Resumen
The arrival of the SARS-COV-2 virus and the consequent quarantine established to prevent the spread of the pandemic has represented a turning point in educational systems worldwide, forcing the continuation of the educational process through virtuality. The present article aims to analyze how the pedagogical practices of teachers have been developing, from their essence and significance, assuming a new challenge in the face of this abrupt change in teaching modality. For this, a documentary review of the study variable has been carried out, scientific and review articles have been analyzed, which have been collected from various databases with international prestige. As a result, it is established that this virtual modality has put into play three important aspects in which to educate the teacher in relation to digital skills, the importance of the continuity of professional training, and the reflective attitude that it has about its practice, concluding that if they are taken into account, they will allow the effectiveness of teaching pedagogical practices to become a suitable professional, capable of assuming the challenge of the educational process in both virtual and face-to-face teaching.

Resumen
School coexistence has been a topic of constant analysis by governments, which through policies seek to promote and/or improve student welfare; however, their efforts have not been sufficient to achieve it. Therefore, the objective of this research is to describe and interpret school coexistence. Likewise, a descriptive literature review was chosen for its development, using various articles from different Latin American countries. The results highlight the important work between schools, the family and educational policies to promote adequate school coexistence. In conclusion, it is essential that each element works together to create healthy interpersonal, affective and social experiences and relationships.

The 2030 agenda presents itself as an instrument designed to eradicate poverty in all its forms and dimensions, through the commitment of the 193 UN member states, which have committed themselves to the objectives of sustainable development. In this context, potable water and sanitation meet objective 6, which seeks to ensure the availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all. The problem with this investigation is centered on verifying whether there is a need for a paradigm shift in the current scenario of access to potable water in Brazil, to achieve universalization as a goal of the 2030 Agenda. current paradigm of the right to access to potable water; in the second, the analysis of this right as a human social fundamental and in the third, the realities and utopias for its universalization as a goal of the 2030 Agenda. As Base Theory and Approach the systemic-complete perspective is chosen, using authors with a multidisciplinary perspective on the connection of knowledge. The procedure used consists of a bibliographic analysis (in physical and digital media), and the technique employed involving the construction of reports and expanded summaries. Resumen
From judgments as well known as those of the “Zeilin vs Baidu” case or the Shenzhen and Dreamwriter case, both in 2019, where both under Chinese copyright law, the first categorically denies that an AI can be an author and the second, on the other hand, recognises the copyright of a work created by an AI. Thus, the Dabus case and its recognition by the South African Patent Office or the judgement of the Federal Court of Australia (and the separate vote in the appeal in the UK in September 2021 by Lord Birss). Or the RAGHAV case in India, where the coauthorship of an artificial intelligence was recognised. And in Spanish law, what could happen, would there be the option of recognising the authorship of an artificial intelligence for its works within the Intellectual Property of the Iberian country? This paper analyses the possibilities of the authorship of artificial intelligence in Spanish law, and the particular proposal of a cyberhumanoid person within the range of alternatives.
