This study examines the mechanics of memory as depicted in the works of Michel Leiris. Already in his first autobiographical work, L’Âge d’homme, Leiris adopts an innovative compositional technique, which is accompanied by a considerable development of his autobiographical discourse, through which he shows himself at work. But this discursive inflation is not to be left unquestioned, as it emphasises that remembrance is inevitably distorting, insofar as it reconstitutes the past from the narrator’s own perspective. However, from La Règle du jeu onwards, Leiris seems to embrace the idea of a free reinvention of memory. This is because in the meantime, in a genesis text entitled L’Homme sans honneur, he has laid the foundations for an original reflection on recollection and writing, which anticipates Philippe Lejeune’s later analyses.

This paper deals with the theme of memory in the novel Mémoires d ’un ange maladroit by Francis Dannemark, a Belgian author writing in French. In order to verify the hypothesis that the writer succeeds in depicting the complex functioning of memory, we examine writing techniques, narrative devices and numerous metaphorical constructions used by the author, and describe them, taking into consideration “memory authorities” (author, hero, reader). The analysis proves that the novel is not a simple variation on memory and its mechanisms but also contains essential observations on the writing process, including the play with the fictionality of a literary work, and on the act of reading. Recollection, memoirs writing, novel writing, reading: all these activities resemble a puzzle.

Hiroshima mon amour depicts tight relations between memory and oblivion. The novel’s love story takes place in France’s collective memory, but it also refers to the individual memory of a woman evoking past events. Consequently, the encounter with another human being (a man) allows her to confront her personal trauma. This confrontation can be perceived as a quest for one’s own identity and history, i.e. the alienation history of an individual who – due to an unhappy love affair – cannot escape either the past or oblivion. The permeation of these two notions is emphasised by diverse time perspectives which overlap each other, allowing for an intertextual reading of Duras’ script. Hence, whereas the past revives the memory of painful events to which the writer constantly returns, oblivion can be considered a positive value, which – despite its connection to existential void – opens up a possibility of a new life and invites thoughts concerning a promising future.

The purpose of this article is to highlight – in a comparative approach – the versatility of the role of collectibles in the process of recollection among collectors in certain novels by Pascal Quignard. The analysis of the memorial discourse of collectors reveals two aspects: the different relationship to the value of the object (museum or intimate) and the power to trigger emotions. The discourse balances between an impersonal evocation, with emphasis on the material importance, the testimonial and aesthetic dimension of art objects from ancient times and a passionate and subjective description of small, banal objects, but charged with psychological meanings. The article demonstrates that excessively relating to time-/trace-objects by virtue of their documentary or commemorative value will lead to a failure of the memorisation process. Paradoxically, the collector always remains in search of the lost memory, despite the excess of material evidence he holds.

This article aims to offer an interpretation of Lieux, Georges Perec’s unfinished project published posthumously in 2022, as a pivotal work in the development of his approach to memory, considered both as work and as a call for sharing. At the beginning, a brief history of the project in question will be outlined in order to identify the challenges involved in writing it, understand possible reasons for its abandonment, and answer questions concerning legitimacy of its recent publication in two formats, both as a traditional book and a hypertext. Then, building upon Philippe Lejeune’s work La mémoire et l’oblique, the article will propose an interpretation of Lieux focused on the approaches to memory at work within this text. Perec’s experimental approach towards autobiography, faced with interrogation, trial-and-error exploration, and uncertainties of the author, is reflected in a hybrid, wandering writing, foreshadowing key notions developed in the author’s later projects, such as the multiple, the potential, the call for sharing.

Memory occupies a privileged place in works of Claude Simon. Through an analysis of Les Georgiques, L ’Acacia and Le Jardin des Plantes, our goal in this article is to show that Claude Simon did not seek to write an “autofiction” or a “historical novel”, but to write a literary autobiography. His ultimate goal was not to “recover lost time”, but to inscribe “lost time” in literature. This study demonstrates that the new form of autobiography initiated by Claude Simon is entirely distinct from a traditional autobiography. It is written by means of the writer’s tireless recourse to stimuli, that is to say by questioning texts written by people who have found themselves in similar situations. It is an auto-sensorio-graphy: the writing is essentially based on a description of sensations, not facts. It is also an auto-thanato-graphy since death is the central character.

