Resumen
Peru has become one of the most affected and infected countries by COVID-19. The expansion of the virus could not be contained by a complete lockdown and a state of emergency. The reopening of the economy increased the expansion of COVID-19. Peru’s role in the international division of labor, the country’s company structure, high levels of informality and the general use of temporary contracts are the structural conditions on which the expansion of COVID-19 in the country rests. For in Metropolitan Lima, districts with a more than average rate of informality have also a more than average rate of COVID-19 infections. In this article, it is argued that COVID-19 is not a democratic virus but a class virus. As such, it is contended that the neoliberal development model has been responsible for the government’s limitation to implement measures according to the country’s social and economic structure that might have contained the expansion of COVID-19

The article analyzes in the young university students of Lima the constitution of virtual communities, gender relations and the construction of their identity. The participation of young people in virtual spaces contributes to the understanding of new forms of socialization, interaction and youth subjectivities. It was found that the majority of young people belong to virtual communities of friends, they relate indistinctly with men and women, the themes that link them are oriented by affective values and by themes of utilitarian practices. Likewise, their identity is characterized by being plural, founded on feelings and values that highlight their own individuality, develop an image that seeks the recognition of others and the sense of belonging to virtual communities.

Resumen
In this article we explore how people have used digital media and platforms for entrepreneurship and self-employment to resist the COVID-19 pandemic in Metropolitan Lima. In this context, it has been argued that the changes introduced by quarantine, such as remote learning and remote working, require a high dependence on digital media, these changes are here to stay as part of the modus operandi of a system that seeks to reinvent itself in times of crisis

Resumen
The following historical essay aims to describe a pattern of social behavior, shown from certain events, which concatenated reveal a complex social and characteristic manifestation of some of the leaders of Peru in the XXI century. The behavior that we will analyze, under the approximations of the history of the imaginary, will be the lie or some examples of arguments or uncertain proclamations that the leaders make. This exercise of historical observation will be of vital utility, for the understanding and identification of a temporal pattern of events, on which the use of lies is expressed, as a mechanism aimed at protecting the image of the ruler, as long as, the deception generated is not discovered. Well, when evidenced, a scandal is produced, which becomes a historical event, which will be the scene of the destruction of the image
of the ruler, who cannot hide the truth of his political actions, will be criticized, and questioned by the population.

Resumen
Peruvians who work legally or formally have earned the trust and appreciationof many German people and are well regarded in their workplaces by their coworkers.Men and women develop under cultural norms and patterns that aredifferent from their places of origin. Respect and trust are aspects that reveal theirdaily lives. However, the sociocultural and even ethnic spaces are so dissimilar inthe city that they often have to cope with the fear and uncertainty of their hostsbecause they present themselves as “strangers” to be regarded with suspicion orfear, which implies seeing in them the foreigner who under his face highlights the distinction that carries within himself, racial discrimination, cultural exclusionand, whose “otherness” is not only observed from the same hosts but, extends,to the same Peruvian and Latin American emigrants . Generated by the yearsof arrival or arrival that becomes quasi status. However, also understand that itis the new lifestyles, as well as labor relations and daily life, which generate thestruggle between the same “strangers
