Resumen
In the early decades of the 20th century, the dramatic scene became a privileged platform where artistic practices characterized by their experimental and popular nature circulated. It reveals how the spoken word became a point of contention between the desired harmony of Enlightened aesthetic expressions and the dissonant quality of the people's stage proposals. Through publications and the press of the time, the process by which the consolidation of national theater involved the intervention of certain agents to shape the use of vocal delivery in dramatic texts is analyzed.
Comic monologues and poetic declamation are genres in which orality played a central role. The emergence of entertainment culture introduced a new way of circulating and disseminating these stage practices, challenging any form of regulation by cultural agents striving to stabilize the use of spoken language. Thus, theater functioned as a laboratory where artistic expressions negotiated the establishment of a national language.

Resumen
Within the framework of a general and broader research about how the gauchesca influenced centralizing the figure of the gaucho in national culture, it focuses on Santos Vega, by Hilario Ascasubi from three aspects, namely: the gauchesca poetry as an aesthetic form that establishes dissent and consensus around how to understand the nation's people; the fictionalization of the rest of the plebs in a differential manner with respect to the gaucho; and, finally, a temporal look that includes the colonial. Santos Vega, by Hilario Ascasubi, constitutes a decisive text to understand, from literature, that dynamic that made the gaucho the outstanding commoner of the Argentine Nation.

Resumen
Based on the analysis of two stories from Javier Milanca’s book Xampurria, Somos del Lof de los que no tienen Lof (2015), this study addresses a series of problems related to representation and its political consequences in contemporary Mapuche life. These stories constitute a literary testimony that stands out for their recovery of historical events and experiences that intervene and challenge official narratives. Milanca enacts a critical operation linked to the restoration of subordinate memories of the Mapuche people, from a broad representation of violence. The categories of stench and cleanliness, along with the notion of biopoetics, enable an examination of how literature responds to the structured sedimentations imposed by dominant thought on Mapuche identity. These sedimentations are established through a set of common practices and representations framed within the concept of racism. To this end, this ideology is linked to the founding narrative of nations, which generates shared identifications and meanings.

Resumen
Paying attention to the singular construction of the slave Andrés in the story “El angel caído” (1862) by Juana Manuela Gorriti, published in La Revista de Lima and included three years later in Sueños y realidades (1865), allows us to notice that this subaltern subject is configured as threatening based on the elements that associate him, as anticipated in the title of the narrative, with evil and more particularly with the figure of Satan or Lucifer. It is proposed that Gorriti appropriates the satanic attributes exalted by the romantics to invest the slave and take advantage, in a relocation that intertwines with political, historical, and sexual contextual meanings, of the implications that this demonic figure, codified in literary terms, carries. The analysis will show that this does not respond to a demonizing logic, but to a complex effect of empathy and rejection, identification and repudiation.

Resumen
La pareja de Núñez is a novel by Gloria Alcorta Mansilla published by Editorial Sudamericana in 1971. Framed in two chapters that can represent an entire year, a narrator anticipates and then closes the stories told. Núñez is the setting in which a series of plebeian characters and archetypes live, linked by misfortunes linked by class and gender conflicts. Immigration, exile, abuse, abandonment, poverty, and even militant courage and poetry are part of the imaginary of this community that includes and excludes the bodies of its inhabitants. The use that the text makes of the fantastic genre, as well as the relationship of this novel with the author's work and with the local literary tradition constitute the axes of analysis.

Resumen
Introduction: Non-communicable diseases such as type 2 diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemias are highly prevalent in Ecuador. The Finnish Diabetes Risk Score (FINDRISC) measures the 10-year risk of developing diabetes, but its relationship with lipid profile has not been studied locally. This study examined the relationship between FINDRISC test results and total, HDL, and LDL cholesterol levels in Ecuadorian primary care patients.
Objective: Analyze the relationship between the FINDRISC test score and lipid profile parameters in patients treated at primary care centers in Ecuador.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out in 236 adults without diabetes. The FINDRISC test score was calculated, and clinical and biochemical data were collected. Nonparametric tests were used to analyze correlations and differences between risk groups.
Results: A moderate or higher risk of diabetes was present in 37.3% of participants. There were significant positive correlations between the FINDRISC score and both LDL (rho=0.37; p<0.001) and total cholesterol (rho=0.16; p=0.01). Intergroup differences were noted (p=0.04), but there was no correlation with HDL.
Discussion: A higher FINDRISC score is associated with increased levels of total cholesterol and LDL, suggesting the tool may be useful for identifying broader metabolic risks beyond diabetes alone. While these findings align with existing research, the study's cross-sectional design and non-probabilistic sampling limit the ability to establish causality and generalize the results to the wider population.
Conclusion: Higher LDL and total cholesterol levels are linked to increased FINDRISC scores. These findings support using the FINDRISC tool in primary care to identify broader metabolic risk

Resumen
Introduction: Human papillomavirus (HPV) is one of the most prevalentsexually transmitted infections, with significant implications for publichealth. Adolescence is a key stage for implementing preventive educationalinterventions that promote responsible sexual behavior. Therefore, theobjective was to evaluate the fidelity of an educational intervention for theprevention of HPV in adolescents.Matherial and Methods: non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectionalstudy was conducted with a convenience sample of 393 14-year-oldsecondary school students. The intervention consisted of participatoryeducational sessions focused on sexual and reproductive rights. Interventionfidelity was assessed by considering the retention rate, compliance rate, and the instructor and program quality evaluation scale. Participants wereevaluated using a Likert-type scale to measure acceptability and satisfaction, with one indicating low satisfaction and five indicating very satisfied. Results: suggest that the HPV prevention program was successfullyimplemented, showing an average session completion rate of 89.11%, anacceptability rate of 97.7%, and high participant satisfaction (M = 4.502,SD = 0.627). The content, activities, and facilitators were well received andadapted to their needs.Conclutions: The structure and design of the intervention program areeffective and feasible to evaluate whether the intervention is truly achievingits main objective.
