In Ukraine, the inviolability of the right to private property is guaranteed by the Constitution. However, under martial law, introduced in Ukraine as a result of aggression by the Russian Federation, restrictions on private property rights and even forced alienation of property for the needs of the state are allowed. This paper aims to determine the peculiarities of the legal regulation of private property relations under the legislation of Ukraine and to study the reasons for limiting property rights under martial law in Ukraine. Furthermore, it looks into the mechanisms for restoring property rights and issues in the field of implementation and protection of property rights under martial law. Such cases of restriction of private property rights as forced alienation of property and impossibility of disposal of property under martial law are being highlighted. The article also analyzes the problems of compensation for damage caused to property in terms of the war.

The relevance of the study is determined by the necessity to generalize the problems of implementation of the right to a fair trial faced by various states in connection with quarantine restrictions, as well as the experience of the administration of justice under martial law. This made it possible to establish a common understanding of the right to a fair trial within the borders of the Council of Europe member states, as well as the means of solving the issue of justice by the Ukrainian authorities in the conditions of the occupation and the military actions of the Russian army.

Introduction: The objective of the work was to diagnose investigative skills as a premise for the development of problem-based learning, in the Natural Sciences careers that are part of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, at the Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz University of Camagüey.Materials and methods: Of the empirical methods, surveys were applied to students and teachers.Results: It was evidenced that students present difficulties in the search for information in printed and digital texts, taking a personal position on a subject and communicating information orally.Discussion: In the consulted bibliography, the studies on investigative skills carried out by various authors justify that these constitute a necessity because research is not only one of the substantive processes of the university, but also represents a specific function of professional work, it is also linked to a way of thinking and acting that prepares the graduate to successfully face the demands of scientific-technical development.Conclusions: It is concluded that the diagnosis demonstrated the need to develop research skills in students, in the same way, teachers must develop a work dynamic that guarantees the development of these skills that allow the processes of analysis, synthesis, comparison and interpretation, the strengthening of skills in writing, searching for information, and drawing conclusions as a premise for the implementation of problem-based learning.

Introduction: For the correct development of the labor practice, several functions of the professional performance of the specialists of the legal bodies are required in the direction of the labor practice of the students of the Law career, regulated in Resolution 202, known as the Regulation of the responsibility of the entities in the training and development of the qualified workforce at the higher level.Materials and methods: The approach to this problem in the context of the specialists of the legal organizations responsible for the direction of the labor practice of the students of the Law career of the University of Ciego de Ávila Máximo Gómez Báez, was carried out from of the application of different methods and techniques: historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, hypothetical-deductive, observation, interviews and others.Results: There are still limitations around the organization of labor practice from the solution of the most general and frequent problems present in the legal professional scenario, as well as the insufficient development of labor awareness, discipline, responsibility at work and ethical values. professionals.Discussion: The professional pedagogical improvement of the lawyer currently has many limitations, affecting his performance in the direction of labor practice.Conclusions: The success of the labor practice of the students of the Law career of the University of Ciego de Ávila requires the improvement of the professional performance of the specialists of the legal organizations.

Introduction: The purpose of the research is to examine the causes-effects of the problem so that the students, based on the proposal of the literary workshops, can strengthen their linguistic skills to become familiar with the regional dialects that can be adequately adapted to the oral expression to in favor of the quality of Literature teaching.Materials and methods: Techniques such as the survey and the interview are used in addition to conducting a bibliographic review.Results: According to the data obtained, the teachers of the educational institution consider that the curriculum has the correct number of works for the study use of the students. However, it must be taken into account that the reality of the texts with which students work contains works, but which are studied briefly for which the teacher should be a little more in-depth and encourage students to get to know them in depth. the works and not stay with the brief information of the work text.Discussion: The different interpretations that can be used within the Spanish language, with the use of regional dialects have led to an evolution of Spanish. To validate the theme and proposal of this work, referents that are related to the theme are cited to be applied in the area of Language and Literature.Conclusions: The study and reading of Ecuadorian novels is still limited, because the educational unit still does not have a strategy guide to help motivate students to read works to develop reading and communication skills, understanding different dialects.Keywords: regional dialects; literary workshops; didactic guide.

