This work aspires to describe the fundamental elements for the comprehension of the Ambient Psychologyas a discipline inside the behavior sciences. The methodological generalities are present, the most representative theorical focus and the possibilities that this Psychological discipline has in the investigation and social action field, still unknown, despite its great evolution fundamentally in the Anglo-Saxon countries, since the seventys.

The third part of the life of a human being passes during the dream; because the organism of the living beings uses as much time in sleeping. The neurofisiología has tried to respond to this question with hypotheses that goes from the approach of the dream like «repairing function», the one of «nonanswer», until the one to play an important role in the mechanisms of the memory. The objective of this revision is to display some aspects on the physiology of the dream and the investigations that have come giving answer to the question of because we slept.

Diabetes is an illness, which has its origin in an organic alteration, however, and due to the complexity of human nature, there are some variables of psychological order that intervene during the evolution of the illness, not only do they depend on the mental, but also in the behavioural characteristics and abilities that patients have to confront their illness. Due to the above-mentioned fact, it is important to educate patients so that they will be able to accept treatments effectively , and thus, improve their quality of life. The intervention strategies are built, starting from the education, and evaluating behavioural, cognitive and emotional spheres in the patient, likewise, some abilities such as self-care, adherence to the treatment and confrontation resources towards stress; in order to design ideographical proposals of intervention in these patients.

The diabetes mellitus is defined as a endocrine affection or metabolic syndrome that consists of the deficiency, absence or resistance to the insulin, characterized by systemic physiophatogenia that includes neuropathies, retinopathies, hyperlipidemics, micro and macroangiophaties, hemopathies, cardiopathies and cataracts, among others. Due to the great variety of manifestations it is important to know the involved physiological foundations in the alterations the homeostasis the diabetic patient. These must mainly to the constant been of hyperglycemia, that entails to a series of non enzymatic spontaneous reactions, denominated protein glicosilación. Of this form, although the  glucose is the immediate source of energy on the part of the cells, their high concentrations (postprandial 140 mg/dL) becomes the promoter of the injuries to the different organs.

The bones maxilars are part of the corporal skeletal structure thus are not differents to the pathologies that appear in it. Some keep similarity to each other, others are very singular by their patognomónics characteristics, for example, torus palatal, torus mandibular and the exostosis of the maxilla. Nevertheless, speculative ideas exist about his etiopatogenía, of the associated factors, their incidence and prevalence, its necessity of treatment, among others. The intention of this revision is to display the existing information on the text pathologies used for the formation of professionals of health and the universal scope, and other publications that have served as support to the ideas conceived about torus and the exostosis, doing emphasis in the aspects diagnoses. It is tried that this information serves as direction for future investigations.

The ample metabolic alterations induced by the diabetes mellitus do it one metabolic disease par excellence, whose effects at physiological level are progressively deteriorating the health of the individual that suffers it. Hiperglicemia is in fact the trigger of the complications associated with the diabetes mellitus, is by which the primary target of its treatment is to obtain in the patient sanguineous glucose levels near the normal ones. The objective of the present revision is expose the paper of the dietetic therapy and the exercise in the normalization of glicemia of the diabetic patients.

The diabetes mellitus has been object of countless studies to determine the factors that the presence of this pathology and the populations facilitate mostly affected before this I lash. As much for the patient as for their family it is not easy to live maintaining a strict alimentary regime, added to the frequent application of a bladder of insulin, what causes the restriction of activities and changes in the lifestyle, that can cause a strong impact, more for the children and adolescents than in the adult. The appearance and development of the illness are bound to a group of factors that they unchain the characteristic symptoms of the diabetes mellitus; it is as well as such elements as the age, the sex, the race and the lifestyle constitute a sign of alert in the face of the probability of suffering this dysfunction. In order to determinate if this illness has come maked an epidemy, it ́s necesary to determinate the incidences, comorbid situations and the rate of mortality that it has.

Diabetes is characterized by high glucose blood levels. It can be caused by a decreased production of insulin, a hormone produced by the pancreas in order to regulate sanguineous sugar, by a resistance to this hormone, or both. In order to begin the study of this pathology that affects 194 million people in the world, according to the International Federation of Diabetes, it is necessary to study the morphologic and embryologic aspects of the pancreas. The pancreas is a mixed gland, it has both exocrine and endocrine secretion. The «pancreatic juice», or exocrine secretion is spilled in the duodenum by the main pancreatic duct or Wirsung duct and by the accessory pancreatic duct, the Santorini duct. The endocrine secretion, the insulin, is spilled into the blood and has an essential action in glucose metabolism.

The diabetes mellitus is a endocrine disease with important implications at systemic level, like: angiophaties, neuropathies, retinopathies and nephropathies, among others. These complications have their origin in biomolecular events triggered by hyperglycemia. The present revision treats on the structure and insulin synthesis in the pancreatic beta cells; the molecular and biochemical events that activate their secretion as answer to a high glucose concentration in blood; the signaling pathway generated by the union of the insulin to its receptor on diane cells; and the metabolic alterations that the different types from diabetes mellitus produce.
