Resumen
The use of sacred hallucinogenic plants in the creative and compositional process of 2 songs by the Argentine musician Gustavo Cerati is explored. Salvia Divinorum in the song "Planta" from the Soda Stereo album: "Sueño Stereo" (1995) and the Peyote cactus in the song "Cactus" from the album "Fuerza Natural" (2009). The methodology is through interviews regarding the compositional process, made to the Argentine musician himself, published in various written and online sources.

Resumen
In this research, a model for green routing of vehicles in the network of cross docks under time window constraints is presented. In this model, there are two goals, include reducing the cost of transportation and reducing the emission of environmental pollutants, reducing fuel. In general, the goal of the model is to obtain the best route in the distribution network, which imposes the lowest cost on the network and, in addition, minimizes fuel consumption. The presented model was solved with GAMS software. As the dimensions of the problem increase, the execution time of the program increases drastically, and this indicates that the problem is NP-hard. Therefore, in order to solve the model in large dimensions, the meta-heuristic non-dominant sorting genetic algorithm, NSGAII, was used. The results of examining various problems with the meta-heuristic algorithm show a very high efficiency of the presented algorithms in terms of time to solve the problem. The results showed that the proposed model, in addition to reducing the total cost of transportation and the cost of constructing cross docks in the candidate points, also reduced the emission of environmental pollutants. Also, according to the mentioned time window, the products were sent to the customers on time.

Resumen
Currently, China is the second largest economy in the world and a rapidly developing innovative country. The improving position of China is evident not only from the rankings of the largest innovative companies but also from the reaction of major Western nations (once technological leaders) to China’s achievements in high-tech industries. Their biggest concerns refer to increased control over foreign direct investment from China, the cancellation of major investment deals, the refusal of the services of Chinese companies due to a threat to national security, the trade war between the United States and China, etc. This article aims at identifying and analyzing the development strategies of high-tech companies in China as exemplified by its largest national companies: Huawei and Tencent. The authors used such methods as document analysis, analysis of quantitative data, comparative analysis, and synthesis. While studying the development strategies of the most prominent high-tech companies in China, Huawei and Tencent, the authors confirmed the general trends of their innovative development, including active investment in new technologies (artificial intelligence, cloud services, blockchain, big data, Internet of things, digital platforms), expanding the network of users and deepening connections between them, as well as personalizing services.

Resumen
The article presents dwells on the legal consolidation of the principles of public financial control in the era of digitalization and used as part of the control of digital tools and technologies in the Russian legal field. The study materials include the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Russian and international legal acts (laws and standards), and the websites of Russian public authorities with powers in the field of financial control. To process such materials, the authors used technical and legal analysis as the main method. They conclude that the legal regulation of the principles of public financial control in the Russian Federation is fragmentary. Based on the study of network information resources of Russian public authorities, there is a set of digital tools and technologies used to organize and conduct financial and control activities in a non-contact form. This system includes three main blocks: information systems, personal accounts, and registers. According to the authors, the legal relations that arise in connection with the use of digital tools in financial control are heterogeneous: some are directly related to particular digital technologies (tools); others do not consider a digital product an object of legal relations and assign it an auxiliary value.

Resumen
In this research, the retaining structure of the project, which was implemented as a pile, was investigated. To investigate this research, the models were modeled in ABAQUS software and statically loaded. After analyzing the above mentioned retaining structure with the modeling soil, it is shown that, increasing the distance between the piles causes to increase the tensions and strains in the soil between them and results in more critical soil. It is also observed that the amount of tension and its distribution in the piles at a time when their distances are less is more than that of their distance between them was increased. Also, the comparison of numerical results with the results of theoretical relations indicates that the numerical values are greater than the values obtained from the theoretical relations.

Resumen
The paper considers a conceptual set of economic and mathematical problems, whose solution increases the efficiency of an innovative coal cluster that combines coal mining and processing industries. The effectiveness of the innovative clustering of coal mining is analyzed from three perspectives: for the regional economy, the cluster itself, and each of the cluster members. Thus, the paper studies the triune effect of the raw material cluster. In the course of the paper, the authors used the method of case study to consider the parameters of the raw material cluster “Complex Processing of Coal and Industrial Waste” in Kuzbass (Russia) to present a formalized description and calculate the general task of determining the triune effect of clustering coal mining and processing industries. The study results allow for more efficient development and application of technologies for complex and effective coal processing.

Resumen
Biohydrometallurgy has been defined as a collection of techniques that involve the use of microbial metabolisms, such as the bacterium Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans, for the extraction of metals. Therefore, in the current study, we tested the potential of a pure culture of A. Thiooxidans in the removal of zinc and iron from galvanized waste of the automotive industry. Starkey medium was employed and was added 0.5% w/v of solid sample, and incubation took place at 30°C, and 180 rpm for 7 days. The experiment showed a biological removal of 100% of Fe and Zn after 72 hours, as shown with the measurements taken using inductively coupled plasma spectrophotometer (ICP-OES). Additionally, an increase of the concentration of sulphates is reported alongside the process. The present study thus suggests that a fast, efficient, and low energy biological process for the recovery of these metals coming from galvanized steel waste is possible.

Resumen
The electrochemical behaviour of cobalt and nickel chloride hexahydrate in ethaline was investigated by cyclic voltammetry at 30 °C. The results show that the reduction reaction of both elements is quasi reversible and occurs in a single two-electron transfer step. Electrodeposition by the selective coating technique of both elements on AISI 304 stainless steel was performed at -8.7 mA/cm2, 40 °C, and 40 min. The coating was characterised using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray photoemitted electron spectrometry (XPS). The SEM and TEM images show the presence of a coating with a thickness of about 200 nm and the analysis by XPS confirms the presence of nickel and cobalt on the surface composition of the plate.

Resumen
In this study, an antioxidant-rich extract was obtained by leaching Moringa oleifera leaves. The activity of the extract against the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical was measured by determining a second-order rate constant (k2). The reaction between the mixture of antioxidants in the extract and the DPPH was monitored by measuring the absorbance at 517 nm in 30-second intervals for a period of 600 s. The absorbance exhibited a rapid decay within the first 100 s, followed by a slower decay. The absorbance data were fitted to a bi-exponential model. The curve fitting showed a linear relationship between the initial concentration of antioxidants and the reaction rate with the coefficient of determination values greater than 0.9979. The k2 value was 0.0870 ± 0.0007 mg/mL.