Introduction: The implementation of Environmental Education has come to occupy the center of concerns internationally and in Cuba. For this reason, a study is carried out with the objective of implementing a series of teaching and extra-teaching activities from the contents of the Cuban Geography program in the ninth grade, to strengthen Environmental Education in the students of the Basic Secondary School.Materials and methods: For this, research methods and techniques are used such as analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, bibliographic review, observation, percentage calculation, among others.Results: It reflects that the proposal of activities presented is feasible and applicable, it expands the possibilities that the contents of the program have for the formation of environmental convictions in the students. It also confirms that a control over the process achieves a good evolution of its application and perfects the methodological preparation so that this work has a transdisciplinary character and the sample can be expanded to generalize it in the future.Discussion: The studies related to Environmental Education are a suggestive topic to demonstrate the contributions that must be taken up for its application in the different educations.Conclusions: The study evidenced the existing deficiencies in the teaching-educational process regarding the integration of the subjects for the formation of environmental awareness.

Introduction: The family is the first space where children develop socially from a certain family functioning, for this reason a stable and significant relationship must be maintained with them, which contributes to mutual support in their learning process.Materials and methods: This research was made up of the participation of parents of the 5th year of life of the Pequeño Socialista Kindergarden in the José Martí urban center during the period September 2020-June 2021. For its development, the exploratory analysis-synthesis methods, participatory scientific observation and socialization workshops were used.Results: An interview was conducted with the 34 parents that make up the 5th year of life classroom, which 58,8% and 20,5 % are always and almost always present before an educational professional orientation and support institutional management.Discussion: The concept of parental participation in the teaching-learning process: perspective of committed agents, expresses that over the last few years a necessary change has been made in education, promoting towards an objective that was to achieve quality education and warmth.Conclusions: It is necessary that parents continue to support their children, since with their collaboration in the different school activities the academic success of the students is achieved, that is why they must actively participate in the learning process of the students. boys and girls, because they are the main axis of educating their children.

Introduction: This paper proposes a methodology for the design of thematic blogs. For the development of the methodology, a thematic blog is carried out as an educational resource for the teaching of Mechatronics.Materials and methods: The logical sequence for the design of thematic blogs is established and the selection of the theme and aspects to be taken into account for the selection of the contents and final structure of the blog are addressed. The validation of the impact of the proposal is carried out from surveys to students in the Mechanical Engineering career.Results: The thematic blog, designed, is used as complementary material of the subject to consolidate the knowledge of the students, thus strengthening the teaching-learning process. The results of the study demonstrated the positive impact of using thematic blogs as a tool in the training of professionals in higher education.Discussion: the Blog constitutes a potential educational tool whose main value lies in the fact that teachers and students use creativity in order to generate learning and raise the quality of teaching.Conclusions: The proposed methodology allows establishing the sequence of work when preparing a thematic blog.

Introduction: The objective of the research is to analyze the intellectual disability construct, its characteristics and pedagogical strategies that teachers must use in the teaching-learning processes, according to the characteristics of the students.Materials and methods: The focus of the study is qualitative, with a non-experimental design and an exploratory scope. A documentary review was carried out through the use of the Prisma methodology, which made it possible to analyze the phenomenon under study and draw conclusions.Results: The results obtained allow us to affirm that intellectual disability demands mastery of knowledge, methodologies, didactic strategies and the use of Information and Communication Technologies to promote a satisfactory insertion of students in the university context.Discussion: Higher education institutions must implement study programs and methodologies to strengthen the professional skills of students with intellectual disabilities, ensuring a quality inclusion approach that responds to the individual and group needs of the student body.Conclusions: Today's society requires highly trained teachers to serve students with intellectual disabilities, who promote good inclusion practices through innovative proposals, which allow promoting their development and comprehensive training in higher education.

Introduction: Continuous training processes respond to social needs and the possibility of raising the training performance of university graduates, having to provide transformations that respond to the changes that society imposes.Materials and methods: This work is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach that aims to characterize the continuous training process of Engineering graduates in the university-company link. The analysis-synthesis methods and the documentary review allow us to exalt the relevance that is granted to the continuous training.Results: It is a priority of the universities to search for excellence in the educational field and in the design of tools that allow the systematic monitoring of the continuous training of graduates in the face of the accelerated changes in society, as an integrating function of the acquired knowledge, the skills and values that are continuously formed to achieve greater specialization.Discussion: The university is the institution created by society with the objective of generating, transmitting and disseminating knowledge through interrelated actions to obtain the results that society requires, and to strengthen the university-business link.Conclusions: The process of continuous training according to the needs of the environment in which the graduate lives and develops is a concern of all time, which is specified in training a professional that meets the demands of contemporary development.
