Resumen
Jobs with low wages, low social protection, unstable employment contracts, long hours, and flexible labor are characteristics that we can find in many positions in Chile in recent decades. Municipal labor intermediation is essential since it can reduce the unemployment rate. However, what types of jobs this institution offers still needs to be determined, as their quality and user impact. This article analyzed user perceptions at the Municipal Offices of Labor Intermediation (OMIL). It involved six communes within the Metropolitan Region of urban and rural character (Cerro Navia, Providencia, Independencia, Tiltil, San Pedro y Padre Hurtado) and their relationship with the concept of Decent Work.

Resumen
The present work consists of a study about the obstacles faced by migrant women in a homeless situation living in Barcelona to change their reality. We designed qualitative research to know the participants’ experiences, in which five individual narratives and one group narrative were co-built. All the work is framed in an intersectional gender perspective since it is essential to understand how the different axes of oppression intertwine with each other and affect the participants. The resulting narratives have accounted for the need to redefine the intervention for migrant homeless women and the challenge this collective has to face when trying to fit into Spanish society. This study pretends to make the participants’ experiences visible and contribute to the generation of more literature about the topic addressed, with a gender perspective.

Resumen
We propose a reflexive exercise from Social Work to think about the forms that some of the power relations assume in the framework of the most challenging universalized experience of the 21st century, the COVID-19 pandemic. These analyzes are part of collective research processes around the Social Interventions of the State in various fields of action. Social Work, in its double existence as discipline and profession, recognizes the inherent tension between disciplining processes and impulses of transformation (Muñoz Arce, 2020; Danel & Velurtas, 2021). We are interested in developing this analysis linked to the relational notion of power and the modes that resistance assumes by Social Work professionals and subjects with whom it meets and connects in the intervention processes from a set of readings carried out under the supervision of Marcelo Raffin that allow us to delve into certain debates developed in the Foucauldian perspectiveRESUMOPropomos

Resumen
The main objective of the article was to achieve a contribution to the current discussions on the delimitation of child labour. From a case study in the northeast of Argentina, the following axes of discussion were developed: 1) the main current perspectives of approaching the subject, 2) the delimitation of the problem by the public administration and community references and 3) the repercussions of the practical application of the delimitation of the problem in prevention actions. The study is part of a qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive investigation, carried out in the province of Misiones, during the yearse 2020-2022. The main results of the study suggest a characterization of child labour linked to the construction of a typology of family at risk and the need to broaden the perspectives of approach for a better understanding of the studied problem.

Resumen
The interactional problems derived from emigration involve fundamental linguistic and cultural phenomena that are likely to favor or hinder communication between emigrants and natives. Thus, based on the experience of some Ivorians in Spain, our study aims to settle on empirical data. We seek to point out some socio-linguistic and intercultural phenomena, analyzed following qualitative method, to put in evidence typical cultural shocks and other setbacks that could find a solution through a conscientious education.

Resumen
The Cuban fishing industry is optimizing its processes in the face of continuous change: economic, financial, and social. Decisions made with scientific support are required to maximize the economic and financial benefits with a social focus. This approach is inherent to the Cuban state business system and must respond to the restrictions imposed by the internal and external environment. Therefore, a monthly linear programming model is presented for production planning in the fish processing industry in Santiago de Cuba that contributes to effective decision-making. Application of the model in an entity allows decision-makers to know the most profitable products and raw materials and improve production while complying with the restrictions of the production process.

Resumen
The optimization of activities in the supply chain occupies significant importance for logistics operators. One of the links in this supply chain is the warehouse. From what was observed, through interviews with employees and managers of the Sorting Plant, the operation of its temporary warehouse impacts parcel delivery delays to the final customer. So, this work aims to determine the central irregularities and provide automation solutions that help improve its operation. An action plan is proposed to be followed by the entity, which will allow significant improvement steps concerning the current process.

Resumen
The Peruvian Social Health Insurance (EsSalud) is an entity that provides health care and social benefits to workers in public and private companies. This document proposes to establish strategies for optimizing the management of hospital equipment and infrastructure maintenance in EsSalud, using data analysis tools and the quantitative evaluation of eight management indicators. To carry out the review, statistical tools, and data analysis applications were applied, using the data recorded in the entity's computer systems. The results obtained for each indicator were weighted, applying a score of 4 if they exceeded the established goal, and a score of 0 if they were below the minimum threshold. As a result of the application of the method in 30 Decentralized Organs (ODC's), it was determined that 4 ODC's had performed excellent maintenance management and five organs had deficiency management.

Resumen
This article aims to explore in two ways a bit of the “Las marotas” dance in the communities of Santa Isabel Chalma and Santiago Cuauhtenco (in the State of Mexico). First, the dynamics of the dance in which permitted transvestism occurs are described; and second, the participation of trans women in the mentioned dance and the violence that it entails (through physical, verbal, and sexual aggression) are display. We used direct participant observation in the community during the festivities from 2010 to 2012, as well as an interview that allowed us to describe and interpret what was obtained.

Resumen
The present dossier of the LiminaR magazine is particularly interesting, since it presents the reader for the first time, a series of investigations about the bodily implications of different subjects that totally transgress the discourses that dictate, in an unequivocal and monolithic way, the hegemonic mandates on must be generic. The articles gathered here converge on the need to recover different qualitative perspectives built from history, sociology and ethnography to present us with the experiences, practices and expressions of transvestite, transgender and/or transsexual people, which the prevailing heteronormativity considers liminal, marginal and abject, but that its practitioners implement despite the many adversities they face, even at the cost of various attacks and social exclusion.
