Considerando a primeira onda do cenário pandêmico e a necessária operação de políticas e estratégias que promovam o autocuidado da população para a mitigação da disseminação do vírus da COVID-19, constatamos aqui, as ações adotadas nas plataformas digitais oficiais da administração pública federal no período de março a outubro de 2020. Para tal, utilizamo-nos do método da análise de conteúdo sobre tudo o material publicitado pelo Ministério da Saúde nas plataformas Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, Soundcloud, e sites oficiais; ministério da saúde, hotsite da pandemia, e blog da saúde. Com a análise, constatamos o prevalecimento de conteúdos que privilegiam a ilustração dos feitos do ministério, a 1. Autopromoção da própria gestão, com 27,57 % do total das publicações, 2. Promoção do autocuidado 18,87 %, 3. Dados oficiais com 18,55 %, 4. Notícias do cotidiano com 18,03 %, 5. Comunicação técnica para públicos especializados com 9,25 %, e 6. Operação técnica estrutural com 7,73 %. Com 3428 postagens e 428 073 246 interações avaliadas, vimos os conteúdos de promoção do autocuidado (18,87 %) serem suprimidos por 81,13 % de outros aspectos abordados pela comunicação oficial do governo. Constatamos dessa forma que a ausência do devido suporte comunicativo oficial em nível equivalente às demandas sanitárias apresentadas na pandemia que se instaurou, abre espaço para lacunas de orientações essenciais à população, e até mesmo de desinformação, o que pode ter comprometido o enfrentamento rigoroso da disseminação do vírus.

Although compliance with the Millennium Development Goals had a positive balance, with national averages that generally improved, inequalities within countries increased. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda seeks to promote progress in terms of territorial equity, which is why the incorporation of geographic space in its monitoring at subnational scales offers important advantages. This article aimed to describe the Territorial Monitoring System for the SDGs3 (MOT-ODS3), a digital tool designed to increase the availability of information at the municipal level on territorial inequalities and inequities related to health and well-being in Colombia. To demonstrate its functionality, the components of the System, indicators, maps, graphs and inequality metrics used are described, as well as the country and departmental profiles designed to report monitoring results. As a practical example of the use of the System, the indicators for Colombia between 2015 and 2017 are analyzed. According to the monitoring, Colombia showed improvements in the health and well-being of the population; however, notable inter-municipal differences were seen in almost all indicators and territorial gaps in mortality between rich and poor municipalities and between rural and urban areas. It can be said that the MOT-ODS3 increased the availability of information to stimulate and support the country's progress towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.

The objective of the research was to characterize the scientific production of Stomatology teachers of the University of Medical Sciences of Ciego de Avila, published in scientific journals indexed in national and international bibliographic databases from 2010 to 2019. An observational, cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out, by means of a bibliometric analysis, with indicators referred to articles and authors. The manual search was made from the names of each teacher in the Google, Google Scholar and Google Metrics meta-search engines separately and in the 104 Cuban journals of the health sciences published by the Medical Sciences publishing house between 2010 and 2019. Eighty articles were published, 2015 was the year with the highest number (16). Of these, 61.7% were original articles. All 67 faculty members have authorship and 10 were the most productive. 46.2% of the publications were cited. 91.2% of the articles were published in journals indexed in specialized databases. The predominant type of study was observational (31). The international and national collaboration index was 0.04. The average number of authors per article was four. The scientific production and the impact reflected in the citation is low. Most of the articles were published in journals indexed in specialized databases of Latin American recognition and were original articles; the subject of stomatology, the type of observational study, low international collaboration and multiple authorship prevailed.

Los docentes están constantemente expuestos a altos niveles de estrés que pueden afectar su salud mental y emocional. Además, la jornada laboral del docente nunca termina en el lugar de trabajo. Requiere preparación, planificación, corrección, entre otras actividades, que sobrecargan al trabajador y puede afectar su salud física. Este artículo utilizó el análisis bibliométrico para presentar los estudios sobre la incidencia del Síndrome de Burnout entre los docentes. El análisis se realizó utilizando las bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science, en el período hasta diciembre de 2021, con el objetivo de buscar artículos originales y de revisión en idioma inglés sobre el desgaste profesional en docentes. El período más productivo en cuanto al número de publicaciones fue entre 2019 y 2021. El total de 2073 artículos contribuyeron al tema burnout entre docentes, con un promedio de 12,05 citas por documento. Los tres países más productivos fueron España, con 290 frecuencias, seguido de Estados Unidos, con 197, y Brasil con 174.

