Hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) is a compound that is produced after heat treatment of honeys, that is, they are not present in the initial raw materials and can present a potential health hazard, they are known as chemical processing contaminants. This compound is an indicator parameter of the quality of honey, which is produced spontaneously and its concentration increases with time and other factors; such as improper heat treatment during processing, storage temperature and mode of transportation. The objective of this research is focused on evaluating the content of HMF present in 6 types of honey, 3 commercial brands and 3 artisanal brands, the honeys were from flowering eucalyptus and citrus fruits, the place where the honeys were acquired is in the Province of Los Ríos, since being a geographical area with abundant flora, the main pollinators are bees (Apis Mellifera). In addition, heating of honey at different temperatures and time intervals was performed to assess whether hydroxymethylfurfural increases when heat is added to honey. The present work was carried out in the Phytopathology Laboratory of the Technical University of Babahoyo, the honeys of commercial and artisanal bees were acquired between 1 and 5 days before the trial. For the HMF analysis, a UV wave spectrophotometer was obtained, specified in the INEN 1637 standards, to determine the absorbance of the standard sample against the absorbance of the reference sample, at 284 and 336 nm in a 1 cm cell.

Introduction: The model of teleclinics, based on Project ECHO, is a virtual training system for health team professionals, especially from remote areas, through the advice of medical specialists, based on cooperative learning and knowledge exchange. Objective: To assess the impact of the application of Project ECHO, through virtual or teleclinic training, on the improvement of the quality of health care offered by the participants, from their own professional perception. Methodology: A quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional, field and non-experimental study was carried out. Through the ZOOM platform, medical cases of endocrinology, hypertension and gynecology were presented, aimed at health professionals, mainly from rural areas. Using free digital support, a survey questionnaire was applied to 28 participants, structured in nine dimensions. For the measurement of the answers, the relative frequencies or percentages and the statistical probability were obtained. Results: 90.48% of professionals found that their intervention in the virtual training experience was positive, in terms of its contribution to increasing the quality of care. The probability of obtaining positive responses, that reflect the applicability and usefulness of teleclinics, yields a value of ≥ 0.857. Conclusions: The teleclinics had a favorable impact on the perception of improvement in the quality of care provided by the participating health professionals, being less significant when there were external factors involved. The analysis of the data will contribute to the establishment of parameters of quality of health care.

The research is of an analytical exploratory type under a mixed approach, the technique used is the survey and the instrument applied is a Structured Questionnaire on a five-point Likert scale. For the validation of the instrument, the Cronbach's alpha statistic was obtained with a reliability of 0.823 for the 25 items that measured indicators of interpersonal relationships, initiative, and teamwork. The study population was 30 participants between employees (production) and collaborators (administrative), finally it is concluded that the strategic management of human talent is directly related to job performance within the company, the same that allows to improve performance, have better improvement and training strategies, without neglecting the important phases of management that are planning, programming without neglecting control and monitoring, which allows short-term compliance with the objectives proposed in the company.

Resumen
Sports marketing uses the concept of perceived value as a starting point for the construction of new offers. In this sense, taking into account that soccer has an important variety of audiences, it is necessary to take advantage of this scenario that allows institutional growth and development. Based on the aforementioned, the objective of this study focuses on analyzing the importance of sports marketing in the development of sports institutions in the city of Ambato, for which a mixed approach was introduced, that is, qualitative-quantitative. , since in the first instance an approach was made towards the characteristics of those involved, on the other hand, the information was collected from a total of 105 people to whom an instrument made up of 17 questions was applied. Among the main findings, it stands out that the majority of those involved qualify as regular the application of sports marketing within the sports entities of the city, in addition to this, in what concerns the image and institutional development, the population maintains a negative position before the current management that is evident in sports organizations. For the specific case of the study, the results show a significant correlation, since Pearson's r statistic reflects a value of 0.790. With this background, despite how important marketing is for the institutional sport, it is perceived that at the country level this aspect still has to be strengthened with different actions that can potentiate emotional ties.

Resumen
The present study examines how the global pandemic generated a significant change in the way in which educational institutions worldwide provided education, moving from traditional physical classrooms to virtual platforms. Several authors point out the advantages of virtual education, and also highlight the importance of managing an environment of respect and cooperation, creating positive reinforcement, and being patient and understanding with the students of the Educational Units of the San Miguel de Bolívar canton. To address this problem, an investigation was carried out to analyze behavior management in virtual learning in preschool children through a mixed methodology with a finite population of 400 education professionals and parents, the same in which A survey instrument with a four-point Likert scale was used to assess behavior management in virtual learning in children. The results indicate that the majority of those surveyed considered that the workspace intended for receiving virtual classes was adequate, although a small group did not have access to a suitable environment. In conclusion, it is important that teachers, parents, and mental health professionals work together to ensure that children receive the benefits of virtual education without suffering the negative effects. Therefore, teachers are invited to continue creating orderly and safe learning environments where students feel valued and comfortable.

Resumen
Earthquakes are geological and natural phenomena produced by the release of energy accumulated in the Earth. Ecuador is exposed to earthquakes related to volcanic activity, earthquakes that occur near the coastal surface and surface earthquakes in the inter-Andean region identified as the most destructive and that have generally affected the city of Quito. One of the most emblematic sites of the city is the historic center of Quito, which has great cultural and historical relevance recognized by UNESCO (1978), however, it is one of the sites with the highest risk of damage in case of earthquakes. , since it houses an architectural complex from different periods that have been intervened through history due to structural damage. The collection of data and accurate information on the damage caused by this type of event is essential, because a rapid response by relief agencies can help reduce the number of victims and mitigate the social and economic impact. However, data collection in the country has been difficult, due to the lack of coordinated actions, mobilization through difficult terrain, and extreme weather conditions, which make it impossible to collect information.
