Whereas error prevention in organizations recurs to diverse ways of ensuring that worker behavior complies with norms, rules, and procedures and to elimination of the precursors of error (ineffective layout, inadequate task demands, weak training), error management accepts error as unavoidable and emphasizes its positive administration. The error management sequence starts with the detection of error and follows with its reporting, identification of causes, correction, and institutionalization of the correction. However, error management lags behind error prevention in use of tools of the digitalization/automation era. We developed an application for worker’s use of his/her smartphone to report errors ―SOLUCIONA― in error management. Before disseminating it, workers of six plants of a Peruvian gas bottling company received training to improve worker empowerment in error reporting as part of company strategy. Then, workers of three plants were trained to use SOLUCIONA whereas workers of three other plants maintained use of pencil and paper. The experimental design took into account the latitude and altitude of the plants’ locations in the Peruvian territory. We obtained pretest and posttest measurements which included an adaptation of Rybowiak et al. (1999)’s Error Orientation Questionnaire. Experimental group workers ―exposed to SOLUCIONA― quintupled the frequency of error reporting compared to control workers and experimental managers significantly increased their frequency of solutions. The technological intervention did not impair worker empowerment; rather, it brought advantages in subjective competence and learning from errors. We conclude that smartphone technology improves error management without adverse effects.

Resumen
The objective of this research is to determine if there is a significant relationship between spiritual well-being and resilience in psychology students from a private university. The type of research belongs to a non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational and quantitative approach design. In the present study, 173 students participated, who were selected through probabilistic sampling for convenience, taking into account men and women. The instruments used were the Spiritual Well-Being Scale and the Resilience Scale, which present validity and reliability. The findings allow us to observe that spiritual well-being and resilience are positively and statistically significantly correlated (rho= .561; p> .05). Moreover, it was found that spiritual well-being and the dimensions of resilience equanimity (rho= .486; p> .05), personal satisfaction (rho= .525; p> .05), feeling good only (rho= .556; p> .05), self-confidence (rho= .528; p> .05) and perseverance (rho=.559; p> .05) were correlated positive and significantly.

Resumen
Mindfulnesses is known to be a technique used in meditation that comes from Buddhism; however, it is also known for being a trained cognitive process, in this aspect the person is able to bring all his attention and concentration in the present moment, that is, to enter into a state of full consciousness. On the other hand, emotional regulation is a person's capacity to manage and respond assertively to an emotional experience, either by identifying or expressing emotions correctly. It should be said that emotional regulation is extremely important to have a better understanding of our thoughts, avoid conflicts, generate less negative emotions, socialize and avoid disorders such as depression, anxiety and stress. Therefore, the present research work aimed to review information about Mindfulness and to emphasize its relationship with emotional regulation in the adult population at the psychological and neurophysiological level. For this purpose, a theoretical review was perform, in which 428 articles were found verified in the literature search, of which 22 were highlighted, those that met the objectives established for the present review. In the present work it was found that Mindfulness is positively related to emotional regulation at both psychological and neurophysiological levels, at the moment of studying this relationship it is important at the methodological level to take some considerations into account.

Resumen
This paper is based on the book Spiritual Hierarchies by the renowned Argentine philosopher and jurist Tomás Darío Casares. Its purpose is to show how the acts of the human spirit are ordered, in a hierarchical and necessary way, toward the Being who lacks nothing and in whom human beings may find complete happiness. The temporal dynamism of the spirit finds its fulfillment in the eternity of the Divine Being. At the summit of this dynamism lies the act of faith, through which we come to know the Absolute Truth; descending from it comes theoretical knowledge, proper to the intellect, and finally, moral and political action.

Resumen
Green synthetic fuels (from renewable sources and low emission) are produced from green hydrogen, combined with CO2 from sustainable sources or N2 from the air, using renewable energy. Various electrolyzer and reactor technologies enable the synthesis of products such as methane, methanol, ammonia, and even longer-chain hydrocarbons. Their main advantage with respect to the use of green hydrogen lies in the possibility of taking advantage of a large part of the existing infrastructure for its storage, transportation, and use. These characteristics position green synthetic fuels as a promising alternative for decarbonizing sectors that are difficult to decarbonize in industry and the global economy. This review outlines existing technologies to produce this type of fuel, focusing on their advantages, disadvantages, and applications at a global level. Understanding the development and expansion of these technologies is of great relevance for the creation and implementation of public policies in order to make informed decisions in the Latin American energy transition and promote the incorporation and innovation of these technologies.

Resumen
This article aims to analyze the trajectory of Vera Silvia Magalhães, a militant of the armed struggle against the Brazilian civil-military dictatorship, during her imprisonment in 1970. Based on the premise that individual trajectories can illuminate broader social phenomena, the study seeks to shed light on the experience of imprisonment and torture endured by women who fought to overthrow the dictatorship and carry out the Brazilian revolution. The analysis highlights how torture took on gender-specific dimensions, manifesting itself differently in case of women; how female solidarity networks emerged as mechanisms of collective resistance; how legal strategies were mobilized to safeguard detainees’ integrity in the face of biased judicial processes; in what ways repression was structured through the articulation of different state apparatuses—such as the police, medical, and judicial systems; and, finally, what the physical and psychological consequences of torture were for political militants.

Resumen
Abstract
This paper analyzes the exile of Vania Bambirra in Chile (1966-1973) as a consequence of the coup d'état in Brazil in 1964. From concepts such as “foquismo”, transition to socialism, dependent capitalism and feminism, the Brazilian scientist critically analyzed the Latin American reality and its contradictions. She joined the Center for Socioeconomic Studies - CESO, where, together with Latin American intellectuals and those from other latitudes, she carried out studies on the crisis of developmentalism and the insurrectional processes in the region. Her exile coincided with the reformist government of Eduardo Frei (1964-1970) and, later, with the socialist government of Salvador Allende (1970-1973) and the “Chilean way to socialism”, in which she participated in the elaboration of the Basic Program of the Popular Unity. Based on a review of the literature, Vania Bambirra's exile and her role as a militant left-wing intellectual within the CESO and the agitated Chilean political environment of the time are analyzed. It is argued that the atmosphere of democratic freedom in Chile and the transition to socialism contributed to the intellectual debate by providing subsidies for her critical studies on the revolution and dependence, as well as questioning the invisibility of women and their role in society and in the Chilean left-wing. Her valuable contribution to the understanding of the steps and counter-steps of the region in the political and economic sphere was cut short by the coup d'état in Chile in 1973, which forced her to go into a second exile, first to Panama and then to Mexico.
Key words: exile, foquismo, revolution, feminism, Chilean way to socialism, coup d'état.

Resumen
This article examines the trajectory of Carmen de Lara Castro in the resistance against the Stroessner dictatorship in Paraguay, focusing on her role within the Liberal Party and her advocacy for human rights. The study draws on biographical literature, interviews conducted for specific research projects, and documents from the Archivo del Terror. The methodology employed a critical analysis of these materials to reconstruct the history of individuals and acts of resistance. Through this approach, the text highlights the significance of both individual and collective efforts in exposing the regime’s crimes and defending freedoms. The study concludes that Carmen de Lara Castro, despite being under constant police surveillance, played a pivotal role in establishing the Comisión de Defensa de los Derechos Humanos del Paraguay (CODEHUP) and supporting imprisoned individuals. Her trajectory remains essential to contemporary democratic memory, which still bears gaps regarding women’s participation in the resistance.