El uso actual de las tecnologías de la información ha provocado un auge de la producción científica cubana; sin embargo, la perteneciente a las neurociencias es escasa, comparada con el resto del continente y otras ramas de la Medicina. Se realizó el presente trabajo con el objetivo de caracterizar la producción científica en revistas médicas profesionales cubanas patrocinadas por las universidades de Ciencias Médicas de Cuba durante el período de enero de 2010 a junio de 2021. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, retrospectivo y bibliométrico. A través de un muestreo intencionado no aleatorizado, se seleccionó una muestra de 492 artículos, cuyos datos fueron almacenados y procesados en una hoja de cálculo de Microsoft Excel. Las variables de estudio estuvieron relacionadas con la tipología de los artículos, año de publicación, índice de Price, Índice de productividad, aspectos relacionados con la autoría y las citas. El año más productivo fue el 2019 y Medisan presentó la mayor cantidad de artículos (n = 72). El 27,4 % de los manuscritos tuvieron tres autores; el total de las referencias fue de 9181, con una media por artículos de 18,1 y un índice de Price de 0,58. La muestra obtuvo un total de 1710 citas y una productividad de 2,42; además, predominaron los autores del sexo femenino. Existe una vasta producción científica sobre neurociencias en las revistas profesionales cubanas patrocinadas por las universidades de Ciencias Médicas, que posee una visibilidad significativa, gran cantidad de firmantes y una tendencia a decrecer en los últimos años.

Actualmente, uno de los principales escollos que combaten las Revistas Científicas Estudiantiles cubanas es el concerniente a la visibilidad e impacto de sus publicaciones. A pesar de la madurez mostrada por estas, en cuanto a la evolución de sus resultados, con un mayor reconocimiento del sector universitario en Cuba y otros países, así como la indexación en otras bases de datos de prestigio internacional, estas publicaciones seriadas se han visto restringidas en su ingreso a la red SciELO o la Certificación que confiere el Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología y Medio Ambiente (CITMA). De este modo, resulta inevitable para los autores de esta misiva cuestionarse: ¿por qué ninguna de las Revistas Científicas Estudiantiles cubanas se encuentra certificada por el CITMA o indexada en la Colección SciELO Cuba?

This article analyses two short stories¾Gilda Holst’s “Reunión”, originally published in Más sin nombre que nunca (1989), and “Subasta”, from María Fernanda Ampuero’s Pelea de gallos (2018)¾starting from a study the abject in relation to corporeality, in order to accomplish an approach to its presence and implications in their link with bodies and the way in which this connection allows an interpretation using the concept of becoming, coming from the theories of Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari. Likewise, the comparison of these approaches with Mabel Moraña’s theoretical approach will allow us to establish significant relationships between the protagonists of the stories and the figure of the monster.

This paper explores the representation of migrants in three short stories by Claudia Hernández through specific analysis tools for non-mimetic Latin American literature, such as the concept of fantastic of Ana María Barrenechea (1972), the concept of neo-fantastic of Jaime Alazraki (1990) and the concept of realistic discontent of Alejandra Amatto (2020). These tools are used to account for the structural and thematic renewal of recent Central American fantastic literature and its intertextual connections with Jorge Luis Borges’ and Julio Cortázar’s works, among others. The short stories that are analyzed are “Las molestias de tener un rinoceronte”, “Manual del hijo muerto”, and “Jon prefiere que no nos veamos por un tiempo”.

The article sought to analyze and reflect on the contributions of the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP) to the initial training of future teachers of Rural Education, considering the reports produced by residents in their reports prepared at the end of the project. The study is characterized as a qualitative documentary research. For the collection of data, the reports of 6 (six) resident students of the Degree in Rural Education course, of the sub-project of Natural Sciences, of the PRP, 2018 call for CAPES, belonging to the nuclei of the municipalities of Irará, Iraquara were considered and Feira de Santana-BA. The reports were analyzed using the Textual Discursive Analysis. The results showed that the six residents emphasized the importance of participation in the program, because, for them, the PRP provided greater contact with the school, in the three pedagogical moments - observation, co-participation and conducting, leading them to promote greater reflection about actions developed in the school context. For residents, in general, participation in the PRP strengthened their professional and emotional side, since they had the opportunity to deal with the challenges of teaching actions, leading them to rethink their attitudes and the need to seek solutions for the difficulties faced.
