Resumen
In this paper we intend to continue and deepen the research initiated, based on literature that has not yet been analyzed and trying to give new directions to the one already studied. We will try to investigate about the community of images that circulated in the Argentine society and that were reflected in the literature, however these images had different interpretations and discursive charges according to the positioning and the role of the social actor in relation to the disease: the sick, the doctor and the healthy. For the analysis we will take only the literature that emphasizes the life of the sick person in the sierras of Córdoba, where the images generated about the tuberculosis sufferer are visualized to a greater extent. In order to carry out the study, we have a wide range of literature: The memoirs of Antonio Cetrángolo, a physiologist, published under the title Thirty Years caring for tuberculosis patients; Esther, a story published in several issues in the newspaper Los Principios of the city of Córdoba, whose author was the Catholic physician Juan Cafferata, a scholar of the tuberculosis problem in the city of Córdoba; Ester Primavera, a short story by Roberto Arlt written in the thirties and published in El jorobadito; Balcón hacia la muerte, an autobiographical novel written by Ulises Pettit de Murat and Boquitas pintadas, a novel by Manuel Puig. It is not important here the quality of the literary work or the current to which each one belonged, but the fact that tuberculosis has been the guiding thread on which each of the texts is mounted. What we intend is to visualize and analyze images of tuberculosis in its social construction. Due to the extension of the work, we will take only some aspects for the analysis: first, we will present the importance of the Córdoba sierras for the climatic cure and medical testimonies about the arrival of tuberculosis patients to the region during the first half of the 20th century. Secondly, we will analyze some of the images that circulated in the Argentinean society at the beginning and middle of the 20th century and were reflected in the mentioned texts. Finally, we will study three topics that we consider important in the perception that both doctors and patients had of the disease: the idea of the landscape, the problem of contagion and daily life in the sanatoriums.

Resumen
The conformation of the Misiones space is an illustrative example of the intertwining of international and interregional relations that took place in various Latin American border regions, which functioned as a totality liable to occupation and displacement, historically linked to the area currently comprising southern Brazil, the Argentine and Uruguayan Mesopotamia, as well as a large part of what was the former Spanish governorate of Asunción. In order to develop this perspective of analysis, we take as a starting point the concept of region, considering its character as a methodological instrument with its corresponding anchorage in reality, that is, the relationship between space and the political, economic and socio-cultural phenomena that occur there. In other words, this concept is constructed in relation to the object of study, which shows its temporal and spatial dynamism. In this regard, we consider borders as a specific case of region. That is, as "plurinational spaces", subject to appropriation and control by more than one State, which implemented power strategies in order to impose their authority and disputed among themselves for their dominion, and as regional spaces - with their own dynamics - that generated responses to the policies of each of the State entities in which they were incorporated. The existence of these interactions between what we can call "complementary opposites" allows us to broaden the horizon of analysis by observing the inter-influence between "international relations" and "inter-regional relations", applied in this study to the specific case of the Misiones region. As for the temporal axis, although the interest is focused on the period of territorial conformation of the States in which the Misiones region is inserted, we believe that in order to explain the regional reality of the time, it is necessary to approach the distinctive elements that marked its occupation process.

Resumen
In recent years, studies on electoral legislation have moved away from those notions that characterized the Sáenz Peña Law (LSP) as the moment of rupture between two political systems, as a result of the confrontation between conservative forces and those progressive forces that were the bearers of modernization. The new contributions, in addition to analyzing elements of rupture, have highlighted some continuities that the LSP itself seemed to conceal. The law has also been analyzed within a broader framework of reforms, which exceeded the merely political sphere and also encompassed the social sphere, identifying the elements that remained in a transitional process. The analyses began to observe, for example, the safeguards adopted by the political elites to protect themselves from possible undesirable effects of the reform at the national and provincial levels. To a large extent, these safeguards were observed within a context nurtured by practices, actors, parties, networks, etc., that interacted in the political field. However, no effort has yet been made to go beyond the study of provincial situations in an articulated manner. Our interest is to contribute to bridge -at least partially- this gap. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to make an exploratory reading of the way in which the principles established by the electoral reform of 1912 were adapted to the electoral regulations of a group of provinces between 1912 and 1915.

Resumen
What interests me here is the fact that the mental patient, especially the incurable chronic patient, perceived as a real problem from this perspective, will become, in general terms, the dilettante addressee of the psychiatric discourse on work. And from this centrality, we will subsequently investigate how the medical discourse will also slide other arguments, which open up to broader dimensions, and which, by way of reinforcement of its postulates, suggest the way to other interpretations. In this movement, around the 1930s, a social reading of the chronically mentally ill can be detected, which reveals an effort to conceptualize their position no longer from a strictly psychiatric conception but from a social-assistance one.
