This document evaluated the incidence of the type of workplace on the health levels of a group of respondents, with the aim of empirically evidencing the possible differences raised in the literature. According to the results obtained, it was found that the type of employment is likely not to have a significant effect on self-assessed health levels. It was also found that it does not increase the probability of suffering from chronic diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure or other diseases and that these conditions may be the result of other factors.

A dairy drink was obtained by mixing the raw materials whey, cow's milk and soy milk. The products to be used in the formulation of the beverages were characterized physically-chemically. A  factorial design was carried out, where the levels of starch and whey were established. For this, the sugar concentration was fixed in the formulation of each of the experimental runs and the rest was completed with the whole cow's milk and soy milk components mixed in a 7/3 ratio. The best evaluated formulation was developed on a pilot scale and characterized. In the case of 1.2% starch, regardless of the whey content in the formulations, better results were always obtained. It was appreciated that the sensory quality of the product is conditioned by both the viscosity and the milky taste. The best evaluated formulation by the tasters was the one containing 1.2% starch and 30% whey. The sensory characterization of the beverage showed excellent quality, due to the perception of a correct combination of coffee flavor, soy flavor, and milk flavor. It presented a total solids content of 17.8% and an acidity of 0.07%.

The National University of Engineering (UNI) in its strategic development project 2020-2030 expresses the importance of university functions in the educational work of this alma mater, from teaching, research and extension; the latter refers to the fact that the extension must link the community; All this is closely linked to what is expressed in the National Plan to Fight Poverty, 2022 - 2026 promoted by the (Government of Reconciliation and National Unity, 2021, p.31) where it emphasizes that "An innovative initiative in higher education has been the University Program in the Countryside (UNICAM), aimed at caring for young people from rural communities”; In this program, the work modality that is carried out is by encounters, adjusting to the socio-productive reality of the families in the field; Therefore, the UNI assumed the commitment from the year 2021 to teach higher technicians in agro-industrial technologies and irrigation, the purpose being to promote educational actions as the National University of Engineering that lead to the extension and linking of families and communities, contributing to the creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship.

This paper examines the influence of recreational activities on the components of coastal landscapes on the territory of the municipal formation of the resort city of Gelendzhik, Russia (the Betta farm). The authors provide an estimation of the anthropogenic impact on the soils. The paramagnetic activity of meadow-chernozem soils is studied using electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy. The authors also review other aspects related to soil changes. Finally, conclusions are drawn about the progress of the study, and appropriate recommendations are given.

This paper studies the determinants of economic growth in Nicaragua using annual data for the period 1990-2017. The objective of this study is to determine the factors that influenced economic growth in Nicaragua by estimating an Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) model. It was found that in the long run, a one percent increase in employment is associated with an increase in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita of 0.4 percent; in addition, a one percent increase in schooling could be associated with 0.6 percent in GDP per capita. However, in the short term, the greatest sensitivities are found in the term GDP per capita lagged one period, since a one percent increase in this variable is correlated with a 0.23 percent increase in GDP per capita. Significant variations are also present for changes in public consumption, as a one percent increase in public consumption could be associated with a 0.14 percent increase in GDP per capita.

The paper considers a conceptual set of economic and mathematical problems, whose solution increases the efficiency of an innovative coal cluster that combines coal mining and processing industries. The effectiveness of the innovative clustering of coal mining is analyzed from three perspectives: for the regional economy, the cluster itself, and each of the cluster members. Thus, the paper studies the triune effect of the raw material cluster. In the course of the paper, the authors used the method of case study to consider the parameters of the raw material cluster “Complex Processing of Coal and Industrial Waste” in Kuzbass (Russia) to present a formalized description and calculate the general task of determining the triune effect of clustering coal mining and processing industries. The study results allow for more efficient development and application of technologies for complex and effective coal processing.

In this research, a model for green routing of vehicles in the network of cross docks under time window constraints is presented. In this model, there are two goals, include reducing the cost of transportation and reducing the emission of environmental pollutants, reducing fuel. In general, the goal of the model is to obtain the best route in the distribution network, which imposes the lowest cost on the network and, in addition, minimizes fuel consumption. The presented model was solved with GAMS software. As the dimensions of the problem increase, the execution time of the program increases drastically, and this indicates that the problem is NP-hard. Therefore, in order to solve the model in large dimensions, the meta-heuristic non-dominant sorting genetic algorithm, NSGAII, was used. The results of examining various problems with the meta-heuristic algorithm show a very high efficiency of the presented algorithms in terms of time to solve the problem. The results showed that the proposed model, in addition to reducing the total cost of transportation and the cost of constructing cross docks in the candidate points, also reduced the emission of environmental pollutants. Also, according to the mentioned time window, the products were sent to the customers on time.

Currently, China is the second largest economy in the world and a rapidly developing innovative country. The improving position of China is evident not only from the rankings of the largest innovative companies but also from the reaction of major Western nations (once technological leaders) to China’s achievements in high-tech industries. Their biggest concerns refer to increased control over foreign direct investment from China, the cancellation of major investment deals, the refusal of the services of Chinese companies due to a threat to national security, the trade war between the United States and China, etc. This article aims at identifying and analyzing the development strategies of high-tech companies in China as exemplified by its largest national companies: Huawei and Tencent. The authors used such methods as document analysis, analysis of quantitative data, comparative analysis, and synthesis. While studying the development strategies of the most prominent high-tech companies in China, Huawei and Tencent, the authors confirmed the general trends of their innovative development, including active investment in new technologies (artificial intelligence, cloud services, blockchain, big data, Internet of things, digital platforms), expanding the network of users and deepening connections between them, as well as personalizing services.

The article presents dwells on the legal consolidation of the principles of public financial control in the era of digitalization and used as part of the control of digital tools and technologies in the Russian legal field. The study materials include the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Russian and international legal acts (laws and standards), and the websites of Russian public authorities with powers in the field of financial control. To process such materials, the authors used technical and legal analysis as the main method. They conclude that the legal regulation of the principles of public financial control in the Russian Federation is fragmentary. Based on the study of network information resources of Russian public authorities, there is a set of digital tools and technologies used to organize and conduct financial and control activities in a non-contact form. This system includes three main blocks: information systems, personal accounts, and registers. According to the authors, the legal relations that arise in connection with the use of digital tools in financial control are heterogeneous: some are directly related to particular digital technologies (tools); others do not consider a digital product an object of legal relations and assign it an auxiliary value.

The paper assesses food security in the consumption of milk and dairy products in the Russian Federation and shows the role of individual categories of farms in solving the food problem. Analysis of trends and factors in the development of dairy cattle breeding substantiates the directions for providing the country's population with milk according to the rational nutritional standards in light of international sanctions. The agrarian policy pursued by the state has increased milk production and reduced its imports but has not solved the problem of food security in the consumption of dairy products. The authors conclude that food security in the consumption of milk and dairy products will be supported by import substitution in the food market, the increase in milk production through technical and technological modernization of dairy farming, improvement of selection and breeding work and state support, concentration of milk production in specialized agricultural organizations and farms, the development of cooperation, improvement of livestock productivity through the use of modern technologies, improved use of the genetic potential of cows, strengthening of the feed base, and optimization of feed rations.
