Resumen
At present, there are few studies on violence carried out between same-sex couples or in which one of the members is transsexual, transgender or intersexed, it will present invisibility and difficulty in its detection. The objective of this article was to identify the types of violence and sociodemographic factors associated with violence between same-sex couples in Barrancabermeja, Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area (Colombia). A total of 152 subjects belonging to the LGBTIQ community aged between 18 and 60 years old (M = 26.0; SD = 29.6) participated. The participants responded to two online instruments: the Sociodemographic File and the Partner Abuse Experiences Checklist (Form A). Our results indicate different types of intimate partner violence (psychological, followed by emotional, physical, economic, and finally sexual violence) associated with sociodemographic factors such as sexual orientation, gender, educational level, and occupation. Intervention and prevention programs must be designed to address and reduce this type of violence, which is also prevalent in sexual minorities.

Resumen
The general objective of the research was to identify the relationship between social skills and aggressiveness in 4th grade high school students of an Educational Institution in Lima. In the methodological field, the quantitative approach, the hypothetical deductive method, type of basic research, level descriptive correlational and the non-experimental cross-sectional design were used. We used two instruments with validity and reliability for data compilation, which were the Check List Social Skills of Goldstein adapted nationally by Tomas (1995), and the Questionnaire of Aggression of Buss and Perry adapted to our environment by Matalinares et al. (2012). Likewise, 71 students from 4th grade of secondary school participated. To process the results, Spearman’s Rho statistic was used and the value of -, 374 ** was found and the significance value is 0.001, being less than 0.05, which indicates that there is a significant, negative and low correlation. Finally, it is concluded that, at a higher level of social skills, lower levels of aggressiveness or at lower levels of social skills, higher levels of aggressiveness.

Resumen
The pandemic situation and the restriction measures that are well known to all forced university students to adapt to the new remote or virtual modality or otherwise suspend their studies. This new modality of teaching-learning in some students was carried out satisfactorily, although in other cases, due to extrinsic factors such as the lack of technological tools to achieve adequate connectivity, and intrinsic factors such as academic self-efficacy, which is understood as the very perception of the ability to be able to carry out studies and perform satisfactorily, the results were not optimal. The present investigation, started in the year 2022, sought to describe the level of academic self-efficacy of a group of university students, as well as the perception they had about the virtual education received during the COVID-19 pandemic period. The Robles Academic Self-efficacy Scale (2019) and a survey on opinions regarding the level of satisfaction with remote education were used as a study instrument. It was found that the level of academic self-efficacy of the evaluated students is within a lower than average range; Age is a relevant factor and it showed statistically significant differences in terms of the level of academic self-efficacy, especially in the groups of students aged 27 and over. Almost half, 46.02% of the sample, considered that this modality of virtual edu m them; and finally, more than half (51.79%) prefer the so-called mixed or hybrid education.

