Resumen
Gypsy children are subjects of rights, producers of culture and knowledge, often subordinated by colonizing processes in the ways of being children. They play a fundamental role in strengthening the gypsy identity and in the continuity of traditions. Therefore, the objective of this study is to present some legal and practical analyses of a Municipal Early Childhood Education Center in the municipality of Carneiros/AL, identifying what is established by the Municipal Education Plan (PME-2015-2025) and the Political Pedagogical Project (2023) on the education of gypsy children. The methodology adopted is qualitative, through bibliographic and documentary research. The analyses indicate that the municipality of Carneiros/AL, especially the CMEI, brings significant advances to the Early Childhood Education stage, by valuing the history and culture of the gypsy community in the school curriculum, giving legitimacy to the appreciation, respect, and identity belonging of gypsy children, combined with democratic, plural and inclusive educational practices, with the participation of the gypsy community.

Resumen
Mathematics, present since childhood, is introduced in the early years with basic concepts essential for the entire school journey. Due to its abstract nature, the use of representations becomes fundamental for accessing mathematical objects. Raymond Duval developed the Theory of Semiotic Representation Registers (TRRS) to understand mathematical thinking and the learning process through these representations. This research maps theses and dissertations published between 2014 and 2023 that utilize TRRS in early years Mathematics, following the methodologies of Biembengut (2008), Fiorentini (2002), and Lima, Bianchini, and Gomes (2017). Among the 16 works analyzed, few doctoral studies explored TRRS for the early years, highlighting a gap. Most studies focused on the teaching and learning of rational numbers. Nevertheless, TRRS has proven to be a valuable tool in Mathematics Education, enhancing concept comprehension and suggesting new research opportunities, particularly with the use of digital technologies.).

Resumen
The goal of this paper is to present the results obtained in a scientific initiation project developed within the scope of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Alagoas - Ifal / Campus Piranhas, which aimed to present the voices of black women who exerted/exert influence in the production, dissemination and teaching of mathematics in our country. Using the state of the art as a methodological reference, we propose a bibliographical survey, with a time frame between 2012 and 2024. We searched, in the main academic databases in our country, for keywords that matched the question and, once we had the works found, we carried out preliminary readings to identify those that actually spoke about black women or were written by them. After this first filtering, we compiled the 10 works found, taking into account the content of the works and also personal data about the authors/characters mentioned. In partnership with the Center for Afro-Brazilian and Indigenous Studies (Neabi) at Ifal-Campus Piranhas, it was possible to conclude that, even though there are still few works by/about black women and mathematics, those found prove to be strong points of resistance in the midst of a mathematical society that still excludes women from its midst.

Resumen
The research was developed with 40 high school students, using simulation software known as PhET, available free of charge on the internet, which simulates population dynamics, genetic and environmental factors in successive generations of rabbits. The students received a script to carry out the simulation, then answered open questions on the topic of natural selection. Based on the responses, a content analysis was carried out as proposed by Bardin and inferences and interpretations were made in accordance with Ausubel's theory of meaningful learning. The answers were grouped into two categories: genetics and ecology. It was noticed that the execution of the natural selection simulation allowed superordinate learning in which the potentially significant concept (in this case, the concept of natural selection) is more general and inclusive than the concepts already established in the cognitive structure, such as the concepts of genetics and ecology that had been previously studied. The use of information and communication technologies, in this case specifically the use of interactive virtual simulation addressing natural selection, proved to be an important strategy to assist the learning process. The factors involved in the simulation allowed students to make combinations with concepts already present in their cognitive structure, promoting significant learning in the majority of students analyzed.

Resumen
The concept of practical classes has shown different conceptions, despite diversity; therefore, a broad gaze has been necessary, beyond the Science laboratory and traditional methods, with a view to scientific research, a fundamental element in scientific literacy of individuals. Thus, this trial, based on a documentary analysis, evaluated how scientific inquiry takes part in practical activities of the municipal curriculum in Cascavel-PR. Its purpose is to substantiate a teaching practice and to organize the school environment. So, based on this analysis, it was ascertained that the curriculum has a viewpoint concerning practical classes beyond the experiment. However, it does not provide support for the teacher to develop these classes and scientific inquiry. Considering this premise, we defend the perception of practical investigative classes aiming at contributing to the acquisition of scientific literacy and critical citizens’ development, who are able to make decisions based on science to help their community.

