Resumen
University teaching requires quality academic training and specialization, in accordance with the learning needs of society. The objective of this research was to understand the limitations of professional development that novice teachers have in the university context. The focus of the study was qualitative, directed towards the empirical experience of novice teachers belonging to various Faculties of the Central University of Ecuador. The information was collected through an interview using a guide of structured questions, this instrument was designed based on the research objective and validated by a triangulation of experts who mitigated the different problems of researcher bias. The data was analyzed by means of the Aquad Seis program. The results showed that there are three dimensions that interfere with teaching functions, the first being the limitations of students due to the fact that they do not have sufficient prior knowledge, show little interest and have a lot of autonomous work; the second limitation is their personal conditions such as little experience and orientation; and the third institutional conditions such as few resources and overload of activities. It was concluded that novice teachers do not have sufficient academic training to solve these limitations, but they recognize them and can solve them with different actions in the short term.

Resumen
According to the latest study by the National Institute for Educational Evaluation, Ecuador is among the countries with the greatest difficulty in the development of skills and abilities, with the lowest level in mathematical knowledge (it did not even reach level 2). That is why the need arises to induce young people to boost their creativity with the use of logic to solve mathematical problems. This article was made to present the result of the construction of useful didactic strategies in the educational process of mathematics, identifying the problem-solving skills of students of the Manuel Inocencio Parrales y Guale Educational Unit of the Jipijapa Canton. It was elaborated from a non-experimental design with quantitative techniques of cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational level. In the field work, a battery of questions was applied to students and a survey to mathematics teachers. The results show that 76.9 % of the students have a grade lower or equal to six points, which means that they have not surpassed the required learning levels in problem solving. The results of the teacher surveys show that 80 % of them apply technological tools and innovative strategies, 20 % use technological tools and video games to improve their teaching. It is concluded that laterality in students collaborates moderately to seriation, identification and comparison, technology serves as a knowledge management tool that favors learning, facilitates the completion of tasks, favors communication, research and obtaining information.

Resumen
The Sociopolitical Theory subject began to be taught in the Medicine career after the "E" Study Plan was approved in 2019. Teaching this subject is a challenge, because it is not part of the basic subjects of the professional profile. In order to achieve motivation and, therefore, a better teaching-educational use in the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Sagua la Grande, a proposal of digital educational resources was used. Hence, the objective is to socialize the result of the application of the proposal of digital educational resources for the subject Sociopolitical Theory that was done from virtual environments in the Medicine career of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Sagua la Grande in the year 2022. For the same, we worked with the lesson plans and the minutes of the Subject Groups, applying the methods of documentary review, questionnaire and observation to classes, which allowed us to obtain as results that the proposal of digital educational resources was effective. Students were more involved in the elaboration of digital educational resources to be used in classes; a greater motivation for the contents of the subject was achieved; an active participation and the academic performance of the second year students of the Medicine career were positive. It was concluded that the use of digital educational resources constitutes an alternative to improve the teaching-learning process and the motivation of students in the Sociopolitical Theory subject.

Resumen
The evaluation of the quality of the mode of action of the education professional in preparation for employment constitutes an important factor for the assurance of educational quality, based on the growing consensus in relation to the determining role of the teacher to promote and guide changes in education. the other factors of the educational system. The article aims to socialize with the scientific community categories and subcategories around the improvement of this process. An investigation was carried out at the Municipal University Center of Jatibonico, in which the qualitative methodology based on a systematization of experiences was used, document analysis, participant observation, in-depth interview and methodological triangulation were also used. From reflections derived from the reconstruction, the critical interpretation of the experience and the appropriate immersions in the theory, categories and subcategories of analysis are proposed that characterize what and how to evaluate the mode of action of the education professional in the preparation for employment. The proposal constitutes a useful tool, focused on improving the evaluation of validated quality, based on positive assessments based on criteria of credibility, confirmability and transferability.

Introduction
The case of an adult patient with a complicated crownfracture of the right upper canine due to trauma isreported, diagnosing a class VII Ellis coronal fracture. There are several treatment alternatives that rangefrom the extraction, placement of a bone graft andplacement of an implant, to a forced root extrusionwith bone removal to allow the biological space andsubsequently be restored.
Methods
In the present case, a multidisciplinary orthodonticforced extrusion treatment is performed, whichallows to increase the amount of clinical remnant, preserving the periodontal support and maintainingthe biologic thickness, thus achieving to maintainthe root remnant with good length so that prostheticrehabilitation is facilitated. The clinical and radiographic follow-up was 12 months. The multidisciplinary treatmentinvolved: Root canal treatment, forced extrusion withorthodontics, fibrotomy with root planing and fixedprosthesis.

Resumen
Introduction: It was believed that the mandibular anterior teeth usually have a single root canal with a single root. However, a study by Vertucci et. al., (1974), showed a high prevalence (13%) of two root canals in the lower anterior teeth, which stimulated further investigations.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the prevalence of the second root canal in the mandibular anterior teeth in a Nicaraguan population, these were detected by means of computed tomography (Cone Beam).
Materials and methods: In the study, 293 teeth were analyzed, from canine to canine of the mandibular teeth. To perform the analysis, the free software Radiant DICOM Viewer 2021.2.2 was used, sagittal, axial and coronal views were made to see the prevalence of the second root canal.
Results: Of the 293 teeth analyzed, it was found that 259 had a single root canal corresponding to 88.4%, and 34 teeth had two root canals corresponding to 11.6%. According to the tomographic analysis, it was found that the presence of the second root canal was observed only in the axial and sagittal views. Regarding the presence of the second canal according to the third of the root canal, it was identified that the majority presented in the middle third (52.94%), followed by coronal (29.41%) and finally the apical third (17.65%). According to the Vertucci classification, it was found that there is a higher percentage of type I with 88.40%, followed by type III with 4.44%, then type V with 3.41%, and type II with 2.39%. The one with the lowest percentage was type VI with 1.37%, while in the pieces analyzed, types IV, VII and VIII were not found.
Conclusion: Based on the results obtained in this study, the prevalence of a second root canal in lower anterior teeth was 11.6%.
