Resumen
Classroom management involves a set of teaching actions that allow us to build an appropriate climate for learning, but also focus the purposes of teaching on the training of more humane people. Therefore, this essay aims to generate discussion about the preparation of teachers and their educational responsibility to address the challenges that future professionals face. To this end, the text is developed in three sections under the analytical and interpretive exercise of theories about: the purposes of a good classroom management, its impact on the comprehensive training of future professionals and the impediments that stopped their educational process. To the extent that teachers, society and the State are in congruence with the real principles of education, classroom management can attend to the human in a committed and responsible manner with the environment, with culture, with diversity and with coexistence. For their part, those who teach must make a full dedication of their being, which implies constant preparation and passion for educating. It is concluded that the comprehensive training of future professionals through adequate classroom management contributes to academic success, the development of essential skills for life and the transformation of social realities such as interpersonal relationships, empathy, emotional intelligence, teamwork and critical thinking.

Resumen
Journalistic discourse has implications in the description and narration of events, especially in the face of major conflicts. The situation in Venezuela in 2018 represented a social challenge of great proportions for the entire continent, raising the need to know if it was a crisis or a humanitarian emergency, understanding that the difference in the terms lies in the presence of civilian victims in half. Of a warlike confrontation. The study analyzed the narrative of L'Osservatore Romano about the Venezuelan crisis, through an approach with a transactional and quantitative design, with an intensive sampling made up of 47 editions of the Vatican newspaper, published during 2018. The categories of studies were political, food, health, and human mobility conditions. The results affirm that the Holy See adopted the term humanitarian crisis and emphasized the migratory phenomenon of minor victims, both in its literary and photographic resources.

Resumen
This qualitative study examines how social media impacts cultural identity in the digital age, emphasizing its role as interactive spaces that not only reflect but also transform cultural practices. Social media has created fertile ground for exploring its influence on cultural identity, especially within rural and migrant communities, where it affects self-expression and the negotiation of cultural identity. To analyze this relationship, the PRISMA method was applied, systematically reviewing academic articles published between 2019 and 2023 from established databases and conducting a bibliometric analysis to identify patterns within key topics. Findings reveal that social media fosters cultural adaptation and the formation of norms within a globalized environment, reflecting a phenomenon where youth and migrants integrate and adapt individual and collective values. These digital spaces enable experimentation and the consolidation of new cultural practices, underscoring their impact on reshaping contemporary cultural identity.

Resumen
This essay addresses Deleuze & Guattari's conception of the history of philosophy from the idea of a coexistence of planes, of a superposition of philosophical systems, which thus distances philosophical history from an order designed according to a before and after, from a homogenization of thought and from a finalistic evolution determined by necessity. The criteria for selecting the corpus and the concepts are based on the need to reflect their non-linear, non-teleological and pluralist vision of the history of philosophy. The existence of two histories of philosophy operating in the thought of Deleuze & Guattari is noted, which cannot be clearly identified, but which, at the same time, are impossible to oppose, because each history corresponds to a different point of view: one favors the philosophies that have contributed to purifying the plane of immanence of all reference to transcendence; the other privileges true conceptual creations.

Resumen
This research focuses on the pursuit of optimization in the field of project management for construction with steel structures, integrating the principles of the PMBOK guide and the LEAN methodology. The main objective is to define a process map that represents a flow in process management. To achieve this, a process map is created to describe the conventional management of this type of construction projects, based on literature found in scientific articles as well as the 1999 AISC Project Manager publication. Subsequently, the integration of the 12 knowledge areas and the 5 process groups of PMBOK is identified. Finally, by evaluating the advantages of the LEAN philosophy in construction, a final process map is adjusted. This analysis highlights the absence of key deliverables in project management within the conventional flow, as well as the need to differentiate between the manufacturing and assembly phases due to their different paces and resources. Additionally, through a case study, a numerical approximation is conducted, identifying opportunities to implement the LEAN methodology and improve waste reduction. This study emphasizes the importance of continuous planning and constant monitoring to minimize the waste of material and human resources. It also enables a more compact flow, providing greater transparency in the management of each project phase.

Resumen
Inclusive education is a fundamental principle for ensuring that universities are accessible and equitable spaces where all students can participate and thrive. This essay aimed to analyze the progress, challenges, and trends related to inclusive practices in the training of future educators. The methodology adopted a qualitative approach, including a literature review of relevant studies published in the last five years. For this purpose, databases such as SciELOo, Dialnet, and Google Scholar were used to explore theoretical and empirical research on inclusive policies, teacher training, pedagogical practices adapted to neurodiversity, advancements, challenges, and trends in university contexts. The comparative analysis indicated that although universities have made strides in implementing inclusion policies, structural and cultural barriers continue to limit their effectiveness. Among the advances, the universal design for learning (UDL), the use of accessible technologies, and the development of inclusive competencies in educational programs stand out. Furthermore, strengthening university teacher training is essential to ensure that future educators are prepared to address students' needs and become bridges to eliminate barriers to learning and participation. Ultimately, inclusive university education requires integrated efforts to overcome persistent challenges, considering the training of future educators not only as an ethical imperative but also as a foundation to guarantee quality education for all. These professionals are expected to bring these experiences to the various institutions where they will work.

Resumen
Higher education faces significant challenges, one of which is the shift from traditional teaching methodologies to student-centered, active methodologies. These foster active student participations and, above all, the development of critical thinking, making them key tools in educational processes. Furthermore, problems have been observed in the academic performance of Engineering students at the National University of Loja. Therefore, the objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between active methodologies and the academic performance of Agricultural Engineering students. A quantitative approach was used, with a non-experimental, descriptive-correlational, and cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted using an ad hoc questionnaire administered to students in the final years of the program. In addition, grades for the second unit were collected from participating students. It was determined that the most commonly used methodologies were project-based learning (PBL), flipped classrooms, and cooperative work. Students positively value the methodological renewal but identify limited use of space and resources. Furthermore, there is a moderate positive relationship between methodological renewal and academic performance, and a weak positive relationship between the use of lectures and academic performance. It is concluded that active methodologies and students' grade point averages have a low positive correlation. Therefore, the greater the use of active methodologies by teachers, the better the academic performance of Agricultural Engineering students.

Resumen
The Pueblos Mágicos project in Ecuador aims to develop and highlight the natural and tourist attractions of various towns and their territories. Since its implementation in Ecuador, different studies have sought to evaluate the impact and significance of the project. This article aims to recognize the positioning of three Pueblos Mágicos through work on marketing variables. In this context, the objective of this article is to analyze the positioning of the Pueblos Mágicos of Cotacachi, El Chaco, and Agua Blanca. To achieve this goal, a mixed methodology was used, employing data collection tools such as semi-structured interviews with municipal officials and surveys of residents and visitors. One of the most relevant conclusions is that the Pueblos Mágicos project has led to urban development but not rural development.