Resumen
Introduction: Bronchopulmonary dysplasia is a chronic lung disease of neonatal age onset. Intrauterine growth restriction is defined as failure of the fetus to reach its genetically determined growth potential. Objective: To describe the interdisciplinary management of bronchopulmonary dysplasia and review the literature on the subject. Case report: The case of a newborn son of an adolescent mother, product of her first pregnancy, which had an adequate prenatal control, is presented. She presented grade IV intrauterine growth restriction characterized by alterations in the Doppler ultrasound in relation to severe placental insufficiency and oligohydramnios, which is why the pregnancy was terminated due to dystocic delivery by cesarean section at 34+1 weeks, with a ruptured bag at birth, liquid clear and very scanty amniotic. He was born in good clinical condition with a weight of 850 grams. In the first days of life, he began with clinical manifestations of sepsis; necrotizing enterocolitis was diagnosed, then he presented a sudden clinical deterioration due to the appearance of pulmonary hemorrhage. Weighing 695 grams, treatment with invasive mechanical ventilation was started, which lasted for a period of 30 days. After weaning from mechanical ventilation, the child remained oxygen dependent for a further 71 days; as a manifestation of bronchopulmonary dysplasia. Interconsultations were made with specialists in Cardiology, Hematology, Imaging, Nutrition, Immunology and Genetics; and, collectively, it was decided, the therapy developed. The neonate evolved satisfactorily. Conclusions: The interdisciplinary management of bronchopulmonary dysplasia was shown. The updated literature was consulted. Resumen
Introduction: Uveal melanoma is the most common intraocular cancer in adults, represents approximately 3 % to 5 % of all melanomas; with a peak incidence in men in the sixth decade of life. Objective: To describe the clinical presentation, diagnosis and treatment of a patient with uveal melanoma. Case report: A 39-year-old female patient, with a health history, who came to the consultation due to intense pain of twelve days of evolution located in the right eye, associated with loss of vision, pain with eye movements, asthenia and anorexy. Physical examination revealed severe palpebral edema, abundant mucopurulent secretions, marked 360-degree conjunctival chemosis, and cilio-conjunctival hyperemia in the right eye. Analytical and imaging studies were performed. When analyzing the results of the physical and complementary examination, the surgical intervention consisting of right orbital exenteration, sphenoidectomy and right transorbital ethmoidectomy was decided. With a satisfactory evolution, she was discharged from the hospital. Biopsy reported choroidal melanoma. Conclusions: Choroidal melanoma is a rare ocular entity in young black women. Symptomatology is extremely variable with choroidal masses. It is important to know its characteristics, since these clinical effects serve as a reminder for ophthalmologists to include it in the differential diagnosis of other ocular pathologies. Resumen
Introduction: Within neoplastic diseases, colon cancer undoubtedly occupies a preponderant place, because it is highly frequent. For this reason, it is necessary to characterize patients with colon cancer and have a real record of the incidence of this health problem. Objective: To characterize colon cancer in patients operated in the Coloproctology service of the Manuel Ascunce Domenech University Hospital in Camagüey, in the period from September 2018 to September 2022. Methods: A prospective longitudinal descriptive study was carried out with the objective of characterizing colon cancer in patients operated in the Coloproctology service of the Manuel Ascunce Domenech University Hospital, in the period from September 2018 to September 2022. The universe was made up of all the patients who attended the consultation in that period, the sample was to the authors' criteria included 217 adult patients with a diagnosis of colon cancer who underwent surgery. The primary source of the investigation was given by the clinical history. Results: Colon cancer occurred more frequently in the age group of 60-79 years in both sexes, the male sex predominating. The general syndrome was the most frequent symptoms. The diagnosis was made by clinical and endoscopic examination. Moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma had a higher recurrence. The predominant topographic location was in the right colon, and right hemicolectomy was the most widely used surgical technique. Surgical complications had a low incidence. Conclusions: Colon cancer presented a higher frequency in the age group of 60-79 years in both sexes. Moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma occurred more frequently. Right hemicolectomy was the most used surgical technique. Surgical complications were in frequent with a proportion of one in 10 patients. Resumen
Introduction: Leptospirosis is recognized as one of the re-emergim transmissible diseases, as it continues to be the zoonosis with the widest distribution worldwide, so the prevention of risk factors is essential. Objective: To analyze the contribution of Florence Nightingales' theory in the prevention of leptospirosis with community participation. Methods: A bibliographic review was carried out with the bibliographic analysis method through a search carried out between the years 2015 to 2021, where specialized databases were consulted and 30 scientific publications on the subject were selected. Results: The genesis of professional Nursing is recognized with the vision and studies of Florence Nigthingale, which in her theory accredits that the intervention of nurses is necessary to promote an adequate environment. The environment includes the conditions and external forces that affect life, which can prevent disease or help suppress it. Her theoretical work on the five essential elements of a healthy environment: clean air, drinking water, wastewater disposal, environmental hygiene, and light are considered as indispensable today as they were centuries ago. The contributions offered have an influence on the professional performance of modern nursing, particularly in the prevention of leptospirosis with community participation. Conclusions: Nightingales theory reaffirms the need to maintain and control a healthy environment. The assumptions and theoretical affirmations contribute to guide the practice towards the process of prevention of leptospirosis with community participation, from the actions of the nursing professionals. By combining individual, social and professional resources. DeCS: LEPTOSPIROSIS/prevention&control; COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION; NURSE'S ROLE; COMMUNICABLE DISEASES; HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

Resumen
Introduction: Progress towards the tuberculosis elimination in Cuba depends on social justice for the people affected and their families, neighborhood by neighborhood, health area by health area and municipality by municipality. To enhance the dimensions of its social determination, a local elimination model based on its general approach will be necessary. Objective: To describe a general model with a systemic approach to Social determination in health, applied to tuberculosis. Methods: A qualitative study based on a documentary review of articles on social determination was carried out, with the design of an explanatory model, simple for its understanding, with structural, intermediate and individual components to be adapted to the topic of tuberculosis. Results: The proposed model has as input the political will, dependent on the established power that determines public policies, interacting with the intermediate dimensions as central aspects and with the individual dimensions of a sociodemographic, sociocultural and socioeconomic nature. These, in turn, feedback and once again influence the political will and Public policies, closing the systemic cycle. In addition, interactive control of the system is included. Conclusions: In addition to the models proposed in the national literature reviewed, abounding in its systemic approach contributes to facilitate the understanding of the monitoring of the Social determination in health in tuberculosis by the personnel in charge of providing sustainability of control towards elimination. Resumen
In this research, we will start by exposing the paradox of ‘surplus enjoyment’ (the Lacanian plus-de-jouir), showing that its parallax structure of lack and excess is also applicable to the phenomenon of (surplus) repression. Linking his concept with the Hegelian Aufhebung, understood as a ‘failed negation of negation’ or a ‘negation of negation’ as failure, we will focus in detail on the central example illustrating our theoretical positions, which is Iciar Bollain’s film Tambien la Lluvia (Even the Rain). In analyzing its narrative structures that address the neocolonial reality, we will tend to approach indirectly, by reading the medium of cinematic narration, the ‘neocolonial question.’
