This abstract is aimed at reporting on the preliminary results of the researsh on the balance of Antanas Mockus secon administration period, in terms on formal and non formal citizen education. It is necessary to highlight this underlying theoretical and methodological principles, their impact and management from a political perspective. In the same way, this abstract is also meant to make a balance of the formation of citizen competencies in Botá's school supported by available documentation and state of arts.

The main purpose this article is to discuss the relationship between orality and writing as important features of human language development. We approach this discussion focused on the processes of teaching and researching in Spanish as the mother language. Our discussion is supported by findings of two research projects carried out by teachers that are part of the Group Language, Culture and Identity.

This qualitative research has been developed to determine requirements and strategies to  comprehend the sexual right and reproductive rights of pregnant women that are study subject of this research, carried out on the months of September and October 2003. In this study had the participation of a Health Team and  five (5) women within 17 and 30 years old. The information was obtained doing deep surveys and a discussion group.  The discoveries addresses the needs of those women, to  comprehend in an integral way theirs sexual health and reproductive health because they exteriorize the lack of information about sexual and reproductive rights. 3Likewise, was possible to appreciate the ignorance about the rights mentioned above and the politics that support them in case of the Health Team This article describes how the health system it just limits to accomplish norms that doesn’t allows flexibility and the expression of requirement claims that this women receives the health service. Lastly, is recommended to promote diffusion campaigns about sexual rights and reproductive rights for women and men, noticing the stages of the life cycle and to create a new vision in the health attention regarding the creation of gender equalities.

The specific violence against women is a reflection of the inequality andinferiority constructed against them  in a society of power against one another. One of the terrible effects of the continuous violence and abuse is that these women learn to live without hope.  Because of the above, it was very important to develop of support groupsanswering the needs of these survivors of intra-familial violence. Thedevelopment of this therapy used a phenomenological perspective and Sensitive Gender. The phenomenological perspective was based on a humanistic. In addition, there was the qualitative methodology. The group therapy was done with the afore-mentioned views and oriented to explore the central axis of the areas that were affected by intra-familial violence, to express  feelings, to produce behavior and cognitive changes.   The methods that were used in the support group were that everyone pays attention to the behaviors, the ideas, and the expressions of each woman a thing that stimulated the oriented group to encourage the women in therapy to be the ones who recognized the tools to confront the violence with which they lived.

This article was the result of an investigation that arose due to the non- existence of an analysis of situation of health of the sector 9 that it includes to the precarious  Barrio Nuevo, and of the need to incorporate the professional in  nursing in the development of investigations in the first level of attention. A quantitative approach was in use with  qualitative  techniques in order validate the investigation, it is of descriptive type - transectional and noexperimental design, there was in  use a system of variables that contemplates the dimensions: Biological, Economic, Ecological, Reproduction, Conscience and Conduct, and Services of Health. The information obtained  from the family effective cards, the observation not-participant and the interview of 19 key informants of the sector 9. Inside the principal opposing problems they emphasize the violence intrafamiliar, the delinquency, the drug addiction, few community participation, absence of programs of sexual education and the environmental pollution; besides, there was demonstrated the need toincorporate the professional in nursing in the Basic Team of Integral Attention of Health.

This article is a qualitative  research product in which it applied like a research structural method the “Action Research”. The techniques used for the recollecting information was the no participate observation, the semi structural interview and the field diary. The sample was intentional and it participated 12 professor; they work in the mental and psiquiatric area, medicine-surgery area and sexual and reproductive area. The validity was made knowing my position and  reflexion of my person; besides, the triangulation of the techniques used and the intersubjective. The motivation for researching this theme was born like a professor suspicious to explore new fields in the educational area, specifically in nursing.

Se empieza con una breve reseña histórica sobre el desarrollo de la técnica hipnótica, algunas de sus definiciones y características observables en el paciente, hasta el diseño y aplicación de la sugestión.Seguidamente se revisan investigaciones aplicadas al campo del dolor agudo y crónico, en donde se resaltan aquellas técnicas no farmacológicas, en especial la hipnosis.Se discute sobre la efectividad de la hipnosis en el manejo del dolor. Se debe de diferenciar su aplicación entre niños y adultos.Existe inconformidad entre los investigadores por la carencia de un instrumento objetivo y estandarizado para la medición del dolor tanto en niños, como en adultos.La hipnosis se presenta como el instrumento más efectivo en el tratamiento del dolor y la ansiedad, y siempre debe de complementarse con el criterio médico y farmacológico.Las esferas de influencia de la hipnosis, la relajación y la sugestión se traslapan, pues son parte de un continuo

This article emphasizes the necessity an evaluation by competences according to a reform of science curriculum and environmental studies, under complex and global concepts, as well as its presentation developed by the teaching staff and supported by innovation and research of the teacher in the classroom.This article is divided into three main parts.In the first, it shows the changes in evaluation since the 1960s to the present. In the second part, it presents some international experiments, which employ curricular reforms alon gwith changes in evaluation.The third part, as a conclusion, shows the necessity of initial teacher formation which is permanently adequate withstand the aforementioned changes.

This article analyzes the relationship between aspects and methodological domains, in order to a major comprehension of the developing of competences.
