Resumen
In the countryside, the basic social, economic, and religious entity is the family, and everything else revolves around it. Furthermore, the ideological basis of the peasant family is its religion. So any agent of social change or adapted pastoral has to take into account that common denominator and the mental structure that supports it. This article will present some data to substantiate these two statements and will end with guidelines for people from the "Westernized" world who find themselves in this situation in the countryside.

Resumen
The activity carried out by the Andean Pastoral Institute since its foundation has favored all of us interested in the future of the Andean churches. Until now, this activity of the Pastoral Institute has been mainly concentrated in the field of religious-anthropology. The results of these valuable investigations have been appearing in the various publications of the I.P.A. Today another kind of research is missing. It is a matter of discovering the theology, which involved the evangelical message, when our peasant ecclesial communities of the Andes received the Christian faith.

Resumen
An ethical tradition accepted without discernment and some pseudo crises that some consider disastrous for good social order or for the future of generations, make the family a topical issue on which each one has an idea, a word of personal experience. more or less deep, almost always passionate. The ease with which the family is spoken of should make us doubt the problem being exposed and, above all, the proposed solutions. Because one and the other demand more attention than what appears in the current descriptions of family types, loosely arranged around the division into traditional society and modern society.

Resumen
Cultural traits are not isolated facts but form a whole, and this is man. The individual and society must not be taken in their total involvement in a way that allows their intimate relationship to be seen. "In reality society and the individual are not antagonistic. The culture of society provides the raw material from which the individual makes his life... No individual can even reach the threshold of his potentialities without a culture in which he participates. Conversely, no civilization has in itself any element that, in the last analysis, is not the contribution of an individual.

Resumen
The Church has proclaimed her will to opt for the oppressed and marginalized. "It is clear that not all men are equal in terms of physical capacity and intellectual and moral qualities. Therefore, any form of discrimination in the fundamental rights of the person, whether social or cultural, for reasons of sex ... etc., must be defeated and eliminated because it is contrary to the divine plan" as affirmed by the Second Vatican Council in its Constitution Gaudium et Spes No. 29. This option requires a true knowledge of the existing reality and in turn suggests investigations deeper.
