Resumen
This research paper presents the study of propagation models: Log-Normal, Okumura-Hata, Walfish-Bertoni, Walfish-Ikegami and SUI; through which a comparison will be made with the measurements made in different sectors in the city of Riobamba, for this study we will collaborate with the mobile operators Claro and Tuenti. For the respective measurements, random points are taken around the radio base with the help of the Network Cell Info-Lite cellular application with a minimum estimate of 50 data with their respective distance at three different times of the day in the morning, noon and afternoon, for this the study will be carried out in four sectors of the city, an average of the 50 extracted data will be calculated. The objective is to determine which model fits the previously mentioned propagation models, the results will be analyzed, and it will be interpreted which model fits each of the five proposed locations, considering the restrictions and parameters of each of the proposed propagation models.

Resumen
We live in a time where the change is one of the fundamental features that qualify the historical moment due to the impact that the development reached by science and technology has had on society. It means that we are living in a period in which models and patterns we operated with until yesterday are being broken and new ones that not rarely escape our imagination are being implemented. This change affects all spheres of human activity, especially the cognitive and evaluative ones. That is why it is becoming increasingly necessary the study and reflection on the organic interweaving of ethics with the technoscientific work. For that reason this essay focuses on the treatment of one of the most urgent challenges for the university education in our time, included in the Declaration of Paris, which is based on the ethical training of future professionals so that they can face the deep crisis of values in modern society that also threat to erase the moral underpinnings necessary to build the future.

Resumen
Introduction: In the manufacturing industry of parts and parts in the automotive industry, it has been poorly developed in our country, which is why government policies have been created such as the ministerial agreement N 14 264, which seeks to expand the range of manufacturing products. national for the automotive industry. Objectives: The objective focuses on obtaining the model and the parameters of the manufacturing process to obtain a model through reverse engineering; to achieve a high-quality and economically viable prototype. Methodology: The chosen manufacturing process is sand casting, which is a process that allows us to obtain complex figures with high quality and affordable cost, for this it is necessary to make the element, the procedure applied is a scanning process, which the result is a point cloud, to later transform to a mesh and obtain a solid element obtaining the initial characteristics of the process. Results: With the characteristics of the molding process, through iterations, having an error of 0.39% for a flow rate of 0.17285433 kg/s; And the sprue channel has a frustoconical shape having an upper sprue diameter of 16.73 mm, and a lower sprue diameter of 10.21 mm. Conclusions: We use additive manufacturing for the casting process once the values described above were obtained so that the casting is optimal, obtaining an economic calculation so that our process is competitive in relation to quality vs. cost.

Resumen
Introduction. Language teacher education has been both a concern and priority for the Ecuadorian Government for the past decade. One of the initiatives implemented was the Go Teacher programmed, an intervention aimed at helping teachers improve their language – command of – and teaching skills. However, there is a gap between what was expected from selected candidates before and after their immersion programmed. Results were varied, and there is still a complication when it comes to determining if such initiatives have been effective. Objective. To design a set of teacher training sessions based on Kolb’s Experiential Learning (1984) and Woodward’s loop-input (2003), considering a component of pedagogical content. Methodology. A literature review was performed, considering works on experiential learning, loop-input, and teachers’ perceptions on their own level of language proficiency. Results. A set of workshops based on loop-input for teacher development is proposed; experiential learning is a key component of each workshop. Conclusions. Interventions designed for teachers to improve both their knowledge of and about a language, as well as their pedagogical knowledge, should include experience-based activities given the fact that this would allow them to gain more insights about their area of practice and, at the same time, their level of competence in the language.

Resumen
Introduction. The factors and barriers that affect the development of the physical and sports activities of the ESPOC students require the concretion of a prospective, in which the dynamics to be achieved satisfy their demands and requirements. Goal. Reflect on the prospective of university sports in ESPOCH for the establishment of a comprehensive strategy for its development and sustainability. Methodology. A descriptive, non-experimental methodology was used in the study. Based on the historical-logical method and documentary review, establishing criteria regarding the prospective vision of ESPOCH to counteract the factors and barriers that affect sports practice in university students. Results. 1. The actions of physical and sports activity of university students, their factors, and motivations, which induce them to maintain a sedentary behavior and associated with the consumption of tobacco, alcohol, and drugs, must be known. 2. The strategies and programs aimed at the development of sports practice among university students should be directed at raising the willingness to conduct physical and sports activities. 3. The sports desertion of university students is influenced by physical, socioeconomic, and psychological factors. 4. The prospective vision should be aimed at eliminating the different barriers that threaten the normal development of the ESPOCH university student-athlete. 5. Apply a Comprehensive Strategy for the development of physical-sports activity, which eliminates the barriers that affect students. Conclusions. The prospective vision of university sports at ESPOCH, through the Comprehensive Strategy, is based on achieving the comprehensive training of students, in which physical and sports activities play a fundamental role, allowing educational, physical, and psychological development as complement to their training and improvement of their skills

