The present work seeks to present, from a perspective of the history of education, the trajectory of the Escola Isolada Rio Capivaras Alto, located in the community of Rio Capivaras Alto, in Lauro Muller, in the south of Santa Catarina. In order to do so, we present the historical context of the formation of ethnic schools in southern Brazil, as well as the process of transformation and nationalization of these schools into isolated schools. In a second moment, we bring a concise history of the Municipality of Lauro Muller and the community of Rio Capivaras Alto. In a third moment, we present a brief scenario of education in Lauro Müller, a necessary context to understand the emergence of the Escola Isolada Rio Capivaras Alto and its trajectory until the present day. Finally, in our final considerations, we point to the importance of giving visibility to the trajectory of a school that has been in operation for almost 100 years and that continues to function, being the only multi-story school and also possessing an invaluable historical legacy for the municipality and for the community. community of Rio Capivaras.

Through the application of standardized and large-scale tests, educational evaluation has incorporated accountability objectives, in response to the state's demand for an efficient, competitive and organized management model for achieving results.The objective of the research is to understand, based on a survey and systematization of academic production on the topic in question, theoretical-practical assumptions that support accountability in education, identified with educational policies oriented by results and as a management mechanism for public education. The methodological approach was qualitative research anchored in a bibliographic survey carried out by analyzing 25 academic-scientific productions (15 dissertations and 10 theses), using the descriptors "educational regulation and accountability". The emerging debate, substantiated in the literature, allows us to say that the phenomenon of accountability can be analyzed from the following dimensions: policy, practices and repercussions. The policy is related to the theoretical, conceptual, technical, structural and organizational elements – the educational evaluation policy; the practices concern the engineering for the evaluation project, the modus operandi, the evaluation as a mechanism for control, accountability and provision of accounts and the targets as indicators; the repercussions imply ranking, classification, accountability, guilt, punishment, bonuses and management by results.

The low performance of students in Basic Education, as evidenced by the Saeb (National Assessment of Basic Education), provides an opportunity for important reflections on the underlying factors contributing to such results. In the case of the present study, the possible relationships between the quality of initial teacher training and the characteristics of teachers working in the field, specifically in mathematics, are discussed, with the aim of understanding whether there are connections between both factors. This is a large-scale study whose general objective is to characterize the profile of Brazilian teachers according to different regions and relate it to their teacher training. To achieve this, data from the Saeb, specifically related to teachers of the 5th year of Elementary School, as well as information from the National Student Performance Exam (Enade), were used. The profile characterization reveals that teachers share similar characteristics, and when analyzing the relationship between this profile and the quality of initial teacher training, as expressed through Enade scores, significant associations between specific aspects were identified. The study highlights the need to consider both initial teacher training and teacher characteristics as interconnected issues, rather than isolated ones. In this regard, it is essential to think about the relevance of adopting different public policies to enable improvements. Suggestions include the importance of enhancing teacher training, providing opportunities for continuous professional development, and offering support for both teachers and students.

The present work analyzes official municipal documents, identifying convergences and divergences in relation to the conceptions that guide reading and writing practices and the transition from Early Childhood Education (ECE) to Elementary Education (EF). A qualitative research of the documentary type was adopted, having as scenario the municipality of Juazeiro do Piauí (PI). The analysis pointed out that the welfare and preparatory conceptions still appear in the Curricular Proposal of Elementary Education, and that the curricular documents converge by proposing that literacy happens from the perspective of literacy. However, it is possible to perceive that, while the focus of ECE is on situations of interaction, literacy and play, in the first two years of EF the priority seems to be the learning of SEA. The documents converge with each other and as the national documents in relation to the conception of the child as a social, historical, legal subject, producer of culture and in the process of development. Regarding the transition process from ECE to EF, it was observed the prevalence of pedagogical and curricular orientations directed, primarily, to teachers. It is concluded that it is necessary for public managers and education professionals to identify the divergences that exist in these documents, propose revisions and implement their guidelines and determinations so that they do not become a "dead letter", a common practice in the Brazilian scenario.

This text presents the final results of an action/intervention research project, the aims of which were to help improve the reading and writing skills of children in the early years of primary school at a municipal school in Naviraí-MS and to promote collective spaces for study, reflection and pedagogical support between Pedagogy students and teachers at the school. The project was organized through fortnightly meetings with the executing team at the UFMS University Campus. University Campus. During these meetings, the team of 15 students and the supervising teacher studied and planned activities. Through studies based on the perspective of literacy, constructivist theory and teacher training, didactic sequences were drawn up to assist students who were at different levels of reading and writing development. The results show that 58% of the children assisted in the first phase of the project (from July to December 2017) learned, and 71.4% in the second phase (from March to July 2018). Also noteworthy is the increase in students' self-esteem and belief in their own learning. The teaching, research and extension activities also helped to strengthen the autonomy and professional identity of the students involved in the work.

