In love we make versions (remixes and covers) of the original love and these recreations are made based on the style of attachment that we consolidate: both the secure and the insecure (anxious, avoidant and disorganized). And we havecollaborators, because in love we need cooperation, just as to create albums in music production we need musicians and singers who are creative and complex, because if it is simple it will not last long in the market and the same would happen in love, because it needs creativity and complexity; otherwise it would enter into tedium and boredom. To explain the love phenomenon, the explanation would be elsewhere, that is, to understand love, let's understand the music industry, its standardization, and thus we would understand that we are all copying each other in the way welove, and we are mostly copying in the deformed version of love: lovelessness, which is now the standard version oflove

The extensionist’s activity is the transfer of technology aimed at promoting innovations in the farmer's space, which plays an important role in increasing income, improving the farmer's quality of life and improving rural development. The purpose of this article is to describe actions to guide the improvement of the extensionist's training and activity, according to the social demands, after the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, we consider that the university training process requires the development of flexible  competences among students, providing them with new insertionspaces to be protagonists of the development process of rural communities and thus avoiding the adoption of the traditional extension system. In this sense, it is opportune to have the necessary proposals and tools to guide extensionists to obtain a real diagnosis, a plan of participatory actions and insertion in the feld, promoting sustainable rural development

Educators and mental health professionals have promoted social and emotional learning (SEL) as the foundation for safe and positive education. SEL factors such as grit competency and growth mindset were the critical factors in this research, along with the student’s mental ability level. Grit competency pertains to one’s ability to work hard, overcome setbacks, finish tasks, and set long-term goals. At the same time, a growth mindset refers to believing intelligence and ability can change with persistence and practice and believing interests and behaviors can positively change with effort and learning. This research aimed to determine the grit and growth mindset levels of 137 all-female Filipino senior students from Quezon City and test their relationship with mental ability. A standardized test measured grit competency and growth mindset, while the Otis-Lennon School Ability Test, 7th Edition (OLSAT-7), measured cognitive ability. Results signified a low and negative relationship between grit competency and mental ability, with r = -.152 and p = 0.039 < 0.05. Similarly, there was a low and negative relationship between a growth mindset and cognitive ability with a value of r = -.157 and p = 0.034 < 0.05. Keywords: Grit Competency; Growth Mindset; Mental Ability; High School Students.

Work-related stress is a recognized problem worldwide. The figures for this problem are increasing in Latin American countries, and its tendency towards chronicity is very important in health and well-being. This has led to implications for the family nucleus being studied and measured from the dimensions of interpersonal dynamics and relationships, considering the relationship between work conditions and family well-being. Aspects such as coexistence, parenting, and communication are also added. Therefore, a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional, mixed-method research was conducted based on the socio-critical paradigm. The population consisted of 60 people corresponding to selected families from the Pepsi sector of the Santo Domingo canton. Theoretical and empirical methods were used. The perceived work stress scale was used as a data collection instrument, which identified the levels of stress of the surveyed individuals in the workplace, rating them as low, medium, and high. Additionally, a survey with ten multiple-choice questions was applied. It was found that the surveyed individuals experienced a medium to a high level of work-related stress. Most of them recognized that work and stress levels influence family dynamics, generating the need to seek professional help, especially because this is not a practice that is carried out with adequate frequency in families. Keywords: Work Stress, Families, Well-Being.

The article proposes a heuristic analysis of the spiritual and philosophical formation of José Martí, focusing on the qualitative specificity of his religiosity and its critical reflexivity in response to epochal problems. Using a logical, dialectical, and historical-philosophical methodology, the article examines the processes of semantic inversion, semiotic complementarity, and sigmoidal interactions of philosophical-religious concepts such as “Dios”, “Alma,” “Amor” y “Naturaleza” in José Martí’s representative works, including “Prólogo al poema del Niágara,” “Cuadernos de apuntes” y “Emerson.” Additionally, the article reveals the transgressive social functions of Martí’s religiosity in historical context, viewed from an axiological, ideological, critical, prospective, and heuristic perspective. Keywords: José Martí; Epochal Criticality; Naturalistic Religiosity; Cultural Ethos; Western Modernity.

