Resumen
The pathological identification of soft tissue tumors and their correct histogenetic classification are essential prior to any treatment.either after a total resection of the lesion or through a biopsy. Incisional biopsy is the most convenient and, if necessary, can be replaced by punctureaspirational. Extemporaneous biopsy is indicated when a preoperative biopsy was not possible before.

Resumen
The paper presents preliminary research on three generations of a family group with the Peutz-Jeghers syndrome. The cases observed are analyzed and the high morbilityof occlusive complications is stessed. The authors propose the theoretical basis of Nob!e's operation as applied to this disease, as a means of preventing recurrent intestinal invagination and have performed it for the first time in an individual affected by this disease.

Resumen
The paper follows the general orientation of anesthesiology, towards the preservation and recovery of organic functions through generic attention to the cellsand their means of support. Metabolic cellular consequences of anoxia due to hipovolemia are discussed; metabolic acidosis is considered a symptom or consequence, and not a cause. Stress is Jaid on the considerable size and relative functional autonomy of the capillary and microcirculation. Importance is attributedto the functional extracellular liquid due to its volume, its tempering function and its marked reduction in the presence of hipovolemia, while pointing out the importance of restoring it and to the value of diuresis in the light of a change in the hypothesis of organic response in the face of a disease requiring surgery, of trauma and of anesthesia.
