Resumen
Learning and Knowledge Technologies (LKT) guide the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for pedagogical purposes. The objective of the study was to determine whether the academic performance of middle school students at the Maria Olimpia de Argudo institution presents statistically significant differences between those who received the learning process in Language and Literature with the use of LKT (Microsoft Teams platform and WhatsApp instant messaging application) and pedagogical cards, school year 2021-2022. This work of non-experimental design employed a mixed, comparative and cross-sectional approach. Field and documentary research allowed collecting data to later record and process them in Excel spreadsheets and SPSS 22 statistical software. Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality tests and parametric statistics using the t-Student test for 2 independent samples were applied, the significance p= 0.00 < 0.05 allowed accepting the alternative hypothesis (Ha): if there is a statistically significant difference in the academic performance of students who received the learning process through the LKT and pedagogical cards. The assessment of academic performance is subject to multiple factors, which include the use and application of the LKT and the pedagogical cards.

Resumen
The e-learning platform is an innovative learning tool, it requires a new approach and way of working for teachers to guarantee an optimization in the teaching-learning process. Therefore, the objective of this article is to determine the improvement of methodological strategies based on the use of the E-LEARNING platform to optimize the U.E. OLMEDO students teaching-learning process, during COVID-19 pandemic time. Indeed, the methodology is a mixed approach, whose research design was descriptive. The type of research that was applied was non-experimental for analyze study variables, without manipulating any of them. As main results, it’s highlighted that the E-LEARNING implementation platform generates a great contribution as a learning methodology, this has enabled students develop skills through the use of technological tools. Concluding, U.E. Olmedo students considered the use of virtual platforms, e-learning it’s a very practical methodology for teaching-learning.

Resumen
Over the years, credit activity has been strengthened in the market, this being the main source of financing for the population, as is the case of the Crucita parish, where this research was developed, which aimed to analyze the credit management of the Artisanal Fishing Production Cooperative. As a methodology, several research techniques were applied, such as the survey and the interview, the first to the members of the cooperative and the last to the main manager, this with the purpose of obtaining reliable information from both parties, which lead to a better development of This studio. As a result of the application of these techniques, it is obtained that the strategies that the cooperative executes are not increasing the profitability that was expected, tending to increase the number of days to recover the credits that are already due, which leads to a decrease the profitability of the cooperative. In conclusion, the financial indicators of recent years show that the cooperative has few funds that make it difficult financially for them to easily carry debts.

Resumen
The objective of this research was to determine the incidence of technological didactic strategies to improve the teaching and learning process of mathematics in first-year high school students of the Rodolfo Chávez Rendón Educational Unit. Methodology: it was developed under the quantitative approach. It was descriptive correlational. The population consisted of 81 students and 12 teachers belonging to the aforementioned institution. The data collection technique was observation and interview; The instrument was a questionnaire with Likert-type closed response options. Results: Of the instrument applied to the students on the use of digital technologies by the teacher, most of the answers pointed to the Never option (56.8%) and 40.7% indicated Almost Never. On the other hand, the survey applied to teachers showed in terms of the use of ICT, 50% indicated that they never use it and the alternative almost never with 34%. Conclusion: the little use of digital technologies in the teaching-learning process of mathematics is highlighted, despite the fact that the experience and demands of contemporaneity point to the fact that they are necessary for the training of students in the times that they pass.

Understanding the conceivable trade-offs and relationships between the distinctive SDGs is crucial to achieving long-term economic improvement results and not just easy information about them. In this sense, the development of mechanisms for the implementation of the policy of sustainable development of rural areas, including promising directions of development of local areas and innovative solutions to environmental and social problems, is fundamental.

Resumen
The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of microcredit on the living conditions of the beneficiaries of the inhabitants of the Portoviejo canton. For the development of this research with a qualitative-quantitative approach, a review of the literature was carried out, in the first instance, covering topics related to group microcredits and their impact on living conditions. On the other hand, a survey was carried out with the intention of determining the living conditions before and after accessing group microcredits. The population that was involved in the investigative process was 170 people, for which a sample of 119 inhabitants of the Portoviejo canton was determined. The main results indicate that group microcredits have a positive impact on people's living conditions. In general, this study recognizes that group microcredits represent a source of financing, which allows beneficiaries to obtain higher income and improve their living conditions in aspects related to education, food, housing, health and well-being.

