapplied. The shape and characteristics of the tracer plume is determined as well asthe rate of diminution of peak concentrations. The method considers a point injectionwith Rhodamine B and Iodine 131 as tracers, for determining the longitudinal, lateraland vertical dispersion coefficients that govern the dispersion rates of industrial andwastewaters to discharge through a submarine outfall installed at the sea of Chimbote.
The method presented herein allows calculations of dispersion coefficients andpredict the influence of the future diffuser as well, regardless of the nature of thebody of water in which the tests were conducted. In regards to T-90 determinations, they were performed by the use of a combinedtracer technique, using I-131 for dilution measurement and Rhodamine B as a visualaid. Dilution and decrease in bacterial concentrations were taken into considerationas well as continuous radiotracer injection.

Resumen
The study aimed to analyze innovation from business incubators. A survey was applied to six consultants from the Republic of Cuba and twelve university professors from the Republic of Peru, where it was structured using a Likert scale, six indicators for analysis: 1st) technological social prospective service, 2nd) mental map and decisions to run, 3rd) research and development strategy, 4th) coding of technological innovations, 5th) value of business creativity, and 6th) entrepreneurship analysis. Validation was through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. It was observed that at least three questions were not accepted by the respondents representing 80%. The value of the Likert-type scale was 2.88, which meant irregular responses to the knowledge of the variable’s social communication, innovation, and business incubation. The value of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.66, with good reliability. The results indicated limitations on the knowledge that is related to social management, the thinking model from social communication towards innovation and decisions according to the mental map that is oriented to business incubators.
