This study aimed to determine the impact of service quality on the student’s satisfaction at DMC Peru. The study used a quantitative approach, a basic research type, and a correlational design. From a population of 496 students, a sample of 217 students was extracted, considering service quality as an independent feature and student satisfaction as a dependent feature. The survey was used as a technique for data collection, the instrument was a questionnaire, considering a question for each feature, using a Likert scale and the results were validated by the judgment of three experts. The reliability of the instrument was verified through Cronbach’s Alpha, obtaining results of 0.918 and 0.904for the features service quality and student satisfaction respectively, which demonstrated that it is highly reliable, as well as a statistical significance level p-value of 0.000. The conclusion was the quality of the service offered does affect student satisfaction.

This research aimed to determine, from a neuroeducational perspective, which components of executive functions are mobilized in preschool children. A basic methodology was used, with a quantitative approach, explanatory level, and a non-experimental descriptive design. The study was conducted in a preschool educational institution in Arequipa during the 2024 school year, with a population of 60 students. A non-probabilistic convenience sample of 25 children aged between 5 and 6 years was selected. Observation was used as the technique, and the instrument was an observation sheet based on the components of executive functions. The results showed that students exhibited a medium level of development of these functions, with moderate variability suggesting individual differences in performance. The mean was moderately high, indicating a positive trend, while themedian confirmed that most students were at a medium level. No student achieved a high level of performance. It is concluded that all components of executive functions —planning and organization, inhibition, working memory, cognitive flexibility, and emotional self-regulation— were mobilized at varying levels by the participants.

Understanding the user's perspective and characteristics when using information systems in real-life situations helps to identify key improvements in the human-computer interaction experience. The objective of this document was to identify the user characteristics that have the greatest impact on the evaluation of the information systems experience at the Autonomous University of Chihuahua (UACH), Mexico. The research approach was quantitative in an applied form, proposing alternative solutions. A non-experimental design was used, and a type of cross-sectional and field research was applied. Pearson's Chi-square Inferential Tests, Generalized Linear Models and Multinomial Regression Model were applied. Data collection for the study was carried out through a web-based survey. The results showed that the user characteristics Time of Use of the System and Sex have a significant relationship in the evaluation of the experience.

This research evaluated the impact of virtual leadership on organizational performance in the manufacturing industry in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. After more than 60 years’ operating in a face-to-face model, we analyzed how leaders and teams face the transition to virtuality. Qualitative research was conducted using Atlas.ti software, and data from in-depth interviews with managers were analyzed. The findings show the leaders faced greater difficulties of adaptation, as they were not prepared to manage their activities remotely, which required a prolonged process of adjustment. The industry and its employees made significant investments to implement remote work, ensuring adequate technological resources and making changes in organizational structure to improve efficiency. These measures were essential to facilitate successful transition and maintain productivity in the new virtual work environment.

Crimes and incivilities suffered by university students in Mexico have been scarcely studied, with little knowledge of their victimization and a lack of a solid basis for developing public policies to address this problem. This study aimed to approximate the forms of victimization among students at the TecNM/IT (National Technological University of Mexico) in Ciudad Juárez, proposing a cross-sectional study with a sample of 206 students. To determine victimization patterns, an ad hoc questionnaire was developed considering five categories of crimes and incivilities: visual sexual, auditory sexual, physical sexual, serious, and various. Each participant signed an informed consent form and received psychological support. The results showed that females are the primary victimized group for four categories of crimes and incivilities, primarily sexual. Male students are more prone to serious crimes. The results are discussed, some avenues for management are suggested, and conclusions are presented.

The purpose of this study was to develop and obtain initial evidence of content validity and internal consistency for an instrument designed to assess the profile of fifth-wheel tractor-trailer drivers in Mexico. This is an instrumental, applied, descriptive, and field-based study based on the analytical-synthetic method. The instrument was evaluated by five expert judges using the Aiken V method and administered to a sample of 190 drivers to determine reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results suggest adequate content validity and acceptable internal consistency. Critical dimensions of the driver profile associated with risky behaviors were identified, which can be addressed through specific training processes. Further studies are recommended to strengthen the instrument's construct validity and structural reliability.

This paper aims to analyze the conceptual and thematic evolution of the relationship between leadership and innovation from a complex theory perspective. A bibliometric analysis was conducted using Biblioshiny (RStudio), evaluating 237 peer-reviewed articles indexed in Scopus published between 2004 and 2024. Results indicate a steady increase in scholarly output, particularly since 2021, highlighting the field’s consolidation and growing significance. The study identifies key patterns and concludes that future research should emphasize qualitative methodologies to explore the human and social dimensions of leadership. This approach would facilitate a deeper understanding of how adaptive and innovative capacities emerge within complex organizational environments. These insights provide a comprehensive framework to guide future studies addressing leadership and innovation dynamics in increasingly uncertain contexts.

It reviews classical theories, such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Herzberg's two-factor theory and integrates contemporary approaches including self-determination theory and emotional intelligence. The study analyzes how motivation impacts productivity, innovation, and organizational commitment, and discusses practical implications for the development of human capital. Utilizing case studies and empirical data, the article proposes strategies to foster an optimal and sustainable work environment.
