Resumen
It is considered to address the analysis of the chronicle "Medellín, under the miracle of the half light" (1993) by Juan José Hoyos Naranjo, where a narrative impregnated with orality and marked by complex discursive procedures is presented. Hoyos' work intertwines enjoyment and nostalgia, offering a deep understanding of how communities have intervened in the transformations of Medellín, a process inevitably tinged with violence. As an attentive observer of his city, Hoyos uses everyday elements such as bars, objects and the urban environment to capture the essence of Medellín and outline the profile of the urban subject. His critical approach exposes both public and biographical aspects, especially his experience as a journalist in the 1980s, a period in which he faced, as a reporter, the power dynamics of drug trafficking and the drastic urban changes of the city. This chronicle not only documents these events, but also derives from his journalistic work, consolidating itself as a piece that merges his professional career with a critical and personal vision of the evolution of Medellín.

Resumen
The mass media, by making use of their symbolic power, condition the way of understanding the social world, according to the specificities of their field of production. Bourdieu (1994) considers that the media occupy an inferior place in the fields of cultural production; However, he recognizes a truly unusual form of domination, because for him the media facilitates the exposure of different initiatives, in search of public recognition.
Currently, university radio stations have become fundamental participants in communication in the development of social processes; Furthermore, they promote giving meaning to reality and providing more than information, the generation of dialogue scenarios in which audiences become promoters and disseminators of sociocultural processes. Geographically and politically, Colombia is subdivided by regions, which make up micro territories with limits and physical references to each other, each with particular characteristics and elements of differentiation between them, depending on their location, as well as historical and social elements.
One of the regions richest in biodiversity, but also most affected by years of violence and neglect by Colombian governments, has been the southern region of Colombia; specifically, the department of Huila. Territory that, despite the harsh political conditions, has also been prone to the promotion and consolidation of community initiatives in search of better conditions for the right to a dignified life.
Thus, in this document, university radio stations are recognized as generators of circulation and qualification scenarios for audiences and/or communities, in addition to promoting the consolidation of sociocultural processes, from their commitment to externalized content through their broadcast schedules. programming, in the south of Colombia.

Resumen
The world we experience takes time to be understood. In fact, no one can claim to fully understand reality. However, the development of the human mind shows that it is not necessary to fully understand everything in order to get an idea of what we experience, much less to accept the closeness of others. This is an essay in which we want to offer a vision of this remarkable formula of understanding inclination between subjects and also, in a very close line, the understanding of the characters in the stories we read or contemplate.

The internal consistency of the Internet Addiction Test IAT was deemed adequate.
A significant and strong correlation was observed between the salience and excessive use factors, as well as between excessive use and lack of control.
Confirmatory factor analysis of the IAT among university students supported a six-factor structure in the Brazilian version of the instrument.
Psychiatric nursing is encouraged to perform cross-cultural and psychometric validation of the IAT worldwide.
Introduction: The Internet Addiction Test is a psychometric instrument designed to assess and quantify the severity of internet addiction and explore aspects of internet misuse. Objective: To confirm the factorial validity of the Internet Addiction Test in a sample of university students. Materials and Methods: A methodological study was conducted with 5,292 Brazilian university students. The data underwent confirmatory factor analysis and internal consistency assessment. Results: The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin test yielded a value of 0.946, indicating that the sample was adequate. Factor analysis confirmed the existence of factors that fully align with the original American scale. The model showed satisfactory fit indices, including a Comparative Fit Index of 0.978, Tucker-Lewis Index of 0.976, Standardized Root Mean Residual of 0.053, and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation of 0.054 [0.052–0.056], which are consistent with previously established satisfactory fit criteria. Factor loadings of the items were considered high, ranging from 0.43 (item I7) to 0.89 (item I17). Discussion: The Internet Addiction Test’s six-factor structure was validated, which is identical to that proposed by the original American version and was consistent with other studies that have also identified the same multifactorial structure of the original instrument. Therefore, psychiatric nurses can confidently use it when caring for young university students. Conclusion: The Internet Addiction Test is a valid and reliable instrument for measuring internet addiction among university students and can be used by mental health nurses to identify such issues.

Prenatal caring is an interaction between the pregnant woman, her unborn child, her family, and nursing professionals, grounded in kindness, respect, responsibility, and loyalty.
Nurses' prenatal caring addresses the emotional needs of the woman and her family, supporting adherence to prenatal care and preparation for childbirth.
The low-risk prenatal nursing consultation serves as a point of contact where experiences related to pregnancy are shared and is consistently characterized by the warmth and concern of nursing professionals.
Prenatal caring in nursing fosters the pregnant woman's engagement in self-care, creating a positive experience that contributes to the reduction of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality.
Introduction: Prenatal care is essential for maternal and neonatal health. Nursing professionals play a key role in providing comprehensive care. Objective: To analyze the concept of prenatal caring in the context of maternal-perinatal care from the perspective of nursing professionals and pregnant women. Materials and Methods: The concept was developed using the hybrid model by Schwartz-Barcott and Kim, which comprises theoretical, fieldwork, and analytical phases. The first step included a review of 23 articles published between 2012 and 2022, sourced from various databases. Then, five interviews were conducted with low-risk pregnant women and five with nursing professionals, followed by inductive content analysis using ATLAS Ti® software. Finally, a general definition was formulated. Results: Prenatal caring is defined as a humanized interaction between the pregnant woman, her family, and nursing professionals, grounded in kindness, respect, and commitment. It requires empathy, attentiveness to individual needs, and a focus that goes beyond technical procedures to emphasize holistic well-being. Discussion: A distinction is drawn between prenatal care and prenatal caring, the latter being understood as a woman- and family-centered process. Operational and time constraints hinder the delivery of this care, highlighting the need to strengthen nursing leadership and foster care models that prioritize maternal and infant well-being. Conclusion: Prenatal caring in nursing addresses the emotional and relational needs of pregnant women and their families. It enhances adherence to prenatal checkups, contributes to the reduction of mortality, and supports preparation for childbirth. It reaffirms an approach centered on the woman, her unborn child, her partner, and the family.