The emergence of sustainable design has brought attention to the consideration of human behavior in creating environmentally-friendly operations. This study examines the role of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the Value-Identity-Personal Norm (VIP) model in shaping employee green behavior (EGB) and explores how green human resource management (GHRM) practices impact EGB. Based on a review of 40 scholarly articles, the study proposes a conceptual model that integrates individual-level constructs from TPB and VIP, and highlights GHRM as an antecedent of EGB at the organizational level, with psychological capital and organizational identity as mediators. The study suggests a multilevel approach to examining EGB, incorporating person-environment interaction, job performance, and motivation theory. Ultimately, the study aims to provide a research agenda that encourages further investigation of the topic. Keywords: Employee Green Behavior; Green Human Resource Management; Sustainability; Theory of Planned Behavior; Value-Identity-Personal Norm Model.

Technologies have reached an incalculable value in the productive processes of nations, being present in each of the processes that are developed for personal and national growth. Given their importance, it is necessary to create models that emphasize the mechanisms for their adequate use. Resources of any kind cannot be exploited without recognizing the implications this can bring to people's lives. Therefore, this study aims to propose a technological model for sustainable development and digital empowerment of bio-enterprises. A mixed methodology was assumed to process the information by interpreting the theories and postulates that experts have exposed as a result of years of research. Under the qualitative method, two groups were selected (one of bio-enterprise workers and university teachers with an environmentalist profile) to apply a survey referring to technological models and digital empowerment. The first group consisted of 123 subjects and the second of 10. The results showed that every technified productive model must have an economic, social, institutional and environmental vision, in addition to the technological knowledge and competencies of those who implement them. Likewise, it was evident that every productive model based on ICT must be based on epistemological, axiological and ontological foundations, in such a way that it adopts viable procedures that are in line with scientific knowledge, human values and the reason for the existence of individuals. Keywords: Technologies; Sustainable Development; Digital Empowerment.

This essay aims to establish a dialogue between the concepts of pedagogy and andragogy, initially delimiting childhood education and adult education, respectively. This dialogue takes place through the ability to incorporate the use of technology in both fields to generate conditions for meaningful learning. However, the essay also highlights how the term pedagogy underpins a much more solid epistemological tradition than andragogy. It is necessary to rethink and update this field of knowledge in order to move towards a new understanding of adult learning that does not have to be dichotomous with pedagogy, but rather integrative. The research-action methodology offers the possibility of continuing to generate educational research and aligns with the field of educational innovation by integrating digital tools to promote educational innovation. Additionally, virtual education offers the possibility of generating an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary dialogue with educational projects that enable “Lifelong Learning.” Keywords: Pedagogy; Andragogy; Virtual Education; Research-Action.

The care of older adults is one of the main priorities in health management, where family support is essential. The objective of this study was to diagnose the current situation of family support in the care of older adults in the Agua Fría community. Non-experimental research was conducted based on the sociocritical paradigm, with a mixed, descriptive, and cross-sectional approach. The study population included 83 families with 122 older adults, of which 98 met the selection criteria for quantitative analysis, using the MOS Perceived Social Support Questionnaire, which allowed evaluating 4 dimensions: emotional, instrumental, social support, and affectionate support. For the qualitative analysis, in-depth interviews were conducted with key informants, including 10 family members, 10 older adults, and 3 specialists (a clinical psychologist, a sociologist, and a social worker). The criteria issued were triangulated for the analysis of the results. The results indicated that the support networks that were perceived the most were the family and health institutions, and that the dimensions of support with the highest level were social and instrumental. It is important for both health professionals and families to recognize the importance of the support that they should provide to older adults. Keywords: Older adults; care; family support; families.

Neurosciences constitute a set of scientific knowledge about the Central Nervous System that have different approaches: localizationist, connectionist, historical-cultural, and social. These approaches are due to paradigmatic crises associated with "anomalies" found in the development of neuroscientific research throughout recent history. This leads to distinctive explanatory frameworks, among which philosophical lines oriented by positivist and dialectical thinking stand out. This essay aims to reflect on the epistemological principles specific to the object of study of social neurosciences. During the reflective exercise, epistemological bases constructed from complex thinking, the ecological model, the model of social determinants, and the multicausal model are reviewed. In conclusion, it is invited to recognize that contemporary neuroscientists face a science that avoids simple situations to delve into the study of human processes from a complex perspective. Keywords: Social Neurosciences; Dialectical Thought; Complex Thinking.
