Incorporating GeoGebra software in Higher Basic Education classes is necessary for young people to enhance their critical and analytical skills to solve mathematical processes and problems, expanding thinking and abstract skills and at the same time increasing their performance; with the help of an interactive, dynamic, simple, attractive, entertaining and free program. This study seeks to analyze the GeoGebra tool for teaching Mathematics in improving the academic performance of students at the Higher Basic Education level. The methodology is based on the mixed approach. Basic elements of peer-reviewed scientific articles were described and analyzed to detect useful information and make the relevant contributions. A systematic analysis of the literature was carried out, obtaining 3 investigations, where the independent variable GeoGebra and the dependent variable of performance are measured. In this research, it is evident that the use of GeoGebra software significantly improves the performance of students in the subject of mathematics. As the software is used, learning increases, in addition to interest in the subject also growing, students quickly assimilate the properties of the exercises, its interface is pleasant for students, positively influencing academic performance Of the youngs. The earlier they begin to use GeoGebra, the better their use will be and they can make abstractions, conjectures and interpretation of mathematical results. The knowledge and use of ICT from an early age is of vital importance, for the integral formation of the child. That is why the PowToon software enables the development of skills and abilities for the development of prewriting. In the present investigation, the objective was to design a system of activities for the development of prewriting through the PowToon software as a didactic resource in 4-year-old children of the Federico González Suárez Educational Unit. For this reason, a methodology applied through the mixed approach or socio-critical paradigm was determined, under an ethnographic design with a descriptive scope, taking as a starting point a documentary analysis of references related to ICT and the development of cognitive skills, such as prewriting, through the PowToon software tool. In order to have an approximation diagnosis to the reality object of the study, a survey was applied as instruments to the teachers of the Initial Education to determine the knowledge and application of the PowToon software as a didactic resource and an observation guide to the children who formed part of the sample. Among the main findings, it was identified through conceptual theoretical evaluations and the analysis of the results, how the PowToon software allows the creation of animations with a fun and intuitive approach and is very useful to capture the attention, imagination, creativity and development of prewriting in children. Motivation is a fundamental part during the development and performance of classes in any country in the world, and the use of digital tools as didactic strategies in order to carry out the teaching and learning process leads to learners increase their motivation and as a consequence acquire certain knowledge or developing some skills. The objective of this study was to determine the incidence of virtual motivational strategies in academic performance of the first-year high school learners at 25 de Mayo high school from Portoviejo canton. The Methodology used in this research was demonstrated under the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach, the method used was deductive. It was of a bibliographical descriptive nature. The population consisted of 38 teachers belonging to the aforementioned educational institution. The data collection technique was the survey; The instrument was a questionnaire with closed mixed response options (dichotomous and Likert-type scale). The results indicated that 86.84% of teachers do not consider themselves competent to use mediated strategies by technology; 78.94% of teachers use digital tools that motivate learning, frequently and very often, in this same frequency, 76.31% consider that the use of ICT-mediated strategies enhance motivation. It is concluded that motivation levels can be raised and are directly related to the use of digital motivational strategies, leading to a significant improvement in academic performance of each of the learners. The research carried out analyzes the didactic skills developed in the virtual learning environment (EVA) by the teachers of the San Jacinto Public High School during the 2021-2022 school year. Based on the descriptive method, with a mixed approach and the support of the survey technique elaborated in Google Forms, the Model for the Evaluation of Teaching Skills for Online Teaching (MECDL) was taken as a reference, in its latest version 2018, aimed at 25 teachers of the educational institution. The results determined that due to have developed the educational processes in an EVA, the teachers, from their pedagogical, communicative, technological and evaluative actions, demonstrated a high level of applicability. It is concluded that teachers appropriated information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational field through a self-directed process and used a series of resources that support active, collaborative, progressive and independent learning   emphasizing building knowledge and developing personal and professional skills. The objective of this research was to determine the importance of the application of pedagogical skills and the use of ICTs in teachers of the U.E. Campozano of the Paján canton of the province of Manabí, Ecuador. In the research process, a non-experimental, applied, field methodology was applied, with a quantitative approach, applying the survey technique which was necessary in this research, in addition, the questionnaire was used as instruments using the Forms of Google, and the bibliographic record for the compilation of theoretical references. The results prove that educators use pedagogical skills through the use of ICTs in the teaching-learning