Resumen
Chemistry teaching in high school has been the subject of studies that seek diversified ways of teaching chemistry, making teaching dynamic, stimulating, collaborative, etc. With this in mind, this work aims to present the material produced in research by PIBIC/Uneal, where we redesigned the Periodic Table (PT) with each element represented by a superhero. A book was also produced with an illustrative story about the chemical elements, and both works were made available free of charge to all those involved and other interested parties. To this end, we shared the research in public schools in Arapiraca, in high school classes. Later, we applied an online questionnaire to the students to identify their opinions about the material that was being produced. As a result, we found that 76.3% of the students showed interest in using a more illustrative PT, with information from everyday life; 88.4% considered it interesting to establish a relationship between the content of the PT and superheroes; 91.1% of the students really liked the illustrative materials produced; 85.7% found the cards about the TP elements to be well-designed; 89.3% considered the information contained in the cards to be easy to understand, and 96.4% are interested in receiving the illustrative chemistry materials when they are finished.

Resumen
The COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacted sports coaching. Competitive sporting events were canceled, and quarantine restrictions caused social isolation and mental strain for sports coaches. The challenges faced by sports coaches require enhancement in sports coaching and resilience to withstand the challenges imposed by the pandemic. This study aims to describe and explore the lived experience of sports coaches during the COVID-19 pandemic and to provide an answer to how sports coaches describe their adaptation experiences. Using open-ended interviews and focus group discussion, the researcher employed purposive sampling among team sports coaches who competed as members of the State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association in the National Capital Region. Thematic analysis reveals themes of sports coaching challenges, adaptation and strategies, traits, coping and appraisal mechanisms, coach development and sports coaching best practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. While experiencing challenges posed by the pandemic and changes in delivering their sports training program, sports coaches showed remarkable resilience by innovating training methods, prioritizing athlete well-being, and utilizing various coping strategies. The analysis emphasizes the importance of professional development, collaboration, technology, support systems, and self-care practices for coaches as they navigate future disruptions. This study offers feasible best practices for sports coaches dealing with unexpected situations. It offers best practices for coaches and emphasizes the need for sports administrators to develop risk management plans for future stability.

Resumen
Technological development, as well as access, use and sharing of information in contemporary society have undergone changes and one of the factors was the popularization of the Internet. In this scenario, multiple sources of information and varied content, as well as the production and sharing of false or misleading information permeate this new social atmosphere. Therefore, specific legislation is necessary to regulate, curb and penalize such harmful practices in cyberspace. In this way, an exploratory study was developed, through bibliographic and documentary research, using systematic observation and a qualitative approach to identify the legislation that supports the topic in Brazil. As a result, he found three Laws on actions in cyberspace and a Bill that addresses the issues of criminalization of fake news. It was also noted that from 2020 onwards new laws were created to combat the sharing of false information due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Resumen
The teaching process underwent several changes and adaptations during the pandemic period with the adoption of emergency remote teaching. Through the search for methodologies that stimulated students' interest in studying, the use of gamification took on a greater proportion in the school environment. This work has the general objective of investigating the effects of using gamification as a methodological resource during the teaching and learning process of mathematics. The methodology was developed based on a qualitative approach, with exploratory objectives and technical participant procedures. The research subjects were 44 students from the 1st year of High School at Escola Estadual Deputado Gilvan Barros, located in the municipality of Girau do Ponciano - AL. The use of gamification in classes presented more advanced results compared to the class that was not contemplated with the use of gamification materials. Therefore, this shows that the protagonist remains the student and that gamification is not the main focus of this trajectory, but rather the process of collaboration and partnership between these tools, teachers, and students.
