Resumen
In this article, the authors analyze the impact of the “Si quieres, ¡puedes!” (“If you want, you can”) program on social inclusion at an elite university in Mexico. A mixed-methods case study of the first two generations was carried out, exploring how the students’ success (academic and social integration and empowerment) favors inclusion. The results reveal a careful design of the program in its equity mechanisms (induction, financial, and academic support). However, they also highlight that the students' success requires a disproportionate personal and family effort to meet institutional standards. The program meets the academic and professional perspectives, but there are still economic, academic, psychological, and institutional commitment barriers that hinder social inclusion.

Resumen
The study seeks to analyze the differentiated impact of paid work in the process of transforming the social condition of rural women, a case in the Andean district of Incahuasi and another in the coastal rural area of Ferreñafe, establishing differences and similarities in social perception. and its position within the social structure. The study has a qualitative approach, the methodological design is a comparative case analysis study, it examines and compares two cases of rural women, one an agricultural producer (Incahuasi) and another an artisan in the textile sector (Ferreñafe); In-depth interview, participant observation technique and documentary analysis were used. The results indicate that in Incahuasi, paid work on women has a significant impact, their dedication to domestic and agricultural work has been transformed into an income generator and they have been empowered to make decisions, but they face cultural challenges of resistance and family tension. In Ferreñafe they have experienced changes in social perception and family dynamics.
It is concluded that paid work transforms the social condition of rural women, with significant differences due to socioeconomic and cultural particularities. For Incahuasi, work is more related to culture and tradition; in Ferreñafe, accessibility to markets and tourism provide greater opportunities for economic empowerment. In both cases, the role of work in the renegotiation of gender roles and the variability of the social perception of women's status is visualized.

Resumen
The level of entrepreneurship and innovation determines the advancement in various economic activities, benefiting the geographical area where they are performed. Therefore, the main objective of the research is to generate descriptive forecasts, evaluate causal links and generalize the entrepreneurial socioeconomic factors. This paper investigates secondary data and draws valuable conclusions. Furthermore, the literature review will help to contemplate the socioeconomic challenge from a broader perspective, considering that the entrepreneurial capacity of a nation has the potential to impact economic expansion in general. The activities of an entrepreneur are influenced by environmental factors, which may include social, economic, legal, political and technological aspects. Ultimately, these environmental factors lead to the success of the entrepreneurship. These external influences will determine whether the entrepreneur is successful in his or her venture or not. One of the findings of this study is that the Ecuadorian entrepreneurial ecosystem has shortcomings, but acquiring administrative academic skills becomes a component that effectively influences the individual's confidence to start a business, which boosts employment levels in the country. Socio-economic aspects are essential factors that influence business behavior and operation. As a result, there is a need to investigate these factors and an obligation to consider them.

Resumen
In recent decades, banking systems have become increasingly detached from production and the real sector, a process called financialization that occurs differently in developed and developing countries. In the former, speculative businesses, innovative stock market products and financial bubbles mark the pause, while in the latter, credit availability is increasingly directed towards consumption and rentier financial positions. Therefore, the objective of this research is to analyze the orientation of bank credit in Ecuador during the years of dollarization. To achieve this, a quantitative approach with explanatory scope is applied. The evolution of the share of credit in the consumption and productive segments is analyzed based on data from the Superintendency of Banks. It is concluded that banking in Ecuador, in the years of dollarization, has increasingly directed its credit offer towards the consumption segment to maximize

Resumen
Over the decades, women have increased their participation in the labor market, achieving productive characteristics similar to those of men. However, a wage gap between genders persists. This study aims to analyze the gender wage gap in Ecuador and its components, estimating the percentage attributed to gender discrimination for the year 2024. To achieve this, a descriptive analysis is conducted alongside the application of an econometric linear regression model based on Mincer's equation (1974) and the Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition (1973), using data from the second quarter of 2024. The results show that the wage gap between men and women persists, with the discriminatory component against women standing out as a significant factor. This component can be partially explained by the time women devote to unpaid care work compared to men.

Resumen
Introduction: Time management is important at all educational levels, since poor practice leads to procrastination of school activities, generating academic stress and affecting academic performance. On the other hand, social support has been mentioned that it can be an enhancer of satisfactory performance since it contributes to the coping of stressful situations and to education in the organization of academic activities. Objective: To determine the influence of time management on academic stress, social support and academic performance in sixth grade students. Material and Methods: A descriptive, correlational, predictive, cross-sectional design was carried out. The sample consisted of 70 elementary school students selected by non-probabilistic convenience sampling. The following were used for data collection: Sociodemographic Data Questionnaire, Time Management Behavior Questionnaire (TMBQ) to measure time management, the System Inventory of Cognitive and Cognitive Systems (SISCO) Academic Stress, and the Family and Friends Social Support Scale (AFA-R). Results: The nonlinear regression model showed that time management predicted 6.6% of academic stress (β=0.430; p<0.001), 9.2% of social support (β= 0.430; p<0.001) and 11.5% of academic achievement (β= 0.430; p<0.001). Conclusions: Time management is important in all stages of the educational process; it is essential the support of parents and/or guardians to teach tools for the organization and prioritization of academic activities in order to increase terminal efficiency and success in the study.
