Recent metagenomic investigations of ticks have revealed that their microbiomes have a microbial diversity of endosymbionts and pathogens (pathobiome), which cause diseases in humans and other animals. Ticks are vectors of various diseases in cattle, so a more extensive study will elucidate the composition of their microbiome in order to propose new control and prevention strategies. The approach to anti-tick vaccine development, which turns out to be promising, is based on identifying essential bacteria for the survival of the vector. Therefore, this work presents the metagenomic approach to ticks for identifying the microbiota and the respective microbiome.

Resumen
The article presents a novel approach to counting letters in words or phrases in Spanish using the fingers of the right hand. An algebraic model based on matrices represents the counting process, ensuring that each finger and letter are associated. It is demonstrated that the counting is repeated once or five times, leaving no fingers or letters unaccounted for. Letter matrices are introduced as a representation associated with counting, forming a monoid structure. This study delves into the counting of letters and its relationship with matrices, with implications in linguistics, cryptography, and computer science.

Resumen
The problem of correlating theoretical models with electromagnetic spectra observed in massive stars is addressed in the context of the large volume of astronomical information currently available. The characteristics of the stellar atmosphere codes and the process of modeling and fitting to the observed stellar spectrum are analyzed, as well as the computational resources that are consumed in such process, as well as the problem of models discarded or stored in an unstructured way. It is concluded that in the 21st century the way of carrying out astronomical research has changed radically by incorporating the Big Data approach and virtual observatories.

Resumen
The objective of this work was to analyze the government programs to support the countryside in the Comarca Lagunera de Durango, its origin, coverage, destination, follow-up and impacts. The research was conducted with a case study approach. A questionnaire was designed and applied with which 89 producers were interviewed. Little follow-up was found for the programs derived from the weak agricultural extension system in the region. The resources that the Federal Government has allocated to support the countryside have not been reflected in the fulfillment of the main objective of the Program for the Promotion of Agriculture of increasing the productivity of the production units.
Key words: subsidies, procampo, proagro, operating rules, case study.

Resumen
Tolerance to other traditions and cultural expressions in Mexico is analyzed from the 2017 National Discrimination Survey using a multivariate statistical technique. Acceptance or rejection trends are visualized based on their relationship with independent control variables. It is found that a slight majority of agents who indicate little or no tolerance to other traditions and are more likely to be referred by young people, in people with middle and higher education, in middle and upper social strata, as well as informants of less favorable or stable working conditions.

Resumen
The teaching of mathematics is a subject of concern in pedagogy and psychology. In two most representative countries in Latin America, Mexico and Brazil, strong difficulties are identified in the acquisition of mathematics. The results of the international PISA assessment have shown unsatisfactory results. The objective of the article is to analyze the content of the most recent official preschool education programs in Mexico and Brazil, based on proposals for introduction to mathematics. The analysis reveals the absence of a decisive position on mathematics and the lack of a proper methodology for the preschool educational level, from the point of view of psychology and pedagogy. The conclusions suggest that the reorientation of objectives and methods are required for the preschool educational level.

Resumen
This paper seeks to promote the dissemination and knowledge of the chocolate cosmos plant (Cosmos atrosanguineus Sherff), through the collection, analysis and summary of the information available in books, scientific articles (Web of Science and SCOPUS), web pages, manuals and brochures. of agronomic management, as well as reports of congresses and scientific events on the status, methods of propagation, agronomic management and available varieties. The information generated in Mexico on cosmos chocolate is limited, including its agronomic management and genetic improvement. It is necessary to implement public and private programs for genetic improvement and commercialization, which allow flower growers, researchers and the general public to increase its importance as an endemic ornamental plant of Mexico.

Resumen
Currently there are different methods for obtaining phenolic compounds (PC) in quelites, which implies variability in the results obtained in different investigations. Given the importance of rescuing the consumption of quelites in Mexico, it is important to analyze the relevant aspects of obtaining PC from these plants, from harvesting to processing. The extraction and analysis methods affect the evaluation of the PC effect. Therefore, a literature review of sample collection, drying process, grinding, storage, selection of solvents and reported extraction methods was carried out. The results indicated that heterogeneity in procedures must be considered to generate an adequate comparison.
