Resumen
This is the very first Spanish translation of the preface to the Shi jizhuan 詩集傳 (Collected Commentaries on Poetry), written by the Neo-Confucian thinker Zhu Xi. The preface stands as a condensed explanation of the ambiguously minor, and somewhat controversial, role that Zhu attributes to lyric poetry and, more broadly, to the Five Canons, in the study of the Way. As such, it offers an overview of Zhu’s views on the canonicity of the Shijing 詩經 (Canon of Poetry), its tropological and historical dimensions, and its underlying epistemological and moral tenets. This translation aims not only to make Zhu Xi’s poetics accessible to a Spanish-speaking readership but also to provide an entry point to his aesthetic thought and epistemology.

The article addresses the issue of gender-based violence in the domestic and family sphere in Paraguay, with the objective of identifying the factors that influence women's decision to report the situations they have experienced. A mixed methodology was employed, combining quantitative analysis of the National Survey on the Situation of Women in Paraguay (ENSIMUP, 2021) with qualitative interviews with women who filed reports and professionals who assist them. The research reveals that 57% of the women surveyed have experienced violence in the family sphere, and 79% of these women report that these situations occurred at the hands of their partners or ex-partners, with 76% of these situations perceived as serious or very serious. Despite the high prevalence and severity, only 5% of women who have experienced violence decide to file a report. The determining factors for reporting include economic autonomy, social support, and knowledge of their rights. However, the patriarchal system permeates institutions, generating re-victimization, stigmatization, criminalization, and lack of effective protection, which hinders access to justice and discourages reporting. Women who file reports demonstrate resilience, seeking to protect their lives and those of their children and break the cycle of violence. The conclusion is that it is crucial to strengthen the implementation of Law 5777/2016, reduce bureaucracy, and promote awareness to ensure more just and effective access to justice for women.

Resumen
The festivals in the Jesuit reductions of Paraguay were closely linked to religious celebrations and served as key moments to express the cultural values sustaining communal life. This study focuses primarily on the ceremonies of the patronal feast and the involvement of its participants within a society deeply rooted in religious practice, where the festivity emerges as a reaffirmation of collective identity. Through the analysis of descriptive records, we examine the symbolic contents and allegorical significance of these practices. The festivities materialized as ephemeral cultural elements—framed in arches, altars, body painting, as well as dances, music, and games—marked by distinctive features, where the town’s patron figure becomes a dominant symbol of cohesion and shared identity.

Resumen
This work is an essay intended to approach the role of women throughout history. To this end, it proposes a journey from the category of gender linked to Reinhart Koselleck's conceptual history approach to analyze the concept of woman throughout Paraguay's colonial and postcolonial history. Understanding that concepts are not static, but rather possess their own temporal structure, the bibliographic analysis focuses on how the concept of woman has evolved in relation to specific historical contexts. In this sense, it is worth highlighting that, while in traditional historiography, women have historically been excluded from the narrative, there is currently an effort to recover the role of women from a situated perspective and taking into account the category of gender as a historical concept in transition. Conceptual history allows us to identify how feminine was constructed within a framework of linguistic, symbolic, and political possibilities that respond to past experiences and the horizons of each situation.

Resumen
Objective: To design a scale to measure the perception of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in wind energy companies in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, Oaxaca, Mexico. Given the scarcity of research on CSR in emerging countries like Mexico, a specific instrument was designed and validated to measure CSR practices in these companies. Methodology: Employing a quantitative approach with a descriptive and cross-sectional design, 60 questionnaires were administered to residents of the region. Results: Revealed the validity and reliability of the instrument used, thus supporting the measurement of social responsibility in the studied context. Data analysis showed a high correlation among the evaluated variables and a consistent internal structure. These findings contribute to expanding knowledge on CSR in wind energy companies in emerging countries and provide a valid and reliable tool for future research in this field. Limitations: Research in the area of wind energy is scarce. Although some studies have been conducted, the academic literature on social responsibility in wind energy companies is limited. Conclusions: This study represents an important step towards a greater understanding and measurement of Corporate Social Responsibility in multinational companies in Mexico, offering a practical and statistically reliable tool to evaluate and improve their performance in this key area.

Resumen
Objective: To study how this price increase affects the realization of different aspects of the human right to adequate food (HRAF). Methodology: First, we conducted a descriptive observational cross-sectional study using a self-administered digital survey with a final sample of 3,592 adults. The survey investigated sociodemographic characteristics, food behaviors, and strategies in response to rising food prices. Subsequently, we developed a reflective analysis of the survey results, using the aspects of the HRAF as the analysis criteria. Results: Inflation impacts the food habits of people with lower and higher educational levels. The first and second aspects of the HRAF were more affected in people with lower educational levels. The second and third aspects affected people with higher educational levels more. Limitations: A limitation identified was the study's reach scope, confined to individuals with internet access. The survey's distribution format through academic associations and non-governmental organizations also concentrated the study on individuals linked to these circles. Conclusions: Sectors with lower educational levels are exposed to greater food vulnerability, which affects their minimum subsistence. Inflation impacts the nutritional and socio-environmental aspects of the HRAF for both people with low and high educational levels, although in different ways. The effective realization of the HRAF during times of inflation warrants comprehensive consideration of this right in its various aspects or levels.

Resumen
Objective: To expose the social and economic impact of the Social Return on Investment (SROI) of street gastronomy in the Magical Town of Tonatico, State of Mexico. Methodology: A qualitative approach included literature review and non-participatory observation; 40 semi-structured interviews and the SROI methodology were applied. Results: It is inferred that, of the 40 initiatives, 90% are led by women, in 50% of cases it is the only family income, more than 80 direct jobs are generated and the local consumption model is applied using seasonal products purchased in the place; In addition, it generates an SROI of 90.3%. Limitations: The case of a single Magical Town in a certain period is shown, which makes it difficult to analyze the impact of street gastronomy in the long term; The sample was conditioned by the accessibility and availability of key actors; and there is a lack of bibliography regarding the topic of street gastronomy. Conclusions: The effects of street gastronomy demonstrate the impact in social and economic terms on regional development where the multiplier effect of tourism in destinations such as the Magic Towns is also evident.
