Resumen
The text reflects, with the aim of complementing previous contributions, on the ultimate basis of the criminal liability of legal persons, an issue that has gone from being marginal to occupying a central place in the debate on the dogmatics of criminal law. The debate focuses on philosophical and dogmatic aspects, highlighting Professor Juan Pablo Mañalich Raffo’s proposal of “culpability by character”, which attributes criminal liability to legal persons based on their “nature”. It sets out the agreement, but also the disagreement, with this innovative proposal, in particular because the emphasis on the structural defects of organisations as a basis for liability would imply a detachment from concrete facts. The text argues that in order to address the complexity of corporate liability, structural elements should be combined with specific facts as the object of imputation, advocating a model that links criminality to organisational characteristics and not just to corporate culture or character. This view highlights the implementation of criminal compliance management systems as an exclusion from corporate liability understood as structural liability.

Resumen
This study analyzes the grounds for attributing criminal liability to the administrator of a parent company for offenses committed by subsidiaries within corporate group structures. It explores the challenges posed by the coexistence of joint business management and the legal independence of each company, especially when decisions made at the parent level influence unlawful conduct in the subsidiaries. The study highlights the need to establish clear criteria for assigning criminal liability to the administrator of the parent company, ensuring that liability is only imposed when their action or omission has been decisive in the commission of the offense, thus preventing both impunity and a disproportionate extension of liability.

Resumen
In this paper the author analyzes the current theoretical discussion of public licenses in the theory of crime, and particularly its treatment in the field of economic criminal law. With a dogmatic-legal and critical analysis, the initial pieces of a model of systematic-rational foundation of administrative authorizations as a cause of justification are proposed.

Resumen
In a globalized economy, financial stability is crucial. Bankruptcy prediction models, like Lensberg et al. (2006), are essential for identifying insolvency risks. However, manipulative financial practices, such as window dressing can distort these predictions by temporarily altering financial statements to hide real problems. This study explores how such manipulations affect the accuracy of these models and examines the integration of criminological indicators for better fraud detection. It also highlights the role of corporate governance and internal culture in preventing fraud, stressing the involvement of stakeholders—particularly employees and auditors—in fostering transparency. While auditors, both internal and external, act as key deterrents to fraud, their ability to predict fraudulent actions is limited. Combining strong corporate governance, active stakeholder participation, and comprehensive auditing can mitigate risks and maintain the integrity of financial information, ultimately ensuring trust in the financial system.

Resumen
The purpose of this article is to critically examine the scope of the (dis)trust principle as a criterion for objective imputation within business organizational contexts. Within this framework, a normative review of this concept will be conducted from a functionalist perspective, emphasizing its differentiation and complementarity with the principle of trust, traditionally applied in criminal law. This paper will also address the arguments put forward by the Supreme Court in its ruling on Annulment Appeal No. 1416-2018, from the perspective of the proposed functionalist approach.

Resumen
This article aims to give a general overview of Compliance Programs in Argentina criminal law within the framework established by the Corporate Criminal Liability Law n° 27.401 and the Criminal Code. The reform introduced, for the first time in Argentina, the criminal liability of legal entities. The paper shows clearly the close relationship between the compliance and the corporate criminal liability in Argentina´s law. The existence of an effective compliance program protects, under certain conditions, against corporate criminal liability for some wrongdoing or misconduct of its directors or employees. Therefore, building a solid foundation of compliance increases the chances of a corporation avoiding criminal liability for a crime; even to exemption of criminal sanction.

Resumen
Cybercrime is a particularly complex criminal phenomenon, and one in which the criminal justice system faces its greatest challenges and difficulties. One of these concerns the victim of crime, a central actor in the dynamics of crime, whose dimension is crucial for shaping criminal policy designs. This study provides an initial approach to the development of cybercrime victimology as a central tool of criminological knowledge that should serve as a guideline for legislative responses to cybercrime.

Resumen
INTRODUCTION. Executive functions, academic performance and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) are closely related variables, since executive functions as a whole are essential for academic success, and ADHD is characterized by alterations in these. OBJECTIVE. To analyze the effect of executive functions on the academic performance of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. METHOD. The research is framed in a systematic review, ordered by the PRISMA protocol, the databases consulted were Scopus, Scielo and Web of Science, considering studies published between 2014 and 2024. RESULTS. Among the executive functions that affect academic performance are working memory and inhibition, affecting various academic areas. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS. Executive functions do have an effect on the academic performance of children with ADHD. Among them, working memory and inhibition are the most influential in school performance. Limitations include the sample being restricted to a specific age range and the research being focused more on the health field than on education. Future research should address these variables in students with ADHD in Chile.

Resumen
INTRODUCTION. Children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder present deficiencies in the Executive Functions, which affects the Socio-Communicative Skills, intensifying the symptoms of the diagnosis. OBJECTIVE. To determine the results of interventions focused on Executive Functions on Social-Communicative Skills in children and adolescents with ASD. METHOD. A systematic review was conducted using the PRISMA method using Rayyan software, in Scopus, WoS and Google Scholar databases, considering publications from the period 2018-2024. RESULTS. The findings indicated that most of the interventions are delivered in group format, have a duration of between 5 and 10 weeks, and are developed in face-to-face sessions of less than 90 minutes. Interventions were observed to significantly improve social cognition, especially by focusing on attention and memory. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS. Interventions in Executive Functions have a positive effect on the development of Social-Communicative Skills in children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Resumen
INTRODUCTION. Cervical cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer-related morbidity and mortality among women worldwide. Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is recognized as the primary etiological agent, with genotypes 16 and 18 being the most prevalent, accounting for 71% of cervical cancer cases. OBJECTIVE. To evaluate the available scientific evidence regarding advances in biomarkers and targeted therapies for cervical cancer. METHODS. A systematic literature review was conducted using the PRISMA methodology by searching for articles in the WOS, Scopus, PubMed, ProQuest, Embase, Redalyc, Ovid, Medline, DynaMed, and ClinicalKey databases covering the period from 2017 to 2025. RESULTS. The systematic review yielded a total of 31,431 records, of which 95 were deemed eligible; among these, 50 did not provide new data, resulting in the inclusion of 45 scientific articles. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS. Biomarkers such as miRNAs, lncRNAs, and circRNAs are being used for diagnostic and prognostic purposes in cervical cancer. Likewise, novel immunotherapies and targeted treatments—including monoclonal antibodies, PARP inhibitors, immune checkpoint inhibitors (anti-PD-1/PD-L1, anti-CTLA-4), and vaccines—have shown promising results in patients with advanced-stage cervical cancer.