process with their students. It is concluded that the use of (ICT`s) have provided a great advance in terms of access to information through the Internet and thus applying pedagogical skills, especially in the educational field, where new atmospheres are perceived in the training field. In the Ecuadorian prison system in 2021, anomalies and problems were evidenced that led to taking alternative measures imposed by the National Government to be able to partially stop this crisis, but which has not been totally satisfactory, since this system underwent a comprehensive transformation from the beginning. period 2013 to 2020; and as a result of this process, the implementation of the public policy was evaluated. To achieve effective development, different investigative sources were used, which allowed the objective to be met: Analyze the incidence of internal communication in the organizational climate of the employees of the National Service for Comprehensive Care for Adults Deprived of Liberty and Adolescent Offenders (SNAI ) of the Manabí Male Social Rehabilitation Center No. 3 of the Sucre canton, Manabí; taking into account the staff that works in this institution, who were key factors in obtaining the necessary information, also based on analysis of institutional documents. The methodology used in the high-level professional article has a qualitative and quantitative approach, having a descriptive - correlational scope considering the relationship of the proposed variables; Internal Communication and Organizational Climate. With the development of the investigation, it was known that there are shortcomings in internal communication, which negatively affects the organizational climate of this institution, for which the training of the institution's employees was established as a proposal, which goes in benefit of improving the organizational climate every day through internal communication. The need to resolve the theoretical-methodological shortcomings in the training of the non-pedagogical profile teacher, which limit their professional performance, constitutes the essential idea of the article that is presented. For this, a characterization of the Ecuadorian teacher who teaches in universities and lacks a pedagogical and didactic training that allows them to conduct the developer teaching-learning process in accordance with current trends at the international level is carried out. The research process developed has its theoretical-practical foundation in the dialectical method as a general method and the theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical methods were applied to obtain reliable data about the behavior of the permanent training of this teacher, as well as the main limitations they have in their role as a teacher of technical subjects that require dialectical relationships in the pedagogical preparation of the teacher without a pedagogical profile. The public entity Portoaguas EP participates in this project, which was developed in the city of Portoviejo, province of Manabí. Its objective was to evaluate the operational management for the installation of drinking water meters in the quality of the service. The integrated methodology is descriptive and would explore, where the techniques that are part of this study are the interview and the survey, which were developed both for service consumers to determine the level of satisfaction with the service received and the interview with the manager. of the respective company. The results obtained is that a large part of the population surveyed expresses their dissatisfaction with the service, due to a variety of problems that are evident at the time of placing the meters and an apparently excessive charge. In conclusion, the public company Portoaguas EP, manages strategies towards the improvement of the service, however, the inhabitants are not used to charging for the service, which is expected that over time the perspective that the consumer has on the measures will be satisfactory. Didactic strategies are actions that teachers carry out in a planning to achieve the achievement of learning goals. The objective of the research was to diagnose the use of didactic strategies that guarantee the significant learning of the subject of organic chemistry, for this a school directed to the students and teachers of the subject of organic chemistry of the third year of high school of the Unit was developed and applied. Educativa Fe Herodita Loor Muñoz, obtaining as a result that students participate actively and dynamically in class sessions, learn new experiences that allow them to carry out individual and team work, it was also known that the activities carried out in the classroom use them to solve problems of everyday life. It was concluded that the diagnosis made allowed knowing details about the didactic strategies that were being used in the subject of organic chemistry in high school students, allowing the creation of new strategies that guarantee significant learning and that the student is able to act autonomously and self-regulated. The fishing activity imposes a great risk, which, sometimes the impact that this activity often has on the workers is unknown. Therefore, this research focuses on analyzing occupational risk and how it affects the productivity of employees. The main objective of this research is to evaluate occupational risk and its impact on the production levels of the company Geopaxi S.A. The methodology used is descriptive research, being necessary to detail the current situation, processes and other activities that the company presents. On the other hand, the chosen population is finite, being 60 the collaborators that are part of this company, therefore, the application of formulas is not necessary; Among the techniques that were part of this study were the interview and the survey. As a result, it is visualized that 66% of the collaborators live in risk situations, of which they must be warned. It is concluded that most of the dangers for fishermen are falls, blows and destruction of machinery that affects the level of production of the company GEOPAXI S.A.
