Resumen
This research explores the incidence of social networks in customer loyalty initiatives of a group of gastronomic ventures in the initial phase, also known as "entrepreneurship", in the city of Guayaquil. Through a quantitative study that focuses on the content analysis and engagement of Instagram social network accounts, and social media marketing strategies deployed through these platforms, it is argued that there is a disconnect between the way in which the owners of restaurants used technology for customer loyalty. In the year 2021, which corresponds to the period of this study, it was evidenced that restaurant owners and staff used social networks without knowing how they could help them establish lasting relationships with their existing customers. Hence, on Instagram, the accounts of these restaurants reflected high levels of engagement without demonstrating high levels of customer loyalty. So, this research concludes that the number of Instagram posts will not necessarily be reflected in higher levels of engagement and, in an increase in customer loyalty, proposing initiatives for loyalty in these ventures.

Resumen
Mathematics is one of the fundamental areas in the formation of human beings, not only in the very process of resolution of this exact science, but also in all areas of life; since its implementation in educational institutions, research has been carried out on how it can respond to global and national advances in the formation of competent citizens in different fields related to the consolidation of democratic values, which make it a primary reference in the educational policies of governments and school curricula. Currently, teaching methods in the field of mathematics have incorporated new relevant information, which leads to the construction of spaces where the teacher and the student interact to build knowledge that can be applied in different situations and contexts. This article refers to different research related to the importance of recognizing reading comprehension in the development of mathematical competencies. In order to develop the topic, a bibliographic search in databases was carried out, obtaining that reading comprehension is transversal to the curriculum, providing a series of basic knowledge in the interpretation of words and concepts necessary in the construction of the approaches required to achieve the expected results, allowing both teachers and students to advance significantly in the development of the solving process with verbal content.

Resumen
The quality of education in Colombia today is confirmed by the standardized test designed and applied by the Colombian Institute for the Evaluation of Education (ICFES) to all students in the country at different levels. The purpose of this article is to analyze the results of a diagnostic test of previous knowledge designed by the ICFES in the area of mathematics applied to all high school and middle school students of the San Antonio del Pescado Educational Institution (IESAP), located in the rural area of the municipality of Garzon (Huila). Among the aspects found is the parallelism of the tests applied to eleventh grade students in the last five years with respect to the diagnostic test conducted at the beginning of the 2022 school year. Similarly, some of the effects of the pandemic are specified, such as grade repetition and school dropout, together with the lack of accompaniment and follow-up by the state to improve the educational conditions of the students. It also analyzes the importance and relationship between knowledge, the teacher and the student (didactic triangle) and the opportunity to use mathematical competencies from an integral perspective frome its three dimensions that are connected with the six primary knowledge of Romero (2019) to tend in a didactic way to increase not only the results of standadized test, but also to develop competencies for the future life of students.

The globalized environment, increasingly demanding, with dizzying changes, a constant advance in technology and a highly competitive labor market, forces us today to a permanent development and adaptation of competencies to the needs and changes of the environment. The development of competencies is linked to the level of employability of people in the labor market, since a better trained person with adequate competencies can have a better performance in his or her job. This article is based on research aimed at determining how the competency profile is related to the employability of the tourism graduate of the University National Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo (UNASAM), with the purpose of making known the competencies to improve the level of employability, and to promote the development and revaluation of the professional in this sector. The findings of the research show that the profile of competencies is poorly suited to the needs of the tourism labor market and that graduates have difficulties in their employability due to the general training they receive, lacking adequate specialization, little practical experience due to the lack of workshops implemented that would allow an approach to the tools, techniques and methodologies of the areas of tourism, poor management of information technologies applied to tourism and lack of knowledge of the requirements of employers to support training needs and promote labor market insertion and professional competitiveness.

Resumen
In recent years, the use of Content and Language Integrated Learning (AICLE for is acronym in Spanish) has become very popular due to the concern of educating bilinguals to be competent for the demands of today's world. In Colombia, this approach has been widely adopted by bilingual schools. The objective of this article, which is part of a broader investigation on AICLE in the teaching of English, has as main reflection on the bibliographic objectives or scientific articles that contribute to the documentary corpus or state of the art of the investigation. In order to achieve the proposed objective, it was proposed as a qualitative research methodology with a review approach and documentary analysis of books, and scientific articles from databases such as Scielo, Redalyc and Dialnet, through the information systematization instrument in the Specialized Analytical Summary (RAE for its acronym in Spanish) done in Microsoft Excel software. The implementation of this strategy resulted in the compilation and analysis of 36 bibliographic sources that contributed to the research proposed through a reflection on the principles of the AICLE approach in the teaching of English.