Resumen
The optimal management of educational administration becomes very important in alignment with science and technology. The main objective of the educational administration is to formulate, execute and evaluate educational policies. When carrying out administrative functions, there are a number of aspects that must be taken into account. The functions must be carried out in such a way that they are beneficial to the individuals and are capable of achieving the desired goals and objectives. Educational administration is considered indispensable and there are a number of factors that must be taken into account. There are various uses of ICT in the administration of higher learning institutions, for example, ICT can increase school efficiency and reduce unnecessary bureaucracy in school administration. On the other hand, with ICT, administrators can fulfill their duties by using computers and the Internet to solve school problems and carry out To carry out their daily task, especially in regard to having a system of reliable information, ICT can play an important role in reducing the workload of administrators and staff, especially in information analysis, such as analysis of student academic performance, thus saving a lot of time. In this sense, the objective of this review lies in compiling perspectives of the educational administration paradigm in the context of Information and Communication Technologies.

Resumen
The objective of this research was to propose a methodological guide of digital narrative (podcast) through the application of digital strategies to improve the performance of seventh grade students of Basic Education of the Jipijapa Educational Unit in Ecuador. The methodology applied was descriptive, with a mixed approach, in which a survey to students and teachers was applied as a technique through the Google Forms platform. The main results reflect that students consider necessary the application of digital narratives by the teacher for a better understanding of the subject of mathematics, since this methodology is infrequently used by teachers. It is concluded that the use of digital narratives or podcasts should be encouraged as a complement to the feedback given in class by the teacher, since this way it will be possible to impart knowledge in a creative and innovative way to improve the academic performance of students in the subject of mathematics.

Resumen
Leadership is key in any organization, regardless of the size or the activity to which it is dedicated, a good leader will always be the basis for directing collaborators and working together to achieve institutional objectives. Educational companies as service providers for the academic training of children and adults, they are no exception, they require someone who is at the head of the team, encouraging work, directing, contributing with ideas and receiving those of their collaborators so that work performance leads them to achieve the objectives having clear what to do, how to do it and in what time. The objective of this scientific article is to evaluate the influence of organizational leadership on the work performance of employees of the Eloy Alfaro General Educational Unit, Montecristi, Manabí, Ecuador. The type of research carried out used a qualitative-quantitative approach, with instruments such as surveys and interviews, carried out with the staff of the Educational Unit and the Central Committee of parents. For the theoretical foundation, information was received from scientific articles, books, theses, extracting relevant information for the development of this work from authorized websites. The results of the survey show a positive influence of leadership on job performance, with motivated employees, and in constant communication with their leader, which allows them to perform their duties optimally and provide good service, this is reflected through performance evaluations periodically and it was manifested in the interview with their clients in this case the parents.

Resumen
In the educational environment, new ways of teaching students are emerging day by day, through Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to put aside traditional methods. The objective of this study was to investigate the use of Google Sites as a didactic resource in the teaching-learning process of seventh grade students. The methodology was used with a quantitative-qualitative approach, of an exploratory and proactive type, and the survey was applied to teachers of the "Lorenzo Luzuriaga" School of Basic Education. The results indicate that not all teachers use Google Sites or incorporate ICT tools. Therefore, a didactic guide for the creation of a Google Sites was elaborated as a didactic resource in the teaching-learning process, and it was exemplified in a subject for teachers to replicate it. Google Sites will serve both teachers and students. The teacher will use it to present the administrative data of the institution, curricular area and subject, present the study material, and publish activities and evaluations for each didactic unit. The student will be able to download digital resources, carry out activities with collaborative ICT tools, learn through gamification, carry out interactive evaluations, review their grades and interact in a virtual classroom.
