Resumen
In 2021 a group of left-wing protesters wrote “basta de polenta” in letters made of the eponymous grain in front of the Argentine Ministry of Social Development (Ministerio de Desarrollo Social). Ridiculing the government’s paternalistic policy of distributing superfluous free food to the needy became a viral political joke. As news or as a meme, it was largely consumed and commented on through social networks. Indignation and laughter preceded reflections on the state’s moralization of poverty and previous electoral promises to promote red meat consumption among low-income families. Jokes and ironies challenged the “moral economy” promoted by the Frente de Todos (“Everyone’s Front”) government. A state-created image of the poor and one of the government’s moral panics, looting, were ridiculed through polenta jokes. In this way, political and moral practices in relation to crises of consumption were transformed into the consumption of jokes, at the same time that as a right-wing electorate grew.

Resumen
Transmigration as a human phenomenon contains and at the same time overflows the idea of travel. This crossing borders implies an unresolved fracture, a non-deliberate abandonment, a temporality. In this regard, I propose to study the phenomenon of transmigration in the context of Palestinians in Chile and thus understand transnational identities, human movement and current multidimensional migrations. The methodology used is based on the travel text Volverse Palestina (2013) by the writer Lina Meruane to understand unfinished identity processes such as that of the writer herself. The conceptual state is given by the idea of becoming, associated with the notion of return in the confines of the migration.

Resumen
Boa (Buenos Aires, 1958-1960) is a magazine recognized by Literature History as part of the collection of little magazines that came out in the mid-xx Century, and have disseminated and imported Surrealism in Argentina. However, through its pages, we noticed that it transitions from Surrealism to Informalism and metaphysic poetry. This paper analyzes that transition considering the magazine as an intermedial object where the senses of visual arts and poetry come together, and it also notices an overlapped influence of existentialism in its texts as a crucial key that allows the transition between the different tendencies.

Resumen
The article analyzes African slavery among German immigrants established in the Colony of São Leopoldo in Empire Brazil. German immigrants also used slave labor, which contradicts part of the immigrant historiography that denies that Africans were used on their properties. The German immigrants from the south of Brazil, as soon as their economic conditions made it possible, adopted the same slave practices as the Portuguese-Brazilian society. This behavior of the Brazilian elite, condemned in 19th century Europe and adopted by immigrants and their descendants, was not seen as problematic in colonial areas. Likewise, slaves used the current abolitionist laws to undertake their struggle for freedom and alleviate the bad conditions to which they were subjected in the slave regime, giving meaning and practical content to freedom before the abolition of Brazilian slavery in 1888.

Resumen
Via the plans for constructing a zero-power nuclear research reactor, legal and technical conditions of nuclear knowledge transfer are examined between Hungary and Cuba in the 1980s. The case, rescued via archival investigation, is presented in the context of Cold War Soviet, Hungarian and Cuban political, economic and scientific goals. The studied nuclear cooperation outlines a complex power relation, including ties between the East and the Global South, as well as the hegemonic role of the Soviet Union. The motives and the nature of the behaviour of the countries are analysed as well as the possible survival of these patterns to the 21st century.

Resumen
This paper examines María Zambrano’s most important writings, in which she shows a more or less clear concern for the theory and, above all, the practice of critical memory, under the impulse of her own liminal experience as an exile, as a direct witness of European violence, and as the creator of a shipwrecked thought with a vocation for the margin. Specifically, her book Delirio y destino (1952), her ‘Carta sobre el exilio’ (1961), her prologue to the 1977 edition of Los intelectuales en el drama de España, and certain reflections contained in El hombre y lo divino (1955) and Notas de un método (1989).

Resumen
Quality analysis in any field aims to identify the fundamental characteristics for both producers and consumers, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of the production process. The artisanal production of liquor is closely tied to quality control, as control standards must be in place from the very first stage to ensure compliance. This is essential both because it is a consumer product and because such standards are necessary to obtain commercialization permits. In the city of Cuenca, Ecuador, this market is experiencing growth, with an increasing contribution from both artisanal and industrially produced liquors. The research focuses on the Capulí Liquor Product as its flagship, which holds significant market potential. For the analysis, the House of Quality methodology within the framework of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was employed. This approach allowed for the identification of essential quality attributes as determined by liquor experts, namely: aroma, alcohol content, color, price, and density. The findings revealed that, for these variables, the studied venture demonstrates lower quality compared to its competitors. Based on this, specific recommendations for improvement have been established.

The study aims to analyze the influence of controllership tools on the decision-making process of the manager of a supermarket located in the city of Itapororoca, Paraíba. Focusing on strategic management for resource optimization and minimization of operational errors. A qualitative, descriptive research was conducted using a structured questionnaire with 18 questions applied to the managing partner of the company. Data collection was complemented by a documentary analysis of the controllership tools used in management. The approach explored the integration of information systems, performance indicators, and internal processes related to controllership. The results show that, although the company does not have a formal controllership department, there is an outsourced consultancy that performs results analysis and strategic planning functions. Controllership tools positively influence management decisions, with an emphasis on the analysis of financial reports and performance indicators for purchasing and inventory control. The relevance of loss control and efficiency in monitoring established goals was evident, contributing to the company's competitiveness. The study contributes to the literature on controllership in small and medium-sized companies by showing how controllership tools can be applied, even without the formalization of a specific sector. It broadens the understanding of the role of external consulting in contexts where there is a shortage of skilled labor. It highlights the importance of integrating information systems and using management reports to support managers in decision-making.
