Informal care of people with dementia is a source of chronic stress for caregivers. Pearlin's Multidimensional Stressor Model argues that, in addition to overload, caregivers experience a variety of cross-cutting clinical symptomatology derived from caregiving, with depression and anxiety as frequent emotional disorders. Although there are some interventions that show good results in the treatment of specific clinical problems, they are insufficient to simultaneously address the great clinical variety that befalls caregivers. Thus, it is considered necessary to explore effective treatments to intervene on the transversal basis of the emotional affectation of this group. One proposal would be the Unified Protocol for the transdiagnostic treatment of emotional disorders, designed by David Barlow, whose raison d'être lies in the treatment of the shared basis and common processes of emotional disorders

As a result of the covid-19 pandemic, there is a significant increase in the rate of femicides and disappearances of women in Mezquital Valley (Hidalgo State). The ongoing health con- tingency, the War on Huachicol and the socio-environmental problem in this region -one of the most polluted in the world- give account for the colonial context that frames this policy of death (Mbembe, 2006). Thus, in this paper we return to the approach of the Modern/Colonial Gender System (Lugones, 2008) to explain the configuration of a necropolitical masculin- ity (Valencia, 2010) based on the figure of huachicolero, to whom the sovereign right to kill subjects and have nature under his control is conferred. The result: femicide violence as a direct effect of colonial gender imaginaries in which women are differentiated, from gender and race categories. As part of nature, women are considered appropriable, exploitable and damageable due to a pedagogy of cruelty (Segato, 2014a)

The main of the paper is to analyze the conditions and perceptions of labor (in)security in Monterrey (Mexico), based on the proposal for measuring socioeconomic security of the International Labor Organization. Labor security is defined as the level of certainty in the positions and social recognition that come from work, due to its stability and the probability of social advancement provided by labor institutions. Measurement proposal considers not only both the material and subjective dimensions of (in)security, but also seven central aspects of the world of work: 1. Labor market security; 2. Employment security; 3. Professional security; 4. Job security; 5. Training security; 6. Income secu- rity, and 7. Representation security. Research findings indicate that: 1. The proposal for measuring labor (in)security is a valid alternative to analyze the complexity of the world of work to the extent that it not only considers objective and subjective aspects but is also multidimensional and feasible to be applied to the different types of contemporary work; 2. The material and subjective aspects of labor (in)security behave in an autonomous but interdependent manner and can relate to each other, above all, based on certain social conditions of the workers and; 3. The main problems in terms of insecurity that the Monterrey labor market is going through are related to the security of professional training and representation.

This paper analyzes generational changes in the objective and subjective conditions of employment security. According to the literature, at the end of the 20th century, uncertainty in this dimension increased, wich has affected younger generations by preventing them from accessing decent and quality jobs. We analyze employment inse- curity trajectories of three cohorts of workers in Nuevo León using the Encuesta sobre Inseguridad Laboral 2011. Clusters are constructed to identify the types of job insecurity experienced throughout the life course. Finally, a logistic regression is calculated to find out which social characteristics for each cohort have an influence on belonging to the cluster with the most insecure job trajectories. Thus, the hypothesis is tested: there has been an increase in objective and subjective employment insecurity and uncertainty for the younger generations. The results contribute to the debate on risk and uncertainty in the life course because, although objective conditions have deteriorated, the subjec- tive conditions have not worsened as we bserve younger cohorts.

This research addresses the problema of job insecurity in Young workers in Mexico City, analyzing from Pierre Bourdieu’s theory their practices, strategies and meanings in the face of occupational hazards. Based on concepts such as practical sense, strategy or habitus, an attempt is made to address the different experiences of young people in their work careers and to visualize what meanings they give to their practices in relation to the structural insecurity of the labor market. The forms of agency that emerge from these practices and their limitations are analyzed, as well as the areas of socialization of the risks that can be configured from familiarization, commodification or decommodifica- tion from public policies. Finally, the findings of the research work are analyzed from interviews with young adults and a description of the most relevant practices such as saving, continuous training and self-exploitation is made, which allow us to conclude that there is a high degree of individualization of the risks and job insecurity, generating together with other factors, the absence of articulation of collective demands or union action by young workers.

The impossibility of accessing a job due to living on the street and living on the street due to the lack of access to the labor market is one of the social correlations that has led the homeless population to configure their own job description. Among the economic activities to which they resort are practices that have been classified as begging and disguised begging; one of them is the performance of a fakir inside the subway cars. Faced with the resolution paradox and exposure of risks in the practice of the fakir, this article describes the social conditions that configure the exercise of the fakir as a job, the insecurities involved, the strategies used to face these insecurities and the influence of street roots and gender on the perception of risk and permanence in the activity, highlighting the criminalization of activity within the Subway as one of the main risks. All the above, from the narratives and work trajectories of a group of people who practice or at some point in their lives have practiced the fakir.

This study aims to examine the ways the formal workers of Mexico City experience labor (in)security and ponders the objective and subjective conditions it constitutes. It is based on the hypothesis that labor (in)security is a socio-historical phenomenon (spatially and temporally situated) which has become a structural characteristic that is not unique to any one sector of the labor market, although it affects the social life of workers in a differentiated way (meaning it is a heterogeneous, unequal process).
