Resumen
The natural rubber plantations of Bajo Cauca (Antioquia) require a high tapping intensity. This generates a higher cost of labor and overexploitation. This is why physiological and production parameters were evaluated in rubber trees clone FX3864, which were subjected to different tapping frequencies and chemical stimulation in Northeast of Antioquia, Colombia. The latex yield and the contents of sucrose, inorganic phosphorus, thiols, and total solids content were compared in rubber trees stimulated with 2.5% ethephon and subjected to three tapping frequencies (every two, three, and four days). The highest latex production was reached in trees stimulated and tapped every four days (170.99 mL d-1 per tree), without indications of overexploitation for this frequency. Stimulation and the reduction of tapping intensity in rubber trees increase the yields without significant metabolic alterations.

Resumen
This study analyzed the community structure of vascular epiphytes in two localities of Montes de María (Chalán and Morroa). Rank-abundance, rarefaction, and interpolation-extrapolation curves were calculated, as well as the alpha diversity of the two localities. Alpha and beta diversity were estimated in five vertical phorophyte strata. The beta diversity was calculated using the effective number of communities and the Bray-Curtis dissimilarity index. A total of three families, 10 genera, and 13 species was identified. Orchidaceae was the family with the most species, and Encyclia sp. and Tillandsia were the most abundant genera. Chalán is the most diverse locality, and Anacardium excelsum is the most inhabited phorophyte. At least two species assemblages related to the middle and upper canopy were found, which are the result of species turnover. These results contribute to the knowledge of epiphytes in the Colombian tropical dry forest.

Resumen
A study was carried out in five-year-old plantations of Tectona grandis located in the Amazon region of Peru, in order to evaluate the response in growth, productivity, silvicultural indices, and quality. Nineteen permanent monitoring plots in 20.7 ha distributed in four zones were evaluated. The dasometric parameters determined the quantitative variables, while the weighting of the qualitative variables determined the initial quality of the plantation. The results show a plantation of good quality and stable thickness, with high growth and productivity values, reporting diameters of 16.93 cm and heights of 13.27 m. The mean annual increases in diameter and height were 3.39 cm.yr-1 and 2.66 m.yr-1, respectively. Moreover, a mean annual volumetric increase of 16.109 m3.ha-1.yr-1 was obtained. This study contributes to decision-making for the planning of silvicultural activities, and it shows the behavior of teak for future plantations in the region.

Resumen
The floristic composition of a fragment of restored Tamaulipan thornscrub and the response of six native woody species used for this purpose were evaluated, as well as two that were established naturally, through the attributes of the community and the dasometric variables of the species used (crown cover, height, normal diameter, and volume). 12 sites of 10 x 10 m were sampled, where tree cover (m2), normal diameter (cm), total height (m), and volume (m3) were evaluated for the eight studied species. The results indicate that the eight species exhibit statistically significant differences in their crown cover, height, normal diameter, and volume. The species with higher values regarding their dasometric variables were Parkinsonia aculeata and Acacia farnesiana.

Resumen
The use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to monitor forest plantations allows obtaining precise information on different tree attributes. This paper presents a critical review of the potential use of UAVs for monitoring the nutritional and phytosanitary status of forest plantations. A bibliographic search was carried out on the Google Scholar, Scopus, and Science Direct platforms, using keywords such as stress, nutrition, and forestry. Studies were found mainly on the genus Pinus and the Asian continent which use fixed and rotary wing drones to monitor pests and diseases. Experiences in monitoring nutritional deficiencies are few. The future use of UAVs for stress monitoring in forest crops seems to be aimed at automating data collection and combining these with artificial intelligence algorithms.

Resumen
The objective of this study was to apply different types of biological and climatic data in the distribution modeling of tree species in Mexico (Pinus ayacahuite, Pinus montezumae, Pinus oocarpa, Quercus calophylla, and Quercus uxoris). Two types of climate layers (climate types and bioclimatic variables) and three types of biological collection data (presence only data, abundance data, and presence/absence data) were used for modeling. The results show that there is no one type of biological and climatic data that fits all species. This study evidences that the use of a single type of data may result in underestimation or overestimation in potential distribution areas.

Resumen
The article covers a journey that starts on the birth of the family and finishes on the present, focusing on the changes experienced by Spain during the twentieth century. This changes transformed the model of traditional families into the new compositions of the present. Finally, we analyze the latest social transformations that are taking place in Spain and how they continue to affect families, which allows us to glimpse the future of this social institution.

Resumen
Romantic love myths are irrational socially constructed beliefs about the nature of love, what are the desirable characteristics when selecting a partner, the importance of love, expectations for the future and the type of relationship, can help us to understand the internalisation of these romantic love myths that only foster patriarchal hegemony and gender inequalities. The presence of these romantic beliefs favours or maintains intimate partner violence and control-based relationships, which are related to lower self-esteem.
These myths, which are irrational beliefs, reinforce intimate partner violence and contribute to its maintenance once it occurs. The objectives of this review are to analyse and deepen the knowledge obtained about the myths of romantic love in relation to gender violence, as well as to collect some of the proposals developed for the prevention of this specific form of violence

Resumen
Review of the book "Field theory in social science", written by the psychologist and philosopher Kurt Lewin and published for the first time in 1951. It has 10 chapters divided into sub-sections, in which he develops the vital concept of his theory: the "field" and its relationship with cognitive processes, learning, development and groups, and also provides a holistic approach to psychosocial phenomena. It is essential to consider Lewin's approaches to understand social phenomena such as the formation of groups, the establishment of ideologies, the displacement of masses, among others.
