Resumen
This article takes established findings of economic research as its starting point to discuss social justice principles and the dynamics of dispossession that deny many people, as well as entire communities, realization and enjoyment of social justice. Several key themes are identified and analyzed in three sections. The first section presents fundamental principles of social justice, particularly those relevant to economic ethics, and shows that sustainable development embodies these principles. It then distinguishes between individualism, society and community, arguing that community provides the most effective framework within which to apply the identified principles. The second section examines the dynamics of dispossession that underpin virtually any form of economy. The third section describes countermeasures that have been recommended throughout history. The conclusions emphasize the dynamic of most economies that wealth or power, left to their own devices, attract yet more wealth or power at the expense of the poor and powerless. The essential remedy is to defuse the dynamics of dispossession. Conscious collective countermeasures are indispensable in order to restore to the deprived the freedom and prosperity of which these processes deprive them. However, these countermeasures require further elaboration and political action to be put into practice.

Resumen
One of the strategies used in the audiovisual industry is emotional marketing, which seeks to connect deeply with the audience through their emotions and memories. However, a poor execution of this strategy may lead to controversial associations with a brand. A controversial phenomenon has emerged within the industry, perceived in audiovisual content by millennial and centennial consumers, referred to as Forced Inclusion. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of emotional marketing and forced inclusion on millennials and centennials in modern Lima within the audiovisual industry. A qualitative approach was used, with data collection through interviews, involving 20 participants. The findings reveal that the majority of participants agree that they perceive greater progress and awareness of diversity in audiovisual industry products; however, both generations perceive that forced inclusion is positioned as a set of actions driven by economic convenience. This creates an unfavorable impression of the product when the actions carried out by the industry exceed the normative, moral, and cultural limits of a given social group; thus, emotional marketing is crucial for improving the brand’s perception in relation to this phenomenon. This study encourages further research not only focused on such a limited segment but also on global audiences. Additionally, it advocates for companies to develop better inclusion strategies that reflect genuine social values in the audiovisual industry.

Resumen
This paper analyzes the reinvention of enterprises as adaptive systems and contributors to territorial reconstruction, sustainable development and peace in regions with structural violence and armed conflict. The reinvention implied, first, describing and relating six challenges as interacting elements inherent to the transit of the enterprise as an actively integrated system in the regions, and, second, analyzing the subjectivities and experiences (in light of the challenges) of leaders who mobilize a triple territorialized power, the Federation, the productive systems and the agrarian society in the Pacific coast and the Caribbean Sea, with significant contributions to peace and development. In the analysis, the systemic paradigm was put in symbiosis with the hermeneutic paradigm, the first, accompanied by the bibliographic review to recognize and integrate the ideas-force (challenges) as part of the constitution of the system, and, in the second, with the practice of focal group, five interviews and observations that guarantee the analysis of the actors of the company.

Resumen
Organizations in Venezuela have been affected in the last century by socioeconomic factors, causing unstable environments, thus facing great challenges in the management of human talent; That is why it is necessary for organizations to have emotionally intelligent people capable of leading them to success. The objective of this article is to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership in the pharmaceutical sector; For which a research was carried out under the quantitative paradigm, of descriptive type and level, with a field study model and non-experimental, descriptive transactional-correlational design. The sample was accidental non-probabilistic, with a total of 100 workers belonging to two pharmacies of a Venezuelan franchise. Using as instruments the Emotional Intelligence and Leadership questionnaires developed by Araujo, Corzo, Molero and Rodríguez (2024), which presents adequate content validity indices, with a reliability coefficient estimated by the Cronbach method of rtt = 0.90 rtt = 0.87 respectively, which indicates high consistency, security and balance. The data processing is carried out with descriptive statistics, finding that the leader has a very high level of emotional intelligence, and a relationship between it and the leadership levels, positive, of 0.78 with the permission and pinnacle levels, 0. 74 with human development, 0.72 with production and 0.43 with position.

Resumen
Introduction: This article is set within the context of healthy organizations, which are understood to contribute to the physical and emotional well-being of employees through practices that impact organizational climate, individual self-fulfillment, and social responsibility. Objective: The purpose was to study the relationship between healthy organizational practices and psychological capital within a Colombian university's School of Economic Sciences. Methodology: A quantitative, correlational approach was used, employing structural equation modeling to analyze data collected in March 2022. Results: The findings indicate that professors positively perceive organizational practices, with scores generally above average. In terms of psychological capital, hope is the highest-scoring factor, reflecting confidence in the future despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, relatively low optimism was observed, pointing to challenges in facing day-to-day difficulties. Conclusions: The model reveals a positive correlation between the constructs, indicating that the implementation of strategies to improve the physical, mental, and social well-being of professors may be associated with an increase in self-efficacy, hope, resilience, and optimism.

Resumen
Introduction: The environmental crisis, socio-environmental conflicts, and territorial injustices present the challenge of building sustainable cities and communities (Sustainable Development Goal 11). Recognizing and strengthening collective peasant action experiences is key to advancing toward smart, sustainable, and just territories. Objective: This article analyzes the organizational, pedagogical-environmental, and agroecological capacities of Asopasquillita, to propose strategies to strengthen its territory against urban pressures. Methodology: The research adopts the theory of transformation applied to possible territories and the Territorii Method, exploring "real," "lived," and "possible" territorialities within a participatory approach. Techniques such as document review, social mapping, and participatory rural diagnostics were used to identify socio-environmental challenges and opportunities for sustainable development. Results: The results show that urban expansion and pressure on natural resources create conflicts that affect the sustainability of the territory. The community perceives the city as a threat, which has motivated Asopasquillita to implement agroecological practices and environmental education to defend its territory. Conclusions: The "territorial intelligence" approach proves effective by integrating local and academic knowledge in building sustainable solutions to current socio-environmental crises.

Resumen
Introduction: This article examines the challenges posed by the current funding scheme for public universities in Colombia, where there is a clear contradiction between the growing needs of these institutions and the budget allocated by the State for their operation. Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects generated as a consequence of the passive privatization strategy implemented through Law 30 of 1992. Methodology: The research approach is quantitative, with a descriptive scope. Methodologically, two dimensions are addressed: management and financing indicators. The analysis period spans from 1993 to 2022. The data used mainly comes from databases and reports published by the Ministry of Education. Results: As a result of this research, it was found that, despite the increase in educational coverage over the last three decades, the funding for public universities has been inadequate. Moreover, it was noted that the state’s strategy for providing educational services progressively favored demand-side subsidies at the expense of transfers to public institutions. Conclusions: This situation threatens the sustainability of these institutions while leading to a noticeable deterioration in the quality of service provision.

Resumen
This study aimed to analyze the relationship between remote work and occupational stress among employees of medium and large formal private-sector companies in Lima Metropolitan Area. A quantitative, non-experimental, and correlational research design was employed, with a stratified sample of 383 participants. Data was collected through structured surveys using validated and reliable scales (α = 0.880 for occupational stress and α = 0.901 for remote work). The results revealed a significant negative correlation between remote work and occupational stress (rho = -0.284; p < 0.01), suggesting that, in certain contexts, this modality may increase psychological strain among workers. This association highlights the need to reassess the conditions under which remote work is implemented, considering its potential adverse effects on emotional well-being. It is concluded that, while remote work offers flexibility, it also requires specific organizational strategies to mitigate the impact of occupational stress in this modality.