Low adherence to postpartum consultations was associated with the quality of prenatal care provided by the Unified Health System.
One of the factors for low adherence to postpartum consultations was associated with the lack of guidance during prenatal care.
This study is relevant to public health, considering its impact on the formulation of strategies that encourage greater adherence to postpartum consultations.
The continuity of the bond and postnatal care for women who were accompanied during pregnancy by primary care stands out as an aspect that needs to be improved.
Introduction: One of the attributes that attest to the effectiveness of postpartum care is the longitudinality of health care, which must be offered by Primary Health Care, an entity responsible for offering support and attention to maternal demands or women's health conditions. Objective: To investigate the frequency of postpartum consultations and the factors associated with low adherence to follow-up among postpartum women living in a municipality in the interior of the Northeast. Materials and Methods: Cross-sectional study, developed in the urban area of the municipality of Senhor do Bonfim, Bahia, Brazil, between June 2019 and January 2020. 97 women were surveyed, based on semi-structured interviews. The Chi-square/Fisher's Exact and Multiple Logistic Regression tests were used to perform data analysis. Results: There was 67% attendance at the postpartum consultation. Furthermore, an association was found between not having attended a postpartum consultation and the following variables: having attended prenatal care at the Basic Health Unit (OR: 0.08; p=0.002) and not having received guidance during prenatal care about the importance of returning for postpartum follow-up (OR: 0.22; p=0.004). Discussion: It is important to highlight that even with the existence of national protocols, states and municipalities can implement measures to improve postpartum care based on their respective realities. Conclusions: A low frequency of postpartum consultations was observed among the women surveyed, and the main reason for non-attendance was the difficulty in going to the consultation due to lack of time. In addition, the lack of continuity of care after childbirth among women who attended prenatal care at the SUS stands out.

The incidence rate of PICS-F anxiety/depression (expressed as cases per 100 ICU days) was 9.4 cases for anxiety, 11.6 for depression, and 9.4 for mixed disorders.
A statistically significant association was found between PICS-F (anxiety) and family caregivers' quality of life at the first measurement point, indicating that the presence of anxiety negatively affects all four dimensions of quality of life.
The impact of critical illness on family caregivers includes sleep deprivation, fear, and anxiety, symptoms that are exacerbated in ICUs with restricted visitation policies and ineffective communication with healthcare personnel.
As part of the multidimensional and humanized care in the ICU, symptoms of anxiety and depression in family members should also be acknowledged in order to offer psychological support that could have an impact on outcomes.
Introduction: The American Association of Critical Care defines Post-Intensive Care Syndrome (PICS) as a set of new or worsening impairments in the physical, cognitive, or mental health of patients as a result of their stay in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Families and caregivers may also experience a form of PICS, referred to as PICS-family, which includes symptoms such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and sleep disturbances. Objective: To determine the incidence of PICS-F in a high-complexity healthcare facility and its relationship with the quality of life of family caregivers. Materials and Methods: A prospective, analytical, longitudinal, and observational study was conducted with 95 family caregivers of patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU). Results: An incidence of 9.4 and 11.6 cases of PICS-F per 100 ICU days was identified. This incidence tends to decrease over time. A statistically significant association was found between the presence of anxiety and the development of depression, with an OR of 5.49 [95% IC: 2-14] (p=0.001). Family caregivers reported a negative perception of their quality of life across all three measurement points. Discussion: Anxiety was found to affect all four dimensions of quality of life negatively. The results may be associated with the high levels of stress experienced during the initial stages of ICU admission. Conclusions: PICS-F was identified as a condition that affects family caregivers with anxiety and depression, adversely affecting all four dimensions of the caregiver's quality of life.

Humanized care is a right of every person and unavoidable for nurses to provide.
The third version of the Perception of Behavior Related to Humanized Nursing Care (PCHE) instrument is relevant to measure this construct.
Humanization of care serves as an indicator of healthcare quality.
The dimension "openness to nurse-patient communication" showed significant associations with the Intermediate Treatment Unit (ITU) and the Medicine Service, and the dimension "willingness to care" was associated with sex, level of education (primary vs. secondary), and hospitalization service (ITU vs. Medicine and Surgery Services).
Introduction: Humanization of care is a need demanded by users, and it is necessary to generate evidence that identifies both strengths and shortcomings in nurse-patient care. Objective: To determine the perception of adult patients regarding the humanized care provided by nursing professionals in a hospital in the Southern Zone of Chile. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional and analytical study was conducted using a sociodemographic survey and the third version of the Perception of Behavior Related to Humanized Nursing Care (PCHE) instrument, which reports an internal consistency determined by Cronbach's alpha of 0.96. A non-probabilistic convenience sampling method was applied, and the ethical principles proposed by Ezekiel J. Emanuel were upheld. Results: Overall, most patients perceived that nurses always delivered humanized care. When comparing the mean scores of the PCHE dimensions with sociodemographic variables, significant differences were found in relation to sex and educational level: men with secondary education reported higher scores. Discussion: The perception of humanized care among hospitalized adult patients was more favorable than in a Mexican study but lower than the findings of a Chilean study conducted in a Hemato-Oncology Unit. Conclusions: As the lowest scores were observed in the openness to nurse-patient communication dimension, developing strategies to strengthen this bond is essential.
