Resumen
We present analytical solutions for a universe with a scalar field equivalent to a mixture of three perfect fluids: dark energy, dust and stiff matter. The space-time is an anisotropic and homogenous universe of Petrov Type D that expands isotropically in two spatial axes. We also determine the singularities with the Kretschmann scalar, the Hubble parameter, the deceleration parameter, and the temperature in terms of time. Finally, we study the Jacobi stability of the universe with the scalar field and conclude that the model is stable at all times.

Resumen
This article addresses how the teacher's pedagogical/epistemic authority affects the creation of a learning climate in the classroom. All this, from the perspective of preferential/priority students of Liceo Santiago de Compostela. The research used the qualitative method, with an interpretative perspective from the phenomenological paradigm with hermeneutic line and, on the other hand, an explanatory perspective from the Grounded Theory. The instruments used for data collection were a focus group and semi-structured interviews. The saturation and categorization of the information made significant contributions, which resulted in lines of action to accompany teachers in the task of resignifying convictions and behaviors when generating environments conducive to learning in the classroom.

Resumen
The different logics of educational professionals regarding the concept of School Coexistence cause ambiguities in schools and polysemy in conceptualizations that are not managed in the same way, reflecting in daily actions and the key actors involved in it. This study analyzes the perceptions of the concept, actions and key actors of school coexistence (within the framework of the National Policy) from a qualitative approach, developing semi-structured interviews with 10 different professionals and a focus group with 2 members of the management team and 3 of the school coexistence team of a special modality establishment in the region of Valparaíso, Chile. Based on the results obtained, the conclusion stands out that the policy is widely rooted in conflicting regulatory approaches, pointing to various conceptualizations, from the coexistence that is wanted to be achieved to the forms of coexistence that are wanted to be avoided. Although it is evident that there is a general institutional lack of knowledge about the School Coexistence Policy, as its normative conception is broad, there is coherence with the perceptions of professionals.

Migrantes haitianos en el sistema educacional chileno: la barrera lingüística y su afectación social

Resumen
This article examines the linguistic and social barriers faced by Haitian migrants recently incorporated into the Chilean educational system, particularly those stemming from their limited command of Spanish and the absence of an inclusive language policy. The emblematic case of Joane Florvil, a Haitian migrant who died in state custody in 2017, highlights the structural consequences of this institutional gap. The Chilean context is also contrasted with the model adopted by the Council of Europe, where migration policies include linguistic and civic support to facilitate social integration—an approach that, nonetheless, has drawn criticism due to housing policies that promote the spatial segregation of migrants. Finally, the article discusses local Chilean initiatives such as the Preferential School Subsidy Law (Ley SEP), School Improvement Plans (PME), and Technical Educational Assistance, which represent initial steps toward more equitable linguistic inclusion.

Resumen
This research, as a result of a documentary review with a qualitative approach, aims to integrate the various theoretical, epistemic and practical positions that revolve around peace as a universal value and the banner of fraternal encounter, reconciliation and the vindication of full human existence. References were taken from classical authors (original texts) and from specialized magazines. The results indicate that peace as an ideal on which human life is functionally based is needed as the revitalizing force of dignified coexistence and of the vindicating links of solidarity and active tolerance. Resumen
This article presents the research conducted on the promotion of Institutional Seal Competencies at the University of Playa Ancha (UPLA) from the perspective of psychology students. A phenomenographic approach was used, through in-depth interviews, to understand how these competencies were integrated into their training. The results indicate that students identify various instances of competence promotion, highlighting the importance of professional practice and the need to improve institutional resources and support to foster innovation and leadership. The conclusions emphasize that, although there are spaces for effective promotion, challenges persist in the implementation of strategies that strengthen these competencies in the training process. This highlights the importance of continuing to explore and improve educational practices at UPLA.

Resumen
The main objective of this essay is to conduct a documentary review of current trends in guidance: its principal challenges in social, educational, and technological contexts. The analysis was approached using the methodology for documentary review, representing a systematic process used to collect, organize, and analyze information from various sources in order to respond to research inquiries regarding the main challenges of guidance in contexts of science, technology, and innovation. In conclusion, current trends in guidance present a challenging panorama, but one also full of opportunities to transform professional practice and respond to the needs of individuals in a constantly changing world. The key to success will lie in the ability of guidance professionals to adapt to these changes, use science, technology, and innovation responsibly and ethically, and work collaboratively with other social and educational actors.

Resumen
The article is a systemic reviewing of the “construyendo salud mental” program by MINEDUC and MINSAL incorporating amendments in the subject of Orientation with the objectives of fundamental multidisciplinary learning (OAFT) incorporating the subjects of Arts, P.E etc.The proposed tools are “thought” meaning taking grasping the weight of the well-being taking into account that the model of competence points the “SELF” as the central axis and that with the lack of flexibility of the curriculum interventions must not only be theoretical but also practical for students to achieve a meaningful learning. In this review there are no results that can demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposal; it is only declared and there is no evidence compared by the MINEDUC.

Resumen
This article presents a critical documentary review on the prevention of sexual abuse in deaf children, from a visual, intersectional, and human rights-based perspective. It analyzes structural risk factors such as language deprivation, lack of accessible sexual education, and the absence of culturally relevant institutional protocols. Based on this review, a preliminary early intervention route is proposed, structured around five key axes: access to sign language, affective literacy, consent education from early childhood, development of visual materials, and family support. The article concludes that effective prevention requires a transformation of public policies, grounded in accessibility, linguistic justice, and the epistemic recognition of the Deaf community as an active subject of knowledge and rights.

Resumen
This study aims to identify the cognitive skills promoted in mathematics learning assessment tests used by teachers in the Youth and Adult Education (YAE) program in the municipality of Osorno. The tests were reviewed using document analysis. The categories of the MideUC (2016) cognitive skills taxonomy were used. The results show that all questions could be classified into the categories of the taxonomy used. The test questions prioritize the development of low- and medium-level cognitive skills, namely: knowing, remembering, understanding, and applying. The cognitive skills of analyzing and producing, referring to the ability to derive something new, were not found to be present relatively frequently.