Resumen
Introduction. Animal cancer and its development throughout the time has showed a significant difference among yesterday, today, and tomorrow, whose transversal axis seeks to extend and improve pet’s quality life Objective. this is why this research aims to elaborate a bibliography retrospective view of well recognized authors, about animal cancer and its several meanings, which main objective is to contribute with a theoretical well founded baseline to build new knowledge and at the same time to motivate and induce the discovery of new parameters able to diagnose the current patient situation to propose new therapeutic options since it is well- known that nowadays there are treatments or protocols oriented to recovery, keep or extend well-being of the cancer pet or to make a final decision such as euthanasia with the participation of all parts involved the veterinary doctor and the pet owner. Methodology. Used was inductive since it starts from general facts to achieve conclusions with a qualitative approach of a documentary type and bibliographic review. Results: At the end of the bibliographic analysis, it is determined that there are several nationally and internationally renowned authors dedicated to the fascinating study of animal cancer and whose thoughts, criteria, analysis, proposals are consolidated in this document called "Retrospective view of animal cancer"; whose purpose is synthesized in improving the quality of life of cancer patients, reducing their convalescence and suffering when opting for traditional treatments, adjuvants or euthanasia Conclusions: Finally, it is concluded that there are not many studies of animal cancer compared to human cancer and that, on the contrary, in ancient times these treatments were adapted to the needs of pets, we must consider the advances in science and technology proposes the practice of various types of traditional treatments all aimed at improving and protecting the life of pets, considered as one more member of the family with their own rights and not as a simple animal; Thus, with this bibliographic compilation, it is intended to contribute to the development of new research in search of improving the quality of life of cancer patients and their families.

Resumen
Introduction: Tourism is one of the clearly essential sectors in the socioeconomic development of various segments of the population, and which, in turn, had a significant impact in times of pandemic since it was identified as one of the most economic activities. affected, this includes the low tourism in the Quilotoa lagoon, in the Pujilí canton, Cotopaxi province. Objective: Analyze the effects of COVID-19 on tourism and tourism reactivation strategies in the Quilotoa lagoon sector, which allow contributing to socioeconomic development. Methodology: A methodology was proposed with a quantitative approach research design, non-experimental and cross-sectional, descriptive level, and basic research modality, with the development of the inductive method. In addition, data was collected through the application of a survey made up of dichotomous questions addressed to a sample of 377 national tourists who arrive at this tourist site on weekends; For this, a Cronbach's Alpha reliability validation and an Aiken's V validation test are conducted to determine the consistency and effectiveness of the instrument. Results: From the application the survey was obtained as results that determined that most participants are female who remain single with third level studies; mostly originating from the sierra region. Likewise, strategies divided into four segments were evidenced, such as Social, Economic, Digital and Relationship with the ecosystem that will allow the reactivation of the Quilotoa lagoon. Conclusions: It was concluded that, given the need to mobilize tourism again in the Quilotoa lagoon, it is necessary to establish strategies that allow the area to be reactivated.

Resumen
Economic geology must relate all the mining potential through current and new studies, carried out by national institutes, and locate these in international markets in order to leverage the economy, where this year a continuous advance is expected in the contribution of the GDP from 1.5% to 4%, only with mining development. In recent years, artisanal mining and small and medium mining have contributed significantly to the economy of the state. As of 2019, the mega projects enter with a greater organization and therefore with a greater financial contribution, having a positive impact on the development of Ecuador. However, it has a series of weaknesses that must be solved over time, which are: the lack of knowledge in the production scales of the industries, the lack of ownership of the projects and public institutions, the lack of integration from the exploration, mining, benefit and commercialization and the lack of strategic organization of the promoters, which must be considered to achieve the sustainability of the different projects. There are a series of large mining projects that have been carried out through alliances between the Ecuadorian government and countries with large mining development, many of them already in the execution stage, others in exploration. In execution are the so-called Fruta del Norte and Mirador, in the south of the country, by 2023 the Loma Larga, Curipamba and La Plata projects would come into operation, while by 2025 the Cascabel project is expected to start. These projects require the training of personnel in the area of geology, mining and metallurgical, which allow them to face such projects with trained personnel.

Resumen
In the context of the crisis imposed by COVID-19, profound changes have been generated in the dynamics of the tourism sector, with the restoration of demand from the main tourist source markets being essential. That is why, given the strong growth of Russian visitors to Cuba, the creation of a receptive travel agency specialized in this market arises as a necessity. The present research aims to develop the project to create a physical travel agency specialized in the Russian market in the tourist destination Varadero. To do this, a self-elaboration procedure was used based on different methodologies consulted on the subject and a series of theoretical and empirical methods that allowed the realization of a comprehensive analysis of the most important variables in which the constitution of the agency incurs. The main results of the investigation include the preliminary design of the offer, the analysis of the competition, and the identification of the resources and procedures necessary for the opening. The economic-financial study demonstrated the feasibility of the agency, with a recovery period of the investment of approximately two years and a positive value of the Net Present Value.
