Resumen
This study, based on the analysis of the existing bibliography, as well as the result of the appreciation of a low-density and remote case studies located in the Azores Archipelago, seeks to identify a theoretical nexus regarding rural and creative tourism and regional sustainable development in the post-COVID-19 scenario. In this regard, the authors applied analytical descriptive and inductive deductive methods. Contextually, the study aims not only to understand the subject in more prominent detail but also to clarify new tendencies, approaches, and potential guidelines that allow the actors implicated to design and drive sustainable regional development in the long term. The remote and low-density territories are the most appealing destination for this new tourism dynamics. Also, the paper shows that it is possible to establish that in this ultra-peripheral territory, the tourism sector was already presuming relevance in 2019, benefiting from a large sample of entrepreneurs and actors in the tourism sector in the Portuguese Autonomous Region of the Azores. Some potential implications may include the following: (i) Increased economic benefits: Creative tourism can bring in additional revenue for local businesses and organizations and individual artists and craftspeople; (ii) Preservation of cultural heritage: Creative tourism can help to support and preserve traditional cultural practices and crafts, which can be an essential aspect of island communities’ identity; (iii) Job creation: Creative tourism can create new job opportunities for locals, such as tour guides, workshop instructors, and artists.

Resumen
Grand Nador is characterised by a deep spatial and territorial dynamic linked to the economic, social and environmental changes of this territory. In proportion to this size dynamic, urbanization experiences enormous difficulties. Without worrying about the presence of natural risks, often concealed in a punctual and curative territorial management of a remedial urbanism, this territory has seen its vulnerability increased. The more there is the urbanization crisis, the more there is recourse to the catch-up mechanism, so the catch-up provisions only make urban management more complex, these operations do not yet reflect the integration of these districts into the overall plan. To grasp the relationship between this remedial urban planning and the acceleration of natural risks. A holistic approach was deployed, several approaches were adopted: So, if the historical approach was useful to know the birth of this derailed urbanization, the work sessions and the questionnaire were very beneficial to measure territorial parameters. While the excursions were an opportunity to compare the results obtained with reality.

Resumen
Soil degradation conditions in mediterranean areas make sustainable agricultural activity difficult, especially in a context of global change, where soil loss rates are increased by changes in rainfall dynamics. Thus, the territory designated as an «Important Agricultural World Heritage System» (GIAHS) dedicated to raisins in Axarquía (Malaga) is identified as an area of special vulnerability to these processes. This research aims, on the one hand, to determine the susceptibility to soil erosion and, especially, to find out what role Nature-based Solutions (NbS) are playing in the adaptive capacity of this region. For this purpose, the rainfall dynamics have been statistically analysed, soil erosion rates have been determined using the RUSLE model and, finally, a qualitative methodology for the evaluation of NbS has been developed. The results show a clear decrease in annual rainfall and a concentration of rainfall in higher intensity events, leading to higher rainfall erosivity and high soil loss rates. Nevertheless, agricultural practices and the different structures identified are considered sustainable adaptation strategies to these types of natural risks, qualifying as NbS.

Resumen
Wikidata is a free knowledge base, editable by any user, which has experienced exponential growth since its creation to become one of the largest public knowledge repositories on the Internet at this moment. However, there are few studies on geographic information storage and analysis in Wikidata, among other reasons, because there is no explicit methodology for it.
Thus, this research proposes a method that includes 6 phases that allows the introduction of a huge amount of geographic data in Wikidata, which in turn will be available for spatial analysis using a GIS. This methodology has been implemented through the introduction of a large database of geodesic 11.143 triangulation stations of Spain. It represents a contribution to geography, since it allows the use of large Wikidata databases in a GIS, which can help improve the efficiency of models that make use of such information.

Resumen
The main objective is to analyze the links between Bolivian migrant households residing in Villa 20 of the City of Buenos Aires (Argentina) with their country of origin. Specifically, to investigate the characteristics of multi-local practices and the impact of border closures in the global context of the COVID-19 pandemic. To carry out this work, a multi-method methodological strategy was used that combines qualitative and quantitative procedures. Among the main results, the practice of plurilocality stands out as part of family reproduction strategies on a scale that exceeds the limits of the neighborhood. The government measure to close borders in the face of the pandemic generated a decrease in this type of cross-border mobility, but informally increased others.

Resumen
In recent years there has been a gradual depopulation of rural areas due to a limited supply of essential services: consequences of this are general ageing and marginalization of the resident population.
This paper intends to focus attention on Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) as a solution to public transport issues in these territories: for this purpose, through web research by keywords and the analysis of Regions’ Project Framework Agreements and sector agency websites, 35 rural DRT services implemented in Italy have been identified to analyse their technical characteristics and status of technological innovation.
In order to compare DRT services within the same historical and technological context, the study focused on case studies implemented from 2010 onwards: the results obtained were then classified based on the distance from major centres (outlying, intermediate and peripheral/ultra-peripheral areas) with the addition of a fourth category pertaining to extra-urban tourist services. Selected DRT services, evaluated on the basis of their main technical characteristics (booking system, service cost, itinerary, stops, app availability), were then assigned a respective flexibility score based on the service model used.
The results show that achievement of the highest service flexibility levels is possible only through huge public funding (74% of the DRT cases analysed show an average degree of flexibility), the ticket cost of DRT services must be limited (in 49% of cases is equal to the cost of traditional public transport) in order to attract users, most of the transit providers offer only one booking option to reduce costs and the use of innovative booking tools is still limited.

Resumen
In the context of the regional competitiveness of the Spanish Autonomous Communities (CC.AA.) based on the companies that transfer university knowledge, the Technology Transfer Offices (TTO) and the Scientific Parks from Universities, as well as the business incubators. This research analyzes in depth, through a participant observation methodology and qualitative techniques, the case of the innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem of public universities in the Community of Madrid, and compares it with Andalusia. In the case of Madrid (uniprovincial region), together with the TTO, the role played by the Madri+d Foundation for Knowledge and its Technology-Based Entrepreneur Support Office as coordinator of a regional university network stands out, while in Andalusia the role of the regional TTO Network and the 10 science or technology parks that exist in the multi-provincial macro-region. The SWOT comparative diagnosis is complemented, as a conclusion, with a CAME strategy proposal for sustainable support for innovative ecosystems of university spin-offs.

Resumen
This article explores the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the tourism sector in the city of Malaga. The main objective of the study is to analyse the effects that the pandemic has had, as well as the responses that have been given to rebuild the tourism system in the city of Malaga. The study uses a qualitative and descriptive methodology, prioritising the search for primary sources (institutional) to measure the impact of the pandemic on tourism in Malaga. There are two main conclusions of the study: firstly, the Malaga tourism industry has shown such a level of dynamism and resilience that it has been able to initiate a slow but vigorous recovery of the tourism productive fabric; secondly, the actions of the public administrations have generally been diligent, efficient, rapid, and flexible, although the level of interpenetration and synergy between public administrations, tourism operators and residents is still insufficient.
