Resumen
At the end of seventies were emitted, the Law of Human Settlements and the National Plan of Urban Development which represent the Mexican Urban Policy. For the first time was established the demarcation of territorial reserves for the future expansion of each urban settlement in the country. This paper analyzes the growth tendency of a small city in an oil producing region of the State of Tabasco; a methodological guide was prepared in order to determinates it´s territorial reserves and future urban growth until year 2000, subdivided in five year periods.

Resumen
Chinampa´s agriculture has been, historically, a source of supply of vegetables for Tenochtitlan–Mexico. At present, this area is facing the major problems since its origin. Pollution and physical expansion of Mexico city are some of the causes of this problem. A fast action is necessary in order to avoid the gradual disappearance of the chinampa area.

Resumen
We contemplate some historic antecedents of the geomorphology, it´s foundation to the end of the past era, and it´s actual evolution. From the short analysis in the regional plan, about Mexican Republic topography, we conduce wich are the fundamentals geomorphology problems of economic interests, and way the remising of the geographical cycle theory of Davis in the Mexican territory.

Resumen
In this paper we classify the rural spaces of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec through tipologycal methods in relation with the structure and functions those spaces present. In several cases, the rural spaces have been converted in urban zones or in industrial areas that exploit the local natural resources. For these reasons, the primary activities have been diversified. Finally, the rural zones of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec are determinated.

This paper analyses the evolution, from 1950 to 1970, of the primary sector in Morelos, one of the smallest stat in south central Mexico. Its considers both physical and socio–economic characteristics, as well as the main features that explain the primary activities.