This paper aims to analyze the challenges facing the process of implementing full-time early childhood education, in the light of the new Municipal Education Plans, in the two most populous municipalities in the Metropolitan Region of Grande Vitória, Vila Velha and Serra. It carries out an exploratory study, having as research instruments, analysis of official documents, as well as semi-structured interviews with coordinators of the Child Education Management of Municipal Secretariats, presidents of Municipal Councils and representatives of early childhood education and full-time education of the Councils. The results indicate that the provision of full-time early childhood education is a challenge and municipal management, in principle, seeks to guarantee pre-school, which is mandatory for children aged four to five years old. It is concluded that the implementation of educational plans demands an effort to subvert the challenge that, since the Citizen Constitution, the educational field has faced, guaranteeing the right to education for all.

The study aims to analyze scientific productions published in the last 10 (ten) years that discuss the contributions of research as a teaching and learning strategy in initial teacher training, through the State of the Question. As a theoretical contribution, the writings of André (2008), Demo (2015), Gamboa (2018) and Severino (2009) stand out, who report research as an instrument inherent to teaching work. The searches for the aforementioned productions were carried out on the following websites: Scientific Electronic Library On-line (SciELO), CAPES Periodical Portal, Google Scholar and CAPES Theses and Dissertations Catalog (CAPES CTD). Three (3) equations were applied, consisting of descriptors validated in the Brazilian Education Thesaurus (BRASED), and separated with Boolean operators AND and OR. The selected works defend teaching with and through research, in order to enhance the teaching and learning processes. To do so, it requires an investigative stance from teachers and students throughout academic-professional training and not just in isolation in some curricular components.

In this article, the processes of children’s socialization are discussed, which are marked by the presence of neoliberal rationality and the digitalization of the different spheres of human existence. It is inferred, from a systemic analysis, that digital technologies, when transversalized by neoliberal rationality, can be understood as strategies that are part of a neoliberal anthropological-pedagogical project, which aims to form a neo-subject. Therefore, even recognizing that children perform an interpretative reproduction of cultural artifacts, we identified that, through the exacerbated exploitation of these devices, a normativity that advocates personal satisfaction as a regal decision-making criterion, hypertrophy of social relations and the atomization of the individual are welcomed. Finally, the anthropological and sociological implications of the formation of the neo-subject since childhood are discussed, bearing in mind that their psychic constitution and widespread norms inhibit social cohesion and the subject’s participation in public debates.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general analizar si la regulación Justicia restaurativa contribuye a la solución de conflictos jurídico penales de menores infractores en el distrito fiscal del santa, 2022. Se utilizó una metodología de tipo aplicada, con un enfoque cualitativo y con un diseño no experimental – fenomenológico, en donde se tuvo como muestra fuentes documentales, normativas y jurisprudenciales en Derecho Penal sobre las variables en estudio, así como por seis (06) abogados especialistas en Derecho Penal de la ciudad de Chimbote; en donde se aplicó como técnicas en análisis de contenido y la entrevistas las cuales contaron con sus debidos instrumentos. Se concluye que, la regulación Justicia restaurativa contribuye a la solución de conflictos jurídico penales de menores infractores en el distrito fiscal del santa, 2022, pues permite la reparación del daño causado a la víctima, así como, la reinserción y no reincidencia del menor, procurando la protección del interés de la víctima, el infractor y la comunidad, promoviendo una cultura de paz, conciencia conciliatoria y sistemas jurídicos mediadores.

En la actualidad, la influencia de la inteligencia artificial está generando una transformación sustancial en el marketing digital, desencadenando una revolución en la forma en que vivimos y realizamos nuestras operaciones comerciales diarias. El objetivo de este artículo es dar a conocer como la IA beneficia a las empresas para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes y optimizar sus estrategias. El presente artículo consiste en una revisión sistemática de literatura con un enfoque cualitativo, en el que se aplicó el método PRISMA, donde empleamos diversas bases de datos que abarcan Redalyc, Scielo, Mendeley, Scopus, Dialnet, Google Académico, SpringerLink, ResearchGate, IDEAS, DOAJ, Elsevier, Emerald Insight y Alicia, Seleccionando 60 artículos científicos. La sección de resultados y discusión resalta cómo la IA, mediante la personalización y el análisis de datos, beneficia a las empresas para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes y optimizar sus estrategias. Además, se menciona la influencia de la IA en el comportamiento del consumidor. En conclusión, se destaca la importancia de la inteligencia artificial en el marketing digital, mejorando la comunicación con los clientes y las estrategias.
