Resumen
The reform of the States in Latin America responds to the dynamics of what has come to be called the "double transition"; on the one hand, towards neoliberalism or, if you prefer, towards the globalized economy, and, on the other, towards democracy. In this way, as Willem Assies points out, "while on the one hand the constitutional and State reforms respond to the demands and guidelines of the multilateral mechanisms, on the other hand they cannot fail to take into account certain expectations of the local population generated in the framework of the processes of “democratic transition.” Precisely, in this framework of transition to democracy, the States recognize the ethnic and cultural diversity present in their territories.

Resumen
This article discusses the progress of some texts and explores the administrative provisions that remodeled the position of corregidor and allowed the State to be strengthened in the various historical moments in the indigenous political and legal space. The changes and continuities of the surviving authority of the corregidor in the long history are examined. Through a procedural and chronological approach, its constitutive moments are highlighted, as well as the distinctive characteristics of its legal and political attributions, product of structural changes.

In May 2000, as a commissioner of the Ombudsman's Office, I visited for the first time the native community of Shintuya, in the department of Madre de Dios. This community is made up mostly of indigenous people of the Arambukt ethnic group and is located in the buffer zone of the Manú National Park; From there you can take the boats to enter other more distant communities.

Resumen
In the intercommunal conflict resolution procedure, we can appreciate the use of the same instruments of the resolution procedures applied to intracommunal conflicts in the study communities. Particularly noteworthy in this action is the presence of family honor and collective being as two fundamental principles that promote the resolution procedure.

Resumen
In recent years, the constitutions of Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and Venezuela have recognized the power to administer justice to the authorities of indigenous communities. In Peru, for historical reasons, this recognition is expressed in relation to the authorities of the peasant and native communities. However, in many cases, this power is not exercised by the traditional leaders of the population, but by the people that the Judicial Power has appointed: the justices of the peace.

La atención de los estudiantes con trastornos de la atención es un reto para el maestro, ya que este debe responder con estrategias que permitan el desarrollo personal y académico de todos los estudiantes. Planear la manera en que se puede llevar a cabo la tarea docente en una forma que les permita a estos alumnos desenvolverse y aprehender a manejar exitosamente su dificultad y que a la vez, las lecciones fluyan de manera adecuada, es el objetivo principal de este trabajo.La planeación del trabajo académico y el manejo del comportamiento organizado en tres niveles de intervención, permite que el orden y la estructura sean el andamiaje con el cual puedan funcionar estos estudiantes.
