In his essay, we are going to define as “City-Cinema”, in order to get a conceptual development useful for the studies of Cinema. The emphasis is directed to the realistic and Imaginary Cities produced by the Cinema of different times, searching to perceive its articulation with the film plan. The hypothesis is that the even the imaginary cities always show the fears, angusties, desires, hopes and demands of the society which have produced the film. In this way, we apply here the methodological posture that considers the Real and the Imaginary not as separated dimensions, but complementary and inserted in a complex unity. The concept.

The article, based on a bibliographical survey, problematizes the notion of educational quality that has been widely disseminated in neoliberal educational reforms since the 1990s. It concludes that the banner of “quality education for all” was one of the gateways to the emergence of entrepreneurial rationality in public education and has operated to destroy basic education in its public and democratic dimension.

A descriptive-prospective store that included all first year medicine students in Medical School in Ciego de Avila was developed during 2002-2003 courses with the objective of determine the knowledge the students have about sexual education. The sample was made up of 126 students to which a surgery was applied with the following results. A great number of them were among 18 to 20 years old. Female sex was prevalent and the first sexual relations took place with more frequency before 18 years old. Most students used anticonceptives of which condom and intruterine device were the most known and only 8 students had a menstrual regulation done. Ot the total sample 112 had received information about sexual education and the most frequent source were from friends.

The circumcision is a painful and stressor procedure for children. With the penis dorsal nerve blockade technique it has been transformed that in occasions was a painful postoperatory period into one of relative tranquility and indent welfare for the patient. An observational descriptive study was carry out in a one year period in the "Dr. Antonio Luaces Iraola" Teaching Hospital with the aim of describing the behaviour of some clinical pameters when using the penis dorsal nerve blockade for elective surgery in circumcision of pediatric patients. ASA I and II was the technique applied to all children that were elected in preoperatory consultation. The preoperatory mediation was done with Ketaler, 6 Mg/Kg IM and then a little dose of Diazepam and Atropine was administered. Then the BNDP was applied and the drop used was Bupivacaine in a 0.2Ml/Kg doses without epinephrine. The blockade was successful because the recquired analgesy was reach in most children without any complication present.

An observational descriptive study was performed in order to know the behaviour of some clinical-epidemiological variants related with the Ectopic Pregnancy during the year 2001 in Moron Hospital. Ninety six in-patients were involved in the trial to whom the diagnosis was confirmed the association of pelvic pain, menstrual retardation and bloody loss prevailed in the revised cases. The referred more frequent gynecological antecedent was the Pelvic Inflammatory Illness (EIP). Most of the patients was diagnosed of EE in its accidental way and the laparoscopy had the biggest efectiveness.

Se presenta la II parte de un artículo de revisión sobre las Neoplasias de la Glándula Tiroidea en el que se evalúa el diagnóstico y tratamiento de los carcinomas anaplásicos o indiferenciados, los derivados de las células C o parafoliculares (Medulares) y los linfomas tiroideos. Se hace una breve reseña de cada uno de ellos señalándose que el carcinoma anaplásico constituye el 10% de los procesos malignos de esta glándula con un pronóstico desfavorable y de difícil tratamiento. El carcinoma medular supone, el 1 al 2% de éstas neoplasias y se asocia a otros procesos oncoproliferativos del sistema endocrino con una evolución sombría por la agresividad que muestran y refractividad al tratamiento impuesto. El linfoma tiroideo se presenta raramente y suele confundirse con el indiferenciado, pero dado su mejor pronóstico y tratamiento diferente, es importante realizar una correcta diferenciación entre ambas neoplasias.

Objective: We planed to identify the main characteristics of the urban popular retail entrepreneur profile (warehouses, markets, stalls, fairs and street markets), as well as the entry barriers that affect their competitive state. It allowed us to understand the context in which they were created. Moreover, we intended to explore the main findings. It permitted us to reinforce their strengths and contribute to reduce identified negative factors in order to mitigate or eventually omit them. Method: It consists of a quantitative research with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, descriptive - correlational. We utilized a random sample of 250 establishments located in different districts of Lima (Peru's Capital). There was a questionnaire with 8 questions, pertinent to the variables and dimensions. Results: It has shown the growing competition of modern formats, their low level of financing, their scarce access to first-tier or formal banking, the abundant and complex bureaucratic procedures, the difficulty in replenishing merchandise stocks, a poor level of marketing, and great absence of forms of associativity.

Las organizaciones han procurado conseguir éxito y un buen funcionamiento para destacar antesu competencia, convirtiendo a la administración en una tarea fundamental dentro de ellas; A mediados del siglo XIX con la época industrial y la creación de máquinas, las empresas fueron creciendo y a su vez, necesitando de trasformaciones para sobrevivir, por lo que a través del tiempo se han destacado diversas teorías acerca de las organizaciones y del funcionamiento de estas. Las organizaciones se han destacado por mantener diversas estructuras organizacionalespermitiendo conseguir rentabilidad y productividad a lo largo del tiempo, por lo que Pertuz (2013) establece que las estructuras organizacionales definen como las empresas se coordinan y se dividen las tareas del trabajo con la finalidad de poder alcanzar y lograr cada uno de los objetivos que tienen propuestos, también, las estructuras son conocidos como la manera que permiten establecer modos de interrelación entre lo que converge dentro de la organización, es decir entre sus subsistemas. De igual forma, Rodríguez (2011) menciona que la estructura organizacional constituye el modelo del diseño de la operación de una organización; permite, además. que las empresas puedan desarrollar sus actividades y lograr tener una estructura organizacional definida que les ayude a cumplir con cada uno de sus objetivos y metas planteadas.

In the present research work, the following hypothesis will be analyzed: the effect of tourism is relevant in economic growth. Starting from a literary review, there are cases where this hypothesis is relevant, such as the case of Turkey where more tourism implied an increase in GDP but in turn pollutes the environment, this article belongs to one of ten articles with which which was worked under the same hypothesis. The formulation for this work is to carry out the Johansen cointegration tests, from there to elaborate an error correction model (VEC) to analyze the Granger causality, once the methodology has been applied, the results show that the sector has a significant impact. to economic growth.
