Resumen
This paper analyses the relationships between urban climate, environmental comfort and urban planning, from the point of view of the concepts and fundamental ideas evolution, from the basic methodological contributions and from recent year?s reviews, especially in the topic of the environmental comfort indexes. The paper gives a review with highlights in the more recent contributions.

Resumen
In Catalonia, during last years, the conflicts related with the use and management of the territory among the administration and the citizenship have increased, especially during the process of drawing up and execution of some urban plans. This article pretends to analyse which are the causes that originate them and to identify the actors that intervene and, therefore, it will pay attention to the strategies of mobilization that citizens develop and the discourses that create trying to influence the planning process, as well as to the actions that the local administration undertakes.

Resumen
In rural areas, the salt aquifer use related to the Keuper has generated a culture and landscape tied to the salt production. The salt, essential component for the life, became a key product in the sociopolitical structures of Spain. For their manufacture, knowledge and singulars infrastructures were needed. Today these knowledge and infrastructures are considered rural cultural heritage. But due to market globalization, the trend of closing down saltpans is more enhanced for last third of 20th century. Arcos de las Salinas, town council of the province of Teruel bordering with Valencia, is a good example. Its history is related to the salt production. The operation ceased and the abandonment of installation has accelerated the deterioration process of this rich and singular rural heritage. One of the alternatives to avoid the saltpans deterioration and to increase the culture, the identity and the local economy is the design of a local heritage park around the saltpans, bussiness and salt culture.

Before the problems of manpower that came raising at times from harvesting of the agricultural crops the Administration, in collaboration with the most representative managerial organizations and trade unions, they have adopted a specific mechanism inside the formula of the contingent (quota): the well-known like contract in origin of season. The implantation of this route of labour recruitment of foreign laborers in his/her countries of origin has modified qualitatively and quantitatively the group of foreign seasonal workers that every year comes to the different agricultural Spanish campaigns. The enterprise preferences have come centring in Romania, mainly from the total integration of Poland in the European Union (EU) and the reduction of the interest of their nationals to work in these tasks. Which are the reasons of this election? What volume of Romanian labourers comes to Spain and how it has been his/her evolution? To what campaigns do they come? Which is the selected profile? What perspectives of future have these contractings?

Resumen
Este artículo analiza la incorporación al mercado de trabajo español de los inmigrantes de nacionalidad búlgara y rumana, dos de los colectivos extranjeros que más han crecido en los últimos años. Tras elaborar un breve estado de la cuestión sobre el tema, se analiza su evolución numérica reciente y su distribución geográfica a nivel de Comunidades Autónomas, sus características sociodemográficas y laborales a partir de la EPA y, finalmente, su inserción laboral por sector de actividad desde la perspectiva de la complementariedad con la población española ocupada en esos mismos sectores. Las conclusiones se centran en subrayar tanto las semejanzas como las diferencias existentes entre ambos colectivos respecto a su participación laboral.

Resumen
The migratory flow from, above all, Romania has reached in Spain the first place among the various groups of immigrants. Their demographic characteristics are similar to the set of migratory flows being a young population and a slightly higher proportion of males. However, the uniqueness of Romanians, Bulgarians and other nationalities in Eastern Europe is that their demographic structures and growth rates respond to mature population that are lossing a considerable number of young people. Moreover, in Spain, as host country, they involve the incorporation into society of groups that provide dynamism in labour market, in their geographical distribution and, especially, in increasing fertility.

The orography/ the configuration of a massive residential tourism has entailed a dramatic change of the genuine coastal scenery in the coast of Valencia. The essay explains the factors, which have determined this change in the municipality of Sueca. a territory with a high level of interest in the geography of tourism due to the presence of ?El Parque Natural de La Albubera? / ?Nature reserve of La Albubera?, the introduction of different typologies of tourism and the different dynamics of territorial generated together with the interaction of tourism, the buildings of the area and the grown of rice.

Resumen
The article analyzes the context of the Rumanían transition in narrow link with the migratory process begun with the fall of the totalitarian regime of 1989. It emphasizes in the process of political and economic transformation, in the regional development and in the way that the same one influences the decision of the Rumanían citizens to emigrate. The first part analyzes the context of the transition, whereas the second one approaches the social changes and the crisis as reason of the emigration. Finally, it emphasized the positive consequences and denials of the emigration.
