Resumen
In the labor context, the organizational climate and work stress play a preponderant role for the correct development of companies, therefore, it must be taken into account that it is a highly relevant issue for both public and private entities, being the Ministry of Education and their districts, major players as they perform vital functions in the academic formation of youth and children. However, behind the functions of vital importance carried out by the districts we have the human talent team, work collaborators, who are performing various functions through each position in the organization. The human talent department fulfills several functions in the entities, among these is the measurement of the organizational climate, therefore, it is also responsible for taking corrective measures to apply for the reduction of work stress. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to evaluate the organizational climate and work stress in the workers of the education district, Manta, Montecristi, Jaramijó, province of Manabí in the year 2020. For this, a quantitative methodology was used, with a non-experimental, descriptive, documentary and field approach. Among the main results, it is highlighted that the deletions of items, as well as technological advances, have caused a tense work environment in the administrative and educational staff that translates into work stress that on certain occasions is reducing the achievement of institutional objectives.

Resumen
The remnants of hospital activities cause countless negative vestiges in the context that affect the environment either in the short, medium, or long term. In this sense, the following research article is developed with the aim of evaluating the audit process of environmental management of waste at Hospital de Especialidades de Portoviejo, framed in a non-experimental design methodology, with a mixed approach and exploratory, descriptive, field, and bibliographic. Applying the questionnaire and the interview as a data collection technique aimed at 7 people who make up the study sample. Among the main results obtained in the research are the environmental deficiencies within the Hospital de Especialidades de Portoviejo, as it does not have a professional in the field of environmental engineering and since there is no evidence of environmental audits carried out to evaluate the risks inherent in this activity. This situation generates a problem that can have great negative impacts on the hospital and the environment, since the activity of these establishments generates incidents in the environment that without proper processing could raise latent dangers against the well-being of the individual and its context; therefore, it is assumed that a hospital environmental management policy is necessary. It is recommended to take the actions required to formulate policies that focus on the prevention of environmental risks, through evaluative audits that promote efficient waste management and environmental care.

Resumen
The new Technologies in the digital era of virtual education in 2021 have characteristics that greatly differ from face-to-face education, the teaching-learning process cannot be isolated from technological advances or changes in the educational process. It is important to know what platforms and programs students know and what kind of problem teachers of social sciences may have in the use of different virtual tools. The student has greater autonomy and independence, being the one who sets his pace of work, and is the central axis of his own teaching-learning process. This playful gamification methodology by the teacher and the student interacts in different ways in the subjects of social studies such as history, geography and coexistence, which the student learns through their experiences and the teacher becomes a counselor, therefore, among the main results of this research, the effects of the use of virtual tools in this learning are determined. Survey and interview techniques will be used to collect in-depth data, the questionnaire was used as an instrument for collecting information. The result of this research shows that students should be creative, have an interest in learning in this teaching-learning process, and teachers should also strengthen the use of virtual tools, however, the conditions are usually limiting. Teachers consider that the implementation of this learning gamification technique and the use of virtual tools would improve academic training, better capturing student interest and interaction with the teacher.

Resumen
Linguistic awareness is the ability that allows the child to reflect on oral language, to identify, segment or combine the lexical units of learned words, in order to master the communicative competence that occurs in the structure of speech. For this reason, the aim of this research is to design a didactic strategy to develop linguistic awareness in learning of reading and writing of second year students of Basic General Education at Carlos Enrique Parrales Public School in the city of Portoviejo. The methodology was a descriptive, non-experimental research, with a quantitative approach. For the discussion and analysis of the results the theoretical, empirical, and statistical methods were used. The techniques used were a survey, the document analysis process and a diagnostic test. A total of 26 students and 15 teachers participated in the study. The results showed that the students have difficulties such as: relating phoneme-grapheme, identifying the meaning of words, recognizing when a sentence has a wrong structure and determining which word is causing the confusion. On the other hand, teachers use the global method in teaching reading and writing, so they do not carry out activities for learning the alphabetic code and this stop the reading fluency. It is concluded that the teacher as an essential part of the teaching-learning process must be updated in new methods of teaching, especially with the methodology which is included in the Ecuadorian curriculum for the teaching of reading and writing, since there is a lack of knowledge or they do not how to apply it effectively.

Resumen
Education is a fundamental right of citizens, and it is the responsibility of the State to ensure that its citizens receive quality education for the benefit of the development of nations. The audits provide the authorities and the educational system with an external evaluation of the quality and levels of achievement reached by the institutions in relation to quality standards. This Research aimed to determine the relationship of educational auditing in the quality of education in Latin America. The research methodology was non-experimental, qualitative, analytical and bibliographic. The population considered was the countries belonging to Latin America, performing a non-probabilistic sampling for convenience, selecting the countries of Chile, Ecuador and Colombia. Among the results obtained was to know the legal framework of Latin America in the processes of educational quality, identify the different standards and regulations applied in relation to educational auditing in the countries of Chile, Ecuador and Colombia, observing that in Ecuador and Colombia it is the faculty of the Ministry of Education the realization and contracting of these evaluation processes and in Chile by an external agency. The countries that have applied these evaluation processes have improved by 80% in educational indicators and standards to achieve quality, although in quality due to Covid19 that percentage dropped considerably.

