Resumen
Teacher leadership is an important factor in the learning process, it impacts the academic goals of students. The objective of this article is to identify the impact of the transformational leadership of the teacher in the achievement of the academic goals of the students of a Higher Education Institution, the study was carried out with 164 students, with a quantitative, descriptive, correlational and explanatory approach. The information was obtained through the adaptation of the leadership questionnaire of Bass and Avolio (1999) and the achievement goals questionnaire (AGQ) of Elliot and McGregor (2001). The results show that the dimensions of transformational leadership influence the achievement goals of students.

Resumen
Brand love is scarcely treated in Latin America, in addition, no consensus has been found on the measurement model that needs to be applied in the context. Therefore, the objective of the research is to analyze the factors of love of the Apple brand regarding the iPhone mobile devices in the central zone of Mexico. For this, a quantitative, cross-sectional, and exploratory study was carried out in two stages, where it was shown that three factors were found, which do not coincide with the lovemark theory.

Resumen
In university training, scientific-academic writing is key for the preparation of End-of-Degree or Diploma Projects. However there is a great gap in pedagogical research on valuable technological resources for the development of these skills. This contribution aims to scientifically show the incidence of teaching through specific software (Scientific Writing Skills) in improving scientific-academic writing skills. The study is carried out with 145 students of Computer Science Engineering from the University of Computer Sciences of Havana (Cuba). Once the training needs that students perceive for the preparation of scientific-academic texts have been identified, a pre-test and post-test experimental design is applied to contrast the effect of the technical-pedagogical training model designed specifically to improve the competence of scientific-academic writing. The technological design allowed to collect data in an automated way to contrast the research hypotheses. The results show that students who make use of the experienced model obtain significant improvements in terms of the ability to write titles, preparation of summaries, selection of keywords, preparation of bibliography, writing of the problem and research objectives, as well as preparation of conclusions and recommendations. These results are a sample of the potential of technologies to develop scientific-academic writing skills in university education.

Resumen
This article presents partial data from a doctoral research that sought initially identify the social representations of undergraduate students and teachers High School Chemistry of São Miguel Paulista region / SP on the influence of Science School on society. During the research were cited several times by subject (undergraduate) that the presence of a chemical in the well region influenced their career choices. We pass, then, to investigate factors. They show the influence of said chemical in growth and development Of region. For data collection used questionnaires with open questions and issues closed and also literature in newspapers and theses and visiting industry. The results show that the presence of industry in the region brought in addition to growth population, social development, such as expanding trade, recreational areas and utilities industry as hospitals, schools, kindergartens and more transport lines. We concluded that the schools of the region can not ignore the presence of the Industry and Science school, that worked in the classroom, should take into consideration of that industry presence in the region and their impact and influences the social development of citizens.

Resumen
The present work brings an outline of a doctoral thesis that investigates teaching and learning derivatives in the context of Problem Solving. It was conducted with students of 2nd year high school integrated into technical education attending an Electronics course. It is a qualitative research involving participant observation and document analysis. We have taken the conception of problem solving as a starting point to teach Mathematics, and it is viewed as a way to build new knowledge from previous knowledge and along the process of solving one or more problems. Regarded as a teaching methodology, it is a perspective grounded on the triad teaching-learning-assessment, therefore, it considers assessment as an intrinsic process to teaching-learning process. We present and discuss a situation that emphasizes how such methodology enables teachers and students to notice more clearly the difficulties in learning contents and how it favors decision-making and changes in teaching strategies.

Resumen
What is understood about algebra and its teaching has been the fuel for our research project "Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching Algebra: an approach based on conceptual profiles" (OBEDUC/Capes). The general purpose of this project is to investigate the algebraic knowledge developed by teachers to teach algebra in basic education, using a teaching approach based on conceptual profiles. This is a project developed by a heterogeneous group, working in collaboration, all engaged in designing, developing and analyzing mathematical activities that address different meanings of algebraic concepts. On another dimension, we have been investigating whether and how the approach of conceptual profiles can contribute to the establishment and / or expansion of the algebraic knowledge of teachers and future teachers. In this paper, the aim is to present and discuss the many "voices" in Basic Education that echo around the different understandings of what is meant by algebra and its teaching. Among the main results, we present the different understandings about what is algebra and its teaching which may be causing teachers educators and elementary school teachers to treat this important area of mathematical knowledge "only" as a bunch of symbols and procedures, in most part, devoid of meanings.

Resumen
Introduction: the Ecuadorian Health System has a National Plan for the Prevention and Control of Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), which seeks to improve the quality of medical care and, from there, to draw attention to the increase in microbial resistance, which has become a highly relevant problem for the world public health. Objective: to systematize knowledge on the management of the Ecuadorian health system in the face of antimicrobial resistance. Method: an exhaustive bibliographic review was carried out in bibliographic search engines such as Scopus, Google Scholar and PubMed, with the search for key words. The research was carried out on May 20, 2022. Of the 39 articles, only 20 were selected according to criteria. Results: Ecuador has a mixed health system, made up of the public sector of the Ministry of Public Health (MSP), the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute (IESS), the Armed Forces Security Institute (ISSFA) and the National Institute of Police Security (ISSPOL); on the other hand, there is the private sector, integrated by the National Association of Private Clinics and Hospitals of Ecuador. Both are integrated in order to guarantee the integral health development of the entire Ecuadorean population, regulate and control the activities carried out by both public and private entities, without distinction, to face the threat posed by the increase in the indiscriminate use of antimicrobials, with repercussions on human and animal health. Final considerations: the inefficient way of combating the health risk due to antimicrobial resistance affects the Ecuadorian population as a consequence of the indiscriminate and inadequate use of antibiotics, and the insufficient use of conventional treatments.
