Craft industries create employment opportunities and generate income, preserve local customs and traditions and popularize them through the production of unique local products, which is why this research arises from the need to analyze the value chain of this type of microenterprise. in which the ASCOCOCOEBANITOS association is considered as the main source of study. The objective of this investigation is to analyze the incidence of the value chain in the production of the artisan companies of Manabí. The methodology used for this research was descriptive and exploratory, with a quantitative and qualitative design, in which the research technique was used, such as the survey of producers and the interview with the main authority of each association. Within the framework of the results, it is obtained that a large part of the respondents who represent 51% have knowledge about the representation of the value chain in artisanal micro-enterprises. In conclusion, the various craft associations focus on increasing performance through primary and secondary activities. Keywords: value chain, craft, microenterprise.

The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between Social Welfare and the perception of the service of the users of the HEIs of Manabí. The methodology applied is qualitative-quantitative, the research design used is descriptive, explanatory, non-experimental and cross-sectional. The population is made up of 68,334 users, which includes the state universities of zone 4 of Manabí-Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, obtaining a sample of 382 subjects to be surveyed. With the statistical program SPSS® Statistics Processor version 25 and through Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, a reliability of 0.998 was obtained; With the results, it was possible to verify the correlation of the variables with Spearman's Rho coefficient, resulting in a general hypothesis of 0.828, where the university Social Welfare is related to the perception of the service of the users of the HEIs of Manabí-Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas. The purpose of carrying out this research is the difficulty that occurs in the second year basic students in the development of literacy, at the same time it must be taken into account that literacy is one of the most important foundations that they have to face. the students, to transcend in the training and acquisition of knowledge that will mark their professional life in the future, in addition to the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic, these digital tools gain a great boom through them, it was possible to continue in the process of education in a synchronous and asynchronous way that broke paradigms in teaching-learning. It should be noted that this study deals with digital narratives and their impact on literacy, therefore, the main objective of this article is to analyze digital narratives and their impact on literacy in the academic performance of second-year students. basic year of the Sathya Sai Fiscomisional Educational Unit of the City of Bahía de Caráquez. To emphasize the role played by digital narratives as a teaching-learning methodological resource in literacy that guides them to a transformation of the learning model to stimulate educational contexts through the senses such as auditory, visual and sensory. The digital narratives from the various language systems that are integrated as texts, images, animation, videos and sounds. It has been verified that the research was developed under a quantitative approach, applying a type of non-experimental descriptive study, showing that the study population consisted of 17 teachers to whom a survey with dichotomous questions was applied, to carry out the discussion , analysis of the results obtained, in addition, empirical, statistical, theoretical methods were used, although it is true that teachers use the various digital tools, therefore the different activities implemented in the class sessions as feedback strategies or previous knowledge that lead to great advantages academic since they help develop creativity, critical thinking, interaction, cooperation in students and it is not only skill but also skills that students think they could not, the most important thing to obtain the skills and abilities in reading and writing of the students of second year of basic, it is worth signaling ar that from the teaching experience it is concluded that the different digital tools is an opportunity and strategy for teachers and resources or techniques for students, especially in the use of the different applied digital narratives, it can be pointed out the one that has been most relevant and used by teachers is Liveworksheets for its pedagogical academic techniques, strategies and methodology that strengthens student performance in literacy in their teaching-learning. This article proceeds from the bibliographic review by investigating the literature available to date on issues related to the audit reports approved by the General Contralory of the State (by its acronym in Spanish, CGE: Contraloría General del Estado) in the year 2020, province of Manabí. Criteria have been analyzed by different professionals, who address the issue from the point of view of the variable found. Important points, such as the importance of the audit report in public institutions were discussed in this research. Qualitative research was carried out due to the collection of data information that allowed the author to demonstrate the need to comply with the recommendations made in the audit report for the contribution of good institutional management. On the other hand, the research design was non-experimental, cross-sectional, and descriptive, because it was carried out without deliberately manipulating the variables. The sample is not probabilistic, it was carried out for convenience according to the access of information, and 4 entities subject to special examinations in the province of Manabí were selected. In the present study, the audit report numbers are shown through tables and a series of qualifications to verify if the recommendations issued to these entities are complied with. Finally, this article aims to learn about compliance with the recommendations issued to public sector entities in the province of Manabí to improve decision-making processes and good institutional practices. The present research work has been carried out in the case study modality aims to analyze the technique of good humor through memes as an educational strategy to strengthen the school performance of the students of the Sathya Sai Fiscomisional Educational Unit Memes have gained popularity in recent years and this is particularly due to the excessive use of networks social since they are used for literally everything, from marketing, sales, business, politics, social assistance, leisure and now, due to the pandemic, they are used even more in education. Thanks to these interactions on the web, memes go viral very quickly on the different communication platforms and they express satire