Resumen
The purpose of this paper is to examine to what extent the journey of the protagonist of Don Quixote illustrates the possibility of realizing justice, even though his pursuit of justice is usually considered utopian. To narrow the focus, the last event in the novel is chosen: the drawing up of Don Quixote's will, an act that sheds light on the protagonist's maturing process. The study employs a hermeneutic-dialectical methodology, adopting Paul Ricoeur's theoretical framework, as his hermeneutic model enables an objective analysis of the work and his hermeneutics of the just can be considered a pertinent resource for legal-literary studies. In conclusion, it is indicated that, within the assumptions made, it is possible to read Don Quixote's journey as an illustration of the gradual improvement of an individual's or a community's conceptions of justice.

Resumen
The present work aims to analyze the constitutive role of legal and literary narratives in the process of the formation of the Argentine State. Based on the methodological contributions offered by the studies of ‘law and literature,’ the text proposes to explore how fictional resources have been used to establish specific ideological perspectives. In this sense, numerous discursive interrelations can be identified between literary and legal texts, at times without being able to precisely establish the boundaries between one and the other space. The text not only intervenes from an aesthetic perspective, but also institutes a specific narrative in the organization of the State. At the same time, this big state apparatus will make use of these narratives to deploy its political structure and its intervention in the social imagination.

Resumen
This text suggests to the reader a limited look at the intellectual, literary and artistic context fostered by the surrealist movement, following a non-exhaustive inquiry, but relevant insofar as it addresses some of the themes that have been understood to be of special significance, and that, through the concept of imagination, derives in the importance of dreams, surreality and its dialectical confrontation with the real, until it is possible to identify some aspects that lead to a possible objectification of two categories - Law and Justice - to end up proposing possible perspectives for its analysis subject to contemporaneity, particularly of Latin American complexity.

Resumen
Dante Alighieri was born in Florence(1265) and died in Ravenna (1321). For political reasons, the poet was exiled from Florence (1302) and could never return to his hometown. Dante Alighieri immortalized himself with his Comedy, which was rebaptized by Giovanni Boccaccio (1313-1375) as The Divine Comedy. This article aims at demostrating that, in the Comedy, in a hidden way, there is a relationship between the Florentine poet and the Templars. Based on this premise, one can estabilsh a dialogue between the collapse of temporal justice, which, moved by suspicious interests, ended with the Order of the Temple, and the presence of divine justice, which emanates fom the Comedy, correcting all the inequities of this historic moment.

Resumen
Cardiovascular disease is the main cause of morbidity and mortality in diabetic patients and elevated fibrinogen concentration has been described as an important risk factor. Objective: to determine the plasma concentration of fibrinogen and its association with glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels in patients with DM2. Materials and methods: An observational, non-experimental, correlational, cross-sectional, cross-sectional research was conducted between November 2023 and August 2024. We selected 120 participants of both sexes diagnosed with DM2 who attended the Internal Medicine office of the Hospital Provincial General Docente Riobamba, Ecuador (90 patients with DM2 and 30 controls). Subjects with a diagnosis of DM2 were divided into three groups according to their HbA1c levels: group 1 (HbA 1c <6.5 %), group 2 (≥ 6.5% <10.0 %), and group 3 (HbA1c ≥ 10.0 %). Blood glucose levels, lipid profile, and plasma fibrinogen were evaluated. Results: Statistically significant differences were observed between subjects with DM2 and controls regarding age, BMI, serum glucose concentration, and triacylglycerides (p<0.05). Patients with DM2 showed higher mean plasma levels of fibrinogen than controls (P<0.001). A significant positive correlation was observed between fibrinogen and HbA1c (r=0.8380, P<0.0001). Conclusion: The correlation observed between fibrinogen concentration and HbA1c levels in the subjects with DM2 evaluated in this investigation, together with the increase in triacylglyceride concentration, supports the value of these markers for the early prediction of the main complications observed in diabetes, such as vascular dysfunction, the development of atherosclerosis and consequent cardiovascular damage.

Resumen
This qualitative and comparative research aims to analyze the learning outcomes of two control groups within the same class: one utilizing a traditional classroom system and the other engaged in an online modality. The study seeks to identify whether students achieve comparable levels of learning across both formats, while highlighting the advantages and disadvantages associated with each approach. The findings contribute valuable insights for educational decision-making. The research concludes that the digital approach enhances students' abilities in abstraction and synthesis

Resumen
This article aims to identify areas of convergence between the pedagogical proposal of Mexico's Coordinadora Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educación (CNTE) and the official educational project. It focuses on two initiatives: "Framework for an Alternative Education Proposal" and the general guidelines of the New Mexican School, as outlined in the document "Study Plan for Basic Education," developed during the 2018–2024 administration.

Resumen
The objective of this text is the exposition, analysis and explanation of the different motivations of students to attend university nowadays, through their testimony in verbal, oral and written language, and also iconic. For this, we have the information from focus groups carried out at the Autonomous Metropolitan University Xochimilco in Mexico City, in 2023; in addition to mental schemes developed on the subject. This in order to have a diversity of approaches and first-hand sources around perceptions and perspectives as protagonists of their education and their life. Among the findings, we highlight the role of intrinsic motivations that seem to be taken into account more than extrinsic ones, as stated, however, the latter are more numerous than the former; another issue is the important role of security, cognitive and self-esteem needs, as well as self-realization.