Resumen
The theory of electronality, born from literary and semiotic studies has been used since 2017 to understand the functioning of the autistic mind. This article updates concepts and terminology resulting from research and practice in daily work with autistic people in EITA - Peru. Autism is a life condition associated with an atypical neurodevelopment (neurotype) where talent is appreciated in the areas of information systematization, detailed processing and pattern search. The form of production of meaning in our current society -still in transit from the scribal to the electronal stage- finds similarities with the way in which the autistic mind processes and perceives information from the world, privileging subjectivity over the objective, the deferred communication rather than immediate and the use of extensional logic rather than intensional. This does not mean that new technologies favor the appearance of autism since it is not caused by external influences, it means that there is a link between the culture of cybernetics and the culture of autism. Thus, to know it is to understand our similarity and how to inhabit this stage of arrival in the electronal society.

Resumen
The use and interpretation, comprehension and production of texts through different networks and virtual platforms that can be replicated in their educational praxis through the construction of flexible learning environments relevant to current educational needs. The research was raised from the holistic understanding, following the parameters of the Holopráxico method and corresponds to a projective type investigation since the final objective of this research allows to propose solutions to a certain situation, starting from a process of inquiry. The analysis technique used was descriptive and frequency statistics; to determine the influence between both events, the Ordinal Logistic Regression test was applied, whose value of theoretical significance is 0.000 < 0.05, which indicates that there is a significant influence of the use of ICT in strengthening the writing skills of teachers of secondary and secondary school. The selected population was 111 teachers of Secondary and Secondary Basic Education of the thirty-six educational institutions of the district of Turbo, Colombia of which nine belong to the urban sector and the remaining twenty-seven to the rural sector

Resumen
A recognized statement states that change is the only constant in life. Societies, organizations, and people evolve, change, to adapt or anticipate the challenges of their environments. These changes in turn engender new changes, which causes these evolutions to accelerate. To the point at which, the advances that are taking place today have never been so massive or of such magnitude.
It is within this framework that, starting with this issue, I have the pleasure of once again collaborating as co-editor of the Latin American Journal of Computing. I was fortunate to work, until three years ago, under the direction of Jenny Torres Olmedo, PhD., when she was editor-in-chief. And now I have the honor of supporting Denys Flores Arnas, PhD., and his team in this scientific dissemination challenge. The entire team of the journal has worked very hard to bring you this issue, and we have several initiatives that will be implemented in future issues and of which we will have news very soon.
The articles selected for this issue gather interesting contributions from the different fields of computing. Thus, José Sillagana, Daniel Morocho-Lara, Génesis Dayana Pinto and Yennifer Bustos Gamboa present a mixed experimental study focused on the contribution of gamification in the learning of Mathematics in basic education. In their work, these authors report the contributions of the development of web 3.0 authoring resources for Canvas, Liveworksheet and Nearpood.
Luis Pineda, Bayron S. Gutiérrez, Marcos Orellana Cordero and Jorge Luis Zambrano-Martínez present their results on the implementation of layered encryption methods through distributed systems using SOAP. Their work allows to increase the security of the data that is sent from an origin to its destination with a minimum consumption of computational resources in the system.
In their article, Cristhian H. Bastidas Paz and Héctor F. Chinchero Villacís present an energy management system for intelligent buildings using distributed generation. For this, the authors use a control system based on a microcomputer, which defines a control algorithm based on different scenarios where the energy rules for each of the building services are determined. As a result, reductions of about 50% in energy consumption are reported.
Carlos A. Aguirre and Carlos E. Anchundia report the results of the development of a middleware for the interconnection of a mobile application with a legacy system. To do this, the authors worked on a reengineering process for the legacy system, developed methods for data translation, applied security controls, and redesigned user interfaces to adapt them to a mobile environment.
The work of Brian Jordano Cagua Gómez, Julia Edith Pilatasig Caizaguano and Roberto Rodrigo Aguiar Falconí focuses on contributing, through static nonlinear analysis, a method for the evaluation of steel frames. New functionalities of the system for seismic-structural analysis CEINCI LAB are presented.
Sergio Jiménez and Andrés Merino present the application of machine learning models based on CRISP-DM to analyze the levels of depression in students at an Ecuadorian university. The authors conducted a study with 302 students consisting of the Beck Depression Inventory II. From their work, a model with 0.59 accuracy was obtained and it was verified that the variables of gender, age and interpersonal relationships are the most significant when determining the severity of depression.
We hope these articles will be an interesting contribution for our readers. We invite all our audience to continue sending with their contributions. We keep the door open for any concerns and contacts with us and with the authors of the contributions presented in this issue.