Migratory movements have been considered a problem in the world; nevertheless, with COVID-19, the fear directed towards the search for a culprit aggravated the negative categorization of migrants. This categorization is nurtured and expressed through the discourse surrounding the virus, accentuating violence towards the migrant population. Therefore, through a hermeneutic-documentary qualitative research, with an interpretative and synthetic level, we analyze those discourses that generate violence, ignorance and/or disinterest towards migrants - referred to from their vulnerability as "the Other" -, in order to make an ethical approach based on hospitality. It has been concluded that migrants are not reduced to a discursive figure, and that an ethics towards "the Other" is urgently needed to reevaluate discourses and practices in relation to the migrant population.

El Cuadro de Mando Integral (CMI) en la organización Centrales Eléctricas del Norte de Santander S.A. E.S.P. se ha utilizado bajo la perspectiva de masificar el acceso y conocimiento de su información a grupos de interés externos e internos, al aprovechar el creciente auge de la transformación digital. Se estudió el contexto actual de los responsables en los niveles directivos, líderes y profesionales P2, en relación a la divulgación, conocimiento, confiabilidad de la información, e implementación de acciones derivadas del CMI mediante una encuesta de percepción; se evaluaron las disyuntivas de las que se desprenden las principales causas de la necesidad abordada y se diseñó un programa de estrategias metodológicas para la transformación cultural. Como la empresa se encuentra en estado de transición en relación a las estrategias encaminadas a la cultura corporativa se sugirió la aplicación de instrumentos digitales gráficos, audiovisuales, influencers y disruptivos a los modos de gestión comunicacional actualmente implementados, en consistencia con el 58% de aceptación obtenido, en conjunto con actividades de socialización cuya información fue validada con un 45% de certeza. Se propuso un programa en el ciclo Deming para el desarrollo de una óptima gestión que tuvieron el propósito de garantizar la articulación y consolidación de fuentes fidedignas de información para la masificación, divulgación, aporte de conocimiento y realimentación a priori de los diversos niveles de la organización, en la que se exalta el lema CMI PARA TODOS

Se evaluaron los resultados del “Proyecto Segunda Lectura” con una metodología activa de enfoque pedagógico de Aprendizaje Basado en Retos (ABR), considerando el Factor R-elacional contenido en las TRIC (Tecnologías + Relación + Información + Comunicación), la comunicación y las intervenciones digitales; el facilitador de los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje gamificados y; el seguimiento mediante rúbricas que guían las propuestas, como la variación de las Soft Skills (pre-post). Los participantes pertenecen a 5 escuelas con criterio de vulnerabilidad académica en tres grupos: riesgo pedagógico, alto riesgo y sin riesgo. El tipo de estudio fue cuasiexperimental descriptivo-comparativo y de corte transversal, con datos recogidos en muestreo por conveniencia. Participaron 157 estudiantes de colegios secundarios de zonas vulnerables (82% mujeres, 73% varones, 2% otro) de entre 17 a 19 años de edad (M = 18.69, DE = .67). Se administraron pruebas diagnósticas pre y post uso de la metodología para determinar el grado de aprendizaje logrado. El análisis de los resultados de los ítems propuestos en el instrumento rúbrica para la valoración pre-post, tuvo el fin de observar los logros en las Soft Skills seleccionadas por consenso, tanto en habilidades sociales como en intelectuales. En el total de la muestra, las variaciones en los ítems ente pre y post test, verifican diferencias estadísticamente significativas (sig.<,05). Por otro lado, se observan modificaciones en las notas pre y pos, en los tres grupos escolares (p < .001).
