Resumen
A previous study at the university, which is the subject of this research, revealed a significant unawareness among participants about organizational strategies, incentives, knowledge management and treatment of academic productions. In response, this research aimed to describe the classification system of publications linked to the institutional repository of the university, from the perception of teachers and the analysis of institutional documents during the year 2024. The study adopted a descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental design, with a mixed approach, a survey was applied as a data collection technique, using a questionnaire as the main instrument, complemented with the analysis of secondary sources. The sample consisted of 300 teachers. The results revealed that, although the institutional repository classification system is well defined in documents, the existence of multiple repositories with dissimilar criteria generates confusion; the teachers indicated a lack of training and socialization of the institutional repository, in addition to revealing points of consensus and divergences. The limitations encountered, such as restricted access to documentation, underscore the need for more effective communication and dissemination of institutional repository policies and guidelines, besides greater clarity and unification of criteria at the institutional level.

Resumen
Pornography consumption is a social phenomenon that has an impact on the mental health of the population due to its capacity to modify the perception of interpersonal relationships, sexuality and psychological well-being. Being adolescents and young people the most prone to develop symptoms of various disorders due to this exposure, it is essential to analyze this problem because of its impact on the emotional, social and psychological development of the next generations. Thus, the purpose of this study was to explore the associated variables that affect mental health in the consumption of pornography in the population between 12 and 29 years of age. From there, a qualitative methodology with a bibliographic research design was used, which explored and analyzed 24 articles from Scopus, PubMed, EbscoHost and Scholar Google databases between the years 2014 to 2024. A documentary analysis was carried out using the fichaje technique, obtaining as the most relevant results that pornography consumption can contribute to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and dysphoric mood. Other problems found were a distorted view of violence towards women, sexual dysfunction and a correlation with substance addictions. In conclusion, this study corroborates that pornography consumption is related to mental health problems; however, it is important to know the associated variables such as gender, age of onset and family factor that increase its probability.

Resumen
This research project arises from Paraguay's need to efficiently use resources in public procurement of fuels and lubricants. This is crucial because Paraguay, as a landlocked country and net importer of fuels, requires significant sums for their acquisition. These resources are then utilized by various public institutions such as health and internal security for their services to function properly. The methodology employed is Benford's Law, also known as the First Digit Law, which despite lacking a theoretical foundation, holds strategic empirical importance. The main objective of this study is to identify potential anomalies or irregularities in public procurement of fuels and lubricants in Paraguay from 2014 to 2023. Results indicate anomalies in digit frequency across three analysed variables: awarded amounts, number of contracts awarded or bidders awarded per process, and number of bidders per process. The study concludes that it is of utmost importance to promote competition in public procurement within this sector.

Resumen
The central objective of the study that is recovered in this article was to know the reflections, ideas and conceptions of the administrative and service personnel, regarding the institutional evaluation undertaken in an educational institution in southern Mexico. To do this, it was based on a theoretical review of authors who recover alternative evaluation models. The methodology used was through a qualitative case study and from a comprehensive approach, using documentary review, questionnaires and interviews, which allowed us to recognize the relevant role that the staff themselves distinguish in order to achieve common objectives in the Institute of Education Sciences of the Autonomous University "Benito Juárez" of Oaxaca, in addition to knowing the way in which they have positively assumed the evaluative processes in their daily work. The administrative and service personnel distinguish that institutional evaluation is very relevant in the exercise of substantive university functions and recognize that their work is necessary to maintain adequate standards in administrative services, customer service, management of various material and technological resources, furniture, equipment and in the maintenance of infrastructure.

Resumen
This article examines the reasons why Fernando Lugo’s government in Paraguay (2008–2012) was unable to carry out a constitutional rewrite, unlike other political outsiders in the context of South America’s leftist shift, such as Hugo Chávez (Venezuela), Evo Morales (Bolivia), and Rafael Correa (Ecuador). Through a comparative case study, it examines the conditions that limited the prospects of a constituent process in Paraguay, despite debate on its feasibility. The article demonstrates that, although Lugo was an outsider with similarities to other South American cases, he faced greater constraints than his counterparts due to the lack of strong social protests in support of a constituent assembly in Paraguay. The study underscores the importance of social mobilizations and intra-party dynamics in shaping constitutional processes in the region.

Resumen
The concept of “person” is associated with normative characteristics and functions, implying the recognition of rights and obligations, but it is also linked to psychological, biological, and social factual aspects. This theoretical research work, through the techniques of bibliographic review and comparative analysis of content from philosophical literature and other fields of knowledge, aims to reflect on the concept of person. Firstly, some sociocultural and historical issues are considered. It is then linked with other categories. Later, some of the main philosophical ideas of the Western tradition on the concept of person are presented. Some traditional criteria are analyzed and criticized. The concept of person is redefined by integrating biopsychosocial and normative factual elements, and then some relevant theoretical and practical implications are reflected upon.

Resumen
The purpose of this research was to identify the recruitment and selection strategies being adopted by nonprofit organizations (NPOs) in Puerto Rico and whether the COVID-19 pandemic brought any changes in these two processes. An online survey was administered to 24 NPOs as part of this research. According to the responses, all of them recruit and select using job descriptions, but only half use a classification or compensation plan. In addition, 33.3% of the organizations do not have an employee recruitment plan. The majority of the surveyed NPOs (95.8%) recruit through social media. Furthermore, 87.5% reported having faced challenges in recruiting over the past 12 months. Regarding selection, the most used method is the resume (87.5%). However, 83.3% of the organizations indicated they did not know whether the validity or reliability of their selection methods had been evaluated.

Resumen
This research aims to unveil the social representations that pre-service teachers shape regarding the parental educational role. The study takes place at a public university in the central-southern region of Chile. The methodological approach is qualitative, employing a single case study method. The participants are students enrolled in the first year of the Bachelor of Education in General Elementary Education program. Semi-structured individual interviews conducted in a single session are used for data production. The analysis is carried out using the structural-semantic technique. Findings indicate that the representation shaped by pre-service teachers regarding the parental educational role consists of an academic dimension and a personal dimension. Each of these dimensions is associated with markers of role fulfillment. For the academic dimension, the provision of materials and the fostering of study habits stand out, while for the personal dimension, emotional support, promotion of self-esteem, and student self-regulation are highlighted. Both dimensions configure the representation of the parental educational role about a central core modeled by the parental duty, with markers of fulfillment adjusted to the age of the child.