Resumen
The objective of the research was to analyze the economic sustainability of the Peasant Social Security in Manabí zone 4 in the periods 2015 - 2019, in which the descriptive research was developed to determine which legal and economic restructurings affected the IESS during the study period. The analysis obtained through the budget balances shows that as of 2017 there is evidence of a smaller gap between what has been codified and what has been executed, noting better planning in administrative financial management. Applying management indicators to measure efficiency and effectiveness is a way of knowing in which areas it is necessary to strengthen; Finally, it is concluded that the proposed strategies are of a preventive nature, that is, to control the management within the Manabí Farmer Social Security, Zone 4; Due to the little influence that it has on government decisions, what can be done is to improve local management.

Resumen
As in most countries in the world, Ecuador decreed a state of emergency and related measures due to the health emergency caused by Covid-19; the inhabitants faced a scenario as complex as it was unknown. The results of the study of the event, in relation to the affectation or psychological impact on people, because it is unexpected and recent, are still limited. Due to the above, it is proposed as a general objective to determine the level of stress associated with the quarantine product of COVID-19 in citizens of the 3 Cruces sector of the Picoazá Parish of the Portoviejo canton, in the year 2020. A non-experimental, exploratory study was applied, with descriptive scope, literature review, and mixed qualitative-quantitative approach. Standardized research techniques were used, such as the Perceived Stress Scale (EEP) and the SISCO Inventory of Pandemic Stress. the ISEP. As main conclusions, both in the EEP and in the SISCO inventory there were higher than average psychological responses to stressors, high levels of tension, uncertainty, depression, anxiety and decreased coping strategies, scenarios that they affect the physical, emotional and psychological stability of people, which are directly affecting the well-being and quality of life of the population studied.

Resumen
In the educational world, ICTs promote the change and transformation of traditional teaching-learning methods, in order to allow greater access to it, as well as provide quality education. The use of ICTs allows passive learning to be transmuted into active learning, that is, students decide and select the type of information they need, and then analyze and understand it, which implies autonomous learning, that is, students are auto direct. It should be noted that the methodology used in the research focuses on a mixed methodology, being qualitative and quantitative, in addition, the research design is descriptive since it aims to identify the effectiveness and importance of ICT in high school graduates in the agricultural sector. , In addition to the aforementioned, it is also within the documentary framework since bibliography was used to verify the integrity of the investigation, in turn it is part of the field design, this because it seeks to collect the necessary information that be the basis for this and future research. In the same order of ideas, the population selected to be part of the investigation, are the teachers and students of the Technical Fiscal Educational Unit "San Vicente", having as a sample 42 students and 23 teachers who were selected through intentional sampling or opinion, where the researcher establishes a series of rules to be fully complied with. One of the important components of an investigation is the data collection techniques, the technique used in the investigation is a survey, which was extracted from a previously carried out thesis which has a direct relationship with the ongoing investigation. Finally, the conclusions of the research are based on the importance of ICT today, being a tool that allows the teaching-learning process in a more direct and more active way, fostering in the student the interest in the agricultural sector.

Resumen
The changes that have been taking place in contemporary education have brought with them new methodologies for teaching, one of which is the technological tools that have been on the rise in recent years. Technological tools allow students to promote their motivation in the teaching-learning process, however, in rural areas of Ecuador there are educational institutions that do not have the necessary conditions to implement educational resources in subjects such as English, which allow improving the teaching learning in this era of virtuality. In this sense, it is intended to carry out a study with the objective of analyzing how the use of technological tools affects the teaching and learning of the English language in rural areas. It is considered a quantitative exploratory research, through the application of the survey as a technique for collecting information. The sample was represented by the Dr. Miguel Moran Lucio Educational Unit, which encompasses a total of 57 people, including students and teachers. The results showed high satisfaction of the sample in relation to the use of technological tools. It is concluded that Information and Communication Technologies offer a diversity of resources for the development of communicative competence in the English language, hence the teacher plays an important role in the selection of technological tools that are appropriate and viable in the area. where I carry out the pedagogical mediation.

Resumen
Today's world is constantly changing technology. That is why a new global scenario is developing in countless ways in the twenty-first century. One of them is, without a doubt, the advancement of new information and communication technologies in the educational field. These require a level of appropriation in skills and skills on the part of teachers, in order to improve in all areas of their professional work, combining digital skills with innovations in pedagogy, in turn contributing to the improvement of the quality of the educational system. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo diagnosticar los constructos de los fundamentos teóricos de las competencias digitales docentes del área de bachillerato. La metodología que posee el presente trabajo es de nivel descriptiva con un enfoque cualitativo y un diseño fenomenológico. In addition, theoretical methods such as synthesis, logical historical and deductive analysis were used, which allowed data on digital teaching skills to be obtained. As a result of the research, it was obtained that digital skills are fundamental to carrying out processes involving TIC. Studies should include indispensable competencies such as computerization, communication and collaboration. However, problem-based learning along with TIC allows the teacher to actively build their digital knowledge and skills and acquire problem-solving skills. Likewise, the competences have been key to achieving teaching and learning processes according to each of the needs of society.