in all kinds of fields and generally express something funny. The problem arises when observing how during the classes taught in the different courses they are maintained in a traditional way without giving way to the new teaching-learning methodologies, this makes students get distracted from classes very easily, lose focus or attention. to which the teacher is explaining, therefore a good learning performance by the students will not be reflected, that is why the importance of implementing changes that strengthen the educational system to generate in our students or quality learning, a learning significant that marks him for life. Today's society is surrounded by constant changes and technological evolution. In the pedagogical process it is essential that the teacher design and apply methodologies that contribute to education and capture the interest of students. Hence, the use of new learning platforms where the content to be studied is combined with the use of different technological formats (audio, video and games) can help consolidate constructivist learning. An alternative to promote the development of learning is gamification, which is one of the techniques that uses the principles of the game to apply them in educational praxis, the effectiveness of which has been proven by many authors. The objective of this work is to analyze gamification as a didactic resource in the teaching of the Dr. "Miguel Moran Lucio" Educational Unit during the period 2021-2022. Methodologically, it was framed in a quantitative exploratory research with a non-experimental design. 98 students of the Technical High School of the Dr. "Miguel Moran Lucio" Educational Unit were taken as a population, leaving the sample made up of 29 students who were in the third year of the technical high school, to whom an electronic survey was applied under an elaborated form. with Google Docs. The results showed that teachers use gamification strategies in the teaching process and that students are attracted when this type of tool is used. Emotional intelligence is a matter of interest in a large part of the scientific community, it has special relevance for research in educational processes and in everyday life in particular. The objective of this work is to establish the theoretical foundation for the development of emotional intelligence in the teaching staff of the Ciudad de Pedernales Educational Unit. The research is descriptive with a qualitative, bibliographical approach that led to the search for information in different databases that we find on the web, using strategies using associated terms and keywords; In data processing, theoretical methods were used such as analysis - synthesis, historical-logical and deductive, which allowed an analytical treatment of the information based on a judgment in the different theories on emotional intelligence in teachers. As a result of the investigation of the theoretical references, they have allowed us to recognize that emotional intelligence has an intimate relationship with the development of social, emotional and intellectual skills of teachers; Similarly, teachers with high emotional intelligence promote and create an environment that helps develop socio-emotional skills and provide solutions to interpersonal conflicts; however, emotions play a central role in interpretation and behavior in daily life. It is concluded that the practice of emotional intelligence favors job performance, they are key to promoting positive learning environments, they allow solutions to problems such as lack of empathy within the educational field. The objective of this article was to determine the 4MAT learning styles in the teaching-learning of the social study area with teachers of the upper basic of the Sathya Sai Fiscomisional Educational Unit of Bahía de Caráquez. The methodology used for this research was non-experimental, through a test on the 4MAT. The technique chosen for the elaboration of the investigation was the realization of surveys to students and teachers. These surveys were applied to a population of 95 high school students and 14 teachers from this same sublevel. The results obtained allowed us to determine that 86% of the respondents indicate that learning styles should be taken into account in the teaching-learning process, 79% of teachers consider that learning styles are not taken into account at the time of learning. plan and 79% of teachers feel somewhat qualified to detect the different learning styles within a classroom. On the other hand, 84% of students feel that not all people learn in the same way; 63% of students think that the success of the teaching-learning process depends on taking into account the different learning styles. The application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) within the teaching-learning processes represents an important aspect that must be observed within educational planning. The objective of this research work is to evaluate the capacities that teachers and students have in the proper use of ICTs for educational purposes; For this purpose, the 6 teachers and 90 students belonging to the Antonio Uscocovich school of the Leonidas Plaza - Manabí - Ecuador were assumed as study sample; For the collection of information, a structured survey was applied to teachers and students that allowed, through a self-assessment, to determine the level of skills they have for the development of the teaching-learning process through the use of ICTs, and served to establish the level of facilities provided by the educational institution for the efficient use of ICTs for educational purposes. The most relevant findings indicate that most teachers are not fully trained to properly use this technological resource in the development of their classes despite considering them important for the good performance of their educational activities, a result that was corroborated with the opinion of the students. The main goal of this research was to examine the effectiveness of the use of the Powtoon tool in the teaching-learning of seventh-grade students of the "Antonio Uscocovich" School of Basic Education (EB), Manabí-Ecuador. The methodology used was based on a quantitative, descriptive approach. The population was 30 students in the seventh grade of EB. The technique used for data collection was the survey; two were used in the Pre Test, one for students and one for teachers. Based on the results obtained, a training plan was carried out for teachers of the institution's middle school on the handling of the Powtoon tool. Subsequently, a Post Test was applied to the students to know what was the impact on regards the intervention with teachers. The analysis of the results was done through descriptive statistics; Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient was used, which gave a value of 0.85, which indicates that it is highly reliable. The results showed a high student satisfaction when using interactive presentations designed in Powtoon, in addition, both teachers and students have adequate technology to develop interactive teaching resources.